Really enjoyed this tour with Tam - there were only two of us and we had the river to ourselves except for people fishing. Tam gave us loads of information on fishing, local culture and we got the chance to help with the weaving and walk round one of the islands. I bought a small mat too (although there was zero pressure to do so). It was a good distance to work up a sweat but not too far ! Wish I had more time to do some of their other tours.

Kayak on a Thu Bon River was the best experience in Hoi An to me. While exploring the local village, guide Long told us interesting old story of Hoi An and the view of Mangrove forests were amazing! If you looking for some special activity, should definitely try this. Highly recommend👍🏼

Amazing. Such a fantastic way to explore the beauty of Hoi An & the Thu Bon River. This was the second tour with Hoi A Kayaking, as we did the sunrise tour last summer also. Fantastic service, friendly guides. Quang was our Guide this time and he was wonderfully informative, funny & polite. Absolutely recommend as a must-do whilst in Hoi An, you won’t regret it.

Such beautiful river scenery and it was fascinating to see mats being woven by hand. Our local guide, Long, was fantastic too.

Highly recommend this tour. Long was a great guide, punctual at pick up and very knowledgeable about the area as he has lived here all his life. We went with our 10 year old and used kayak and SUP and is was very safe. It did not feel "touristy" and great to get a different perspective from the water, a great way to start the day doing the sunrise tour

Sunrise paddle tour was truly awesome experience. Long was a great guide and very knowledgeable, visiting the fish market early morning witnessing the fishing boats come in and the market ladies buying straight off the boats. With recommend.

Get up early and do the sunrise tour! You will not regret it! We booked a sunrise tour with our guide Tam who was so attentive and knowledgeable. We felt safe in the kayak and out on the water. Tam has such great knowledge of the river, the water coconut grove, the fish markets, and even sustainable farming practices (birds nest farm, aquaculture). Such a wonderful experience that will stay with us in our hearts.

It was a great experience to see the sunrise from the river then visit the still active fish market. Tram Tan was our guide and took his time (we are in our 70's) to help us explore the market and some of small channels through an island. It was worth the effort to be up at 4:30 for our pick up at 5AM

We had a fantastic time on this trip. Lang is an outstanding tour guide - kind, funny and has incredible local knowledge. We really enjoyed our day with him and learnt so much about local life, nature and history. The kayaking was really fun and the scenery is beautiful. On the island we met more friendly and warm people. We had a go at weave making and stopped for some refreshments. Lang gave us lots of information about the trees, animals and fruits. The island was really peaceful and calm.

The sunrise paddle was a fantastic way to start our day. Tam was an incredible guide, very knowledgeable about the river and surrounding areas. We had a lovely paddle watching the bright pink sun rise before us. It was super interesting to see the fish market and have a light breakfast. And the paddle back among the coconut palms was really pretty. Highly recommended and well worth the early wake up time!

Superb trip, scenery changed throughout the trip. Our guide Tam was excellent, having grown up on the river he was incredibly knowledgable about the waters and history of the areas we visited. Highly recommended

We did the Hoi An River Life Kayak Explorer Tour this this company and it was fantastic, the guide was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and could answer any questions we threw at him. The crafts and carpentry islands were very interesting and the lunch provided was fantastic! We had a wonderful day and would definitely recommend this trip for experienced kayakers and a shorter one for anyone wanting to experience Hoi An from a different angle!

This was a fun trip. We loved getting out on the water to see birds and local life. Our guide was very enthusiastic and was happy to answer all our questions. Email communication was excellent. We were picked up promptly at our hotel. The kayaking equipment was good but I do feel more attention was needed to fitting us to our kayaks. If we hadn’t kayaked before, this might have been a difficult trip. The real reason I did not rate this a 5 star experience is the the dock where we took out was very narrow and in poor condition. I felt unsteady walking in it (I’m old). The coffee shop where we had drinks at the end of the trip was very local and had wonderful ginger tea and passion fruit juice.

Very nice tour! Scenery in cocopalm forrest was awsome. The local Village was very nice and interesting. Guide (Tam) was great and professional. Kayaking was quiet easy and fun for a beginner.

This was a last minute booking to pass a few hours away in the morning. It was fantastic! Highly recommended with a great guide who took us down to the an Hoi bridge, then to quiet lagoons surrounded by coconut palms, great experience
