Being on a business trip we planned last minute to get a driver and go to Murchison Falls national park. We were supposed to have a driver and the next day we found out that it had changed as Éric was going to take us. AND WHAT A BLAST!!! We hesitated a lot to do this tour, as we feared to do something too touristy and not feel the local vibe. But thanks to Eric we were to enjoy the most of it with a great feeling of being part of the trip and living the ouganda trip for real. We had a great time with Eric, discussing a lot and gaining insights about ouganda culture, history anecdotes. Plus, we could feel that Eric was enjoying the trip as much as us, having fun in making great game drives, testing new paths, and being as happy as us to see some animals. In summary great guide, very professional, knowledgeable, and nice! Hoping to do that again one day. Togende Éric :)

Today I went on an expedition tour with Eric and Walter to the Mabamba Swamps. They picked me up at the hotel on time as arranged. We took the ferry to Sazi, which saved us a bumpy journey via Kyengera. They both know every bird. And so I am made aware of the local birdlife at several stops on the way. Once we arrive in the swamps, Huntington, an experienced guide and also a birding expert, guides us through the narrow canals. After just a short time, he spots a shoebill, which we approach within five metres. What a sublime moment. Time stands still for a moment and you don't want to go any further. After what feels like 15 minutes, we carry on and around the next bend Huntigton discovers the next shoebill. What a lucky coincidence, he confirms, as there are only 12 of its kind in the swamps. Of course, we spot other birds that are only partly familiar to me as a birdwatcher, such as various herons, kingfishers, plovers, crowned cranes.... The entertaining trip with Eric and Walter was an impressive experience. If I hadn't already booked several tours with other providers, I would have gone on a discovery tour of Uganda with the two of them.

Super accommodating to pick me up from Sipi, and cater my experience to my interests. The guide Eric was very friendly, knowledgeable, and resourceful.

Right from picking me up from my hotel, Arnold was a great guide. He had a lot of knowledge of the history of Uganda and the places we past. I enjoyed the equator experiments, the mountain gorillas where awesome, many great memories. I greatly recommend this company

We booked the pian upe trip with my friends, we had a lot of fun especially the walking safari to the hyena hill, the great views of the sweeping endless plains, had a memorable sundowner at sipi

I rented a car with the company for 17 days with an upfront confirmation on a/c and delivery to my guesthouse. Both failed with no information to me from the company. I finally got the car going to the office and I had to drive with windows open for 2000+ km on dusty Ugandan roads due to the lacking a/c. The dust found its way into the car and made a mess and I and my stuff got rather dirty. In addition, the car's breaks and steering were in bad condition. I asked for a modest 10% discount and got 4%. Conclusion: rentals cannot be recommended here.

We hired this company for our transfer from Entebbe to Kampala. The driver was in constant communication with us via WhatsApp. Our luggage was lost and we spent more time inside the airport filling in documents and the driver was always patient and communicative with us. We also asked them to bring the baggage back to Kampala when the suitcases landed at the airport after two days, and they did it immediately. Very efficient and professional. I recommend them for your transfers in Uganda.

We had a fantastic cycling day out! A true great experience with very friendly guide Meddy. We have seen the market, city center, fisherman's village and so many nice quiet roads in this bustling city.

My friends and I booked a trip to sipi falls and pian upe reserve with Outback Adventure Safaris. The drive was safe, had a lot of fun at sipi when abseiling and pian had great views. I highly recommend this company

I needed transport to and from Entebbe to Kamapla...My driver Joseph was excellent. I used him / the service on my last day as I needed to make last visit to a client. Kampala traffic is crazy..lots of pot hioles ( speed control). Joseph did a great and safe job of driving me pack to Entebbe. I already have their numbers in my WhatsApp! Asante sana!!

Excellent tour down to Bwindi and around SW Uganda. Eric is a fabulous driver, clearly experienced and knowledgable. We went to Bwindi and Queen Elizabeth Park and he was a great guide, he also took us to Kampala and around Entebbe, we felt very comfortable and in safe hands. We will be back!

We had arranged a 10 day roundtrip, starting in Jinja, then Sippy Falls, Kitgum, Kidepo national park, Murchison national park /falls, Fort Portal, and finally a nice hike in Rwenzori Mountains. An amazing tour, which was very well organized by our excellent guide and driver Eric. He did an excellent job in booking our lodges, providing background information on the country, its customs, its wildlife and its traditions. His nice and warm personality made the whole trip very enjoyable, his professional but unobtrusive service was a great gain. Truly advisable!
