About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Ellen H0 contributionsFantastic dayTour guide (James) was very informative. Bus was waiting for 10 of us on disembarkation of ship and returned us well before embarkation time. The day was jam packed with activities. Coconut boat ride, walk through Hoi An old town, pottery throwing exhibition, ride on water buffalo (for those that wanted to). Terrific lunch, lots of different vietnamese dishes. Shoulder and foot massage after lunch. Highly recommend this tour.Written October 23, 2018
- Robert J0 contributionsNha Trang Countryside TourThe van was late in picking up our group of 10 people, causing some consternation at the front end of the tour. We then visited a shop that makes silk products -- interesting but I suspect we went there to buy things (with a piece going to the tour operator). We went to a hat making place, a mat making place, and a rice noodle making place that were all interesting and which gave us a good feel for the local culture (and where we were not pressured to buy anything). We took a river boat ride in the rain and that was miserable -- perhaps it would have been nice in good weather but in the rain it was miserable. We had a nice lunch along the river with very good, local dishes, followed by a visit to a very old house. Overall, I would say the tour was fair.Written January 17, 2018

Very interesting to see both, however felt that it was overpriced especially as we could not understand our guide.

Dear TheaB261,
You are not our direct clients. We never ask for payment upfront. Pham Tours gives clients financial peace of mind when booking a private tour to ensure great service! No payment is asked for until the trip is finished, unlike some of the others who insist on cash up front and then clients complain like you.
Warmest regards,
Dung Pham
