My driver, who happens to be the CEO of the company was so friendly. Everything was so smooth from the first contact I made. He helped coordinate and do accommodation reservation for me since I was arriving late night. I arrived and he was waiting for me with a "Name Tag." He is very professional and experience. I definitely recommend him.

The personal care by Alex. Safe and comfortable with excellent stay at the Pakuba Safari Lodge. The timing of the tour could have been better managed on the second day, Missed the cruise on day 2 which would have been better that the early morning game drive.

The murchision water falls view experience, was wonderful. I also loved the early morning game drive, which gave me a whole new experience of watching the wild, aside from documentaries.

The tour guide was AMAZING!!!!! We had lots of fun, she was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed the whole day.

I had a wonderful, adventurous and memorable trip around Uganda with Ssemambo Alex tours and travel.

It was such a fun experience that it made me crave more time in the pearl of Africa's wilderness.I had a great time at the top of the greatest waterfall and i also enjoyed the boat cruise at the Albert Nile in Murchison falls National Park. We were also able to visit the Karamajongs in Nakapelimoru traditional village in Kotido district. We got to know how these people do their daily activities and we were also able to join them for example in dancing. The safari was extraordinary and I believe anyone would want in on the fun too.

The safari was an experience of a lifetime for me.The beauty of this country lies not only in its wildlife but also within the diverse cultures all around Uganda. The guides were well learned and very helpful in tending to our every query. i enjoyed every moment of my trip, the pearl of Africa truly is a place to be.

Was Crystal clear with nice cultural experience with the Ik people and viewing the lions in Murchison while in the evening hours

We stayed in the bandas and they were great (clean and comfortable), but the real pleasure of the place is the people around it. Francis was a brilliant host, tour guide and friend. Made us feel entirely welcome and comfortable the whole time we were there and was very well-informed on the coffee and waterfall tours.
