Spent most of the time sat around waiting. Poor experience, zero customer service. Wouldn’t start the experience promptly and tried to force us to hire quad bikes as an extra so that we weren’t “just sat around.” Pathetic sales tactic. Do not recommend.

This was a disaster with Clifton Tours. There was nothing VIP about this tour. You were in the hummer 15 min of the 5 hour tour and the rest of the time you traveled in a tiny 4x4 with 7 other passengers. Also we weren’t offered the sand boarding which was supposed to be included and we arrived late to the dinner so the first part of the show was missed. ATV was supposed to be included but we were charged $300 more for that. I would not recommend this company for the VIP experience. Overpriced for no reason.

Best thing was the effort made by our driver Asad to make us happy .Sadly we had a delay of over an hour due to a car accident done by the original driver. Asad was called in the last minute to replace the other guy and made all possible to bring us in time to the activities . The company didn’t take any responsibility for the delay and we lost camel riding and sand surfing that we were suposed to do .So the driver Asad was great , the company less .

Great experience. Spent the evening from 16:00 - 21:00 on the safari. Sawati was our guide and he was excellent. It includes adventures over the dunes, camel riding, sand boarding, a BBQ and a show.

The park was closed on arrival , trip advisor didn’t advise us of this yet took our money. Poor communication from trip advisor .

First class hosting and service by our guide, Thaj. The dune bashing was a particular thrill, even for those of us who have done it before. An excellent time had by all my friends visiting the UAE for the first time, many thanks Thaj!

I took a half-day tour of Ghost Village at Al Madam. At first I was a little nervous as a solo female traveler taking a desert tour on my own, but Clifton Tours put me at ease even before it started. My guide Hamza could not have been sweeter or more helpful! We had a great time chatting on the way to Al Madam and he provided me with interesting history about the site. I wanted to do a special photograph and he even helped! I will definitely use Clifton Tours in my next visit and I will request Hamza!

We had an amazing day with our tourgide Swati! The dune safari first, and the BBQ with all the activities next, were just all the ingredients to a perfect day! The enthousiasm en joy in his work were making Swati a wonderfull tourgide! He told us a lot and brought us safely back at our hotel at the end! Definitly a thing you should do when visiting Dubai!

I made the reservation 6 months in advance and with free cancellation. Unfortunately my plans changed and I had to cancel more than 3 months in advance. But the company did not cancel and did not refund the amount paid. I lost 800 AED. I tried to contact the company for over 4 months. There was always an excuse, until they stopped responding. Run away from this company! Fiz a reserva com 6 meses de antecedência e cancelamento gratuito. Infelizmente meus planos mudaram e precisei cancelar com mais de 3 meses de antecedência. Mas a empresa não efetuou o cancelamento e não fez o reembolso do valor pago. Perdi 800 AED. Eu tentei contato com a empresa por mais de 4 meses. Sempre havia uma desculpa, até que pararam de responder. Fujam dessa empresa!

We did the overnight experience which was incredible. We were collected by our driver who stayed with us the whole time. Lots of cars left together and did the sand dune bashing but then only those staying overnight separated off. We had camels waiting for us to ride which was a great experience. We arrived at our camp which had 8 tents well spread apart. There were only 5 couples on our night. We all chatted, had drinks around the fire, a great bbq dinner and were left to enjoy. The sleeping was comfortable with toilets and showered available ( a tad cool for us). A huge breakfast was served and then returned to our hotel. Highly recommend this company.

Al Madam Ghost Town is very much underrated. This place is awesome of you have a 4WD! Just make sure you have a shovel in the car or that your car has a "crawl" option. This is usually available in FJ's. The place is very peaceful. You can see a mosque, villas that are half covered in sand and an entry gate that looks like a frame. You can visit this place via 2 entrances. Where Google Map took us was an andveturous path. However, there is another way that does not require a lot of obstacle courses and this will lead you to that frame. Do not expect anybtpilet. Make sure you akready do your business before reaching this place.

Very bad experience with them it’s not Dubai standard and it’s waste of time and money, car ride in sand dune for 5 minutes camel ride for 30 seconds henna lady not there camp full of smoke of barbecue people force you to take pictures and buy from them just like cheap souk I paid extra for VIP sets which is better I found it worse the sofa is broken you have to hold your paper plate to carry cheap food made by catering company frozen mini falafel frozen samosas and minishawarma where the souces kept open in bags dishes paging for kabab quarters of the sheikh no one knows what time the show will start with bad speakers and awful entertainment I ever seen in life.

Myself and my family recently went on the Arabian Adventure Desert Safari and I have to say, it was an absolutely amazing experience! Ismail, our tour pilot cum guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the desert and its culture. He took us on a thrilling 4x4 ride through the dunes, and we even had the chance to try sandboarding, which was a lot of fun. The traditional Arabic barbecue dinner was delicious, and the live entertainment (belly dancing and traditional music) was a great touch. We also really enjoyed learning about the history and culture of the region from Ismail, who was happy to answer all of our questions. Overall, I highly recommend the Arabian Adventure Desert Safari. It's a must-do activity for anyone visiting the UAE, and I can't wait to go back and do it again!

Skip the line turned out to be an hour of waiting for our tickets to be sent by what's app! I wrongly left it until we were outside to download the tickets only to fine the download button did not connect to the tickets! The staff at the wild wadi were awesome and rang the supplier for me to help get it sorted but if anything, we had to go to the back of the line while it got sorted. They had sent me a message earlier in the day saying "hi"! Who is going to respond to that? It was really like they were taking a chance with us not turning up and hadn't actually booked the tickets! Not impressed. Wild wadi was epic though.

It was definitely a fun experience. But I haven't seen much difference between VIP as opposed to normal. The pick up was late but we had all the activities. Note, the experience is a bit rough for older people. Especially the ride in desert.
