Dubai- Georgia (April1-5, 2024) So far my holiday was great till this last minute of disappointment. There was a delayed on my pick up from the hotel to the airport as Tabeer agent told me and confirmed that the pick up will be 10am in the hotel lobby.... I waited for almost 45 minutes for nothing, decided to book taxi on my way out... and received message from the driver at what??? 11:18? far from the 10am as discussed.... It was a great experience till this incident. 😞😞😞

This company is horrible. I tried to contact them for three days straight without any replies. Tried to get Viator to contact them nothing. Never ever use them. Now I have to try and get my money back. I wasted an entire day in Dubai. I could have done another tour with someone else. AVOID THEM AT ANY COST!!

The total experience was awesome. Crissa our travel agent did a fantastic job arranging our tour. She had been very patient and straightforward with our questions and plans, we mostly communicate by whatsapp. She did not hesitate to offer suggestions and calls us when there are further clarifications. From flights to hotels to tour packages, she gave us the affordable package yet jam packed activities for tours.
