Loved it! We booked the ticket directly on website and chose December 25th as the date and the 10 AM slot. We arranged a private cab for transfers from Dubai to Jebel Jais and back. It was a very good decision since we could go at our speed and enjoy the deserts and amazing views on the way. We crossed almost four emirates to reach jebel jais and understood that Oman is jus half an hour away. We had to stop at the designated parking (mentioned on ticket) and report to the coordinator. A comfortable ride takes us to the peak of mountain from where we have to zipline. The office at peak gives all safety instructions and safety gears. Keep yourself light. They give a bag in which you can keep mobile after taking pictures. There are clean bathrooms in the office and a coffee kiosk. After you all suit up in safety gears, the guides take you to glass deck which is at peak. You can click amazing videos and photos. After all this comes 'Aha'moment where they make you get up on a platform and be in superman position and then you realise that you are staring down at descent of the mountain. After initial drama of fear and confusion (solely caused by me, guides were amazing), the zipline starts and all the fear flies away, it is an amazing feeling the adrelaine rush lasts for a day.. You are flying on top of mountains. Words cannot capture the experience ... go fly for yourself!!

An amazing bucket list experience for the UAE. Situated at the top of the highest point in the UAE, it boasts the world’s longest zipline. Staff are Al friendly and accommodating. The facilities are top quality and completely safe. I would recommend going in the summer tjme, as at the top of the mountain it can get extremely cold. I did my zipline in January and the temperature was around 13C, wind strong winds making it feel colder. It was still a great experience, but if you go during winter time, be prepared to wrap up warm for the experience. Would definitely do again.

We had a great trip from Fujairah to Jebel Jais. Booking and transfer were perfectly organized, the driver was on time, he was very friendly and reliable. Even when I was feeling sick during the trip, he was understanding and helpful.
The zipline experience was outstanding! The guides were very cool and we always felt secure during the trip. 100% recommendation!

Had 5 nights in RAK to relax which we did but when we read there was the "Worlds Longest" Zip Line near by, we just had to do it! We have already done the worlds fastest zip line, which is in North Wales, UK. Tickets arranged via our hotel concierge and we are pretty sure we were overcharged. However the price included a return trip there and back. Took about 90 mins and the drive to the top is scenic but very very winding but on nice well sighted and wide roads. The driver waited for us. Whole experience took about 2.5 hours.
This was all very well organised. Check in/weight check/ have to sign a waiver!
Nice intro video. Then a suit up and helmet check. Short drive in mini van to the very top. Only a sort queue on the day we went. Weather lovely as it tends to be all year round in RAK but did get a bit windy! They allow you to use your own GoPros as I had bought mine. Just make sure you have the right fitting for a helmet mount. If not they supply a face view mini cam to keep those memories intact!
Nice Zip line ride. View so-so simply because the mountain is pretty rocky. Ride takes about 2 mins and you do it held horizontally, head first. You arrive at a suspended platform, after which you transfer to a very short "sit down" zip ride lasting about 10 seconds to get back to terra firma. There is the another minibus ride back to the start
All very well organised. No real need to do this again. Once you have done it, you have done it. Nice cafe at the entrance foyer and a nice platform and stairway up to a peak to get great views over the Hajar mountains.

It was a Amazing experience but the fun was spoiled by the person at the check in counter there, (don't remember his Name) was very rude and even after knowing it was his mistake he never apologized.

When asked his Name which was difficult to pronounce, we said we need to complain about ur behavior.. replied do whatever you want to no one can do anything to me. If you don't remember my name mention (tall guy at the check in) he was acting as if he owns the place.

A big no the visit again or to recommend the place only and only because of (tall guy at the check in)

    Regards

The flight itself was a great experience. To fly along the longest Zipline of the world is really an unforgettable adventure. We stayed on Marjan Island and this tour was very well organized! Pickup at the hotel with a comfortable car and professional driver - so we could enjoy the Jais Flight very well.
Thank you for the wonderful experience again!
It was my 3rd visit this year in UAE and I had the the same experience on every time - we really could enjoy!

Jebel Al Jais is the highest mountain peak in the Hajar mountain range that border's Oman and U.A.E having a altitude of 1934 Meters( 6,345 ft) .We had done our bookings online and reaching our destination of 188 Km by chauffeured taxi from "JBR" in Dubai cost us as much as the ziplining cost itself,200 US $/person. The final journey up the winding road towards the mountain peak Jebel Jais was through excellent tarmac road and on the way passed by "Bear Grylls Explorers Camp" a franchisee of World renowned British television adventurist Bear Grylls whose team of highly skilled professionals conduct different types of "Survival Courses" in the Hajar mountain range of Ras Al Khaimah. We were called at the reception centre and had to sign a bond as is the case in all extreme adventure sports. Anything could go wrong and the management would not be responsible in case of a accident that was not due to a technical error of the zipline machinery
.After signing the bond we boarded a van which transported us further up the Hajar mountain range to the launch site of the "Jebel Jais Zipline".The entire ziplining slots was housefull with tourists of various nationalities mostly Caucasian's which included men and women. Had to step on to the weighing scale as weight is of paramount importance in ziplining across such a long wire-rope as the wind play's a important role in a safe journey to the other end of the mountain.Above the maximum permissible weight limit means disqualification from undergoing this ultra extreme ziplining sport. After putting on our harness and protective helmet we were given a debriefing by the head instructor of the "Jebel Jais" zipline. The "Jebel Jais Zipline" has two parallel wire ropes and hence ziplining is conducted in pair's and ziplining friend Subodh and myself were harnessed onto two different parallel ziplines at the same starting take-off point akin to race horses in a starting box.The view from the launch point hanging in the "Belly Down" posture was scary and definitely not for the faint hearted and hence a bond indemnity against any hidden sicknesse's that could erupt during the ziplining. Simple Vertigo psychosis could be disastrous.
Finally at approximately 1630 hrs both of us, young man Mr Subodh and young at heart Uncle Rudolph were released from the hook at a height of 1680 meters .Initially ziplined between 120-150 Km/hr and to me a confirmed "Adrenalin Junkie" it was sheer joy seeing the mountain's and valley below breezing past me akin to "Superman" flying in the air.
The entire zipline flight which is 2,832 meters(2.8 Km !) in length is akin to a free fall Derby race and lasted slightly above 2 minutes before coming to a stop at a mid-air suspended "Platform".Once on reaching the platform the straight harness was removed and i was transferred onto a normal sitting posture "Strait jacket" to complete the short second leg ziplining back to the lower level mountain platform.
From here i made my exit onto solid ground and we were transferred by a van back to our arrival point for our journey back home.
If you are a genuine "ADRENALINE JUNKIE" please travel to Dubai to do this ziplining.
