Our experience was top notch from booking, to game drives, visiting the falls all the way thru our return to the airport in Entebbe. Our guide John was fun loving and helpful, he made everyone from my wife to out youngest son feel comfortable, safe and excited all at the same time. We had a fantastic time with Book Gorilla Tours. The pick up from thr airport was great and our main driver for the two week trip plus the overseer John were fantastic. Both were extremely friendly and efficient. They both went out of their way to ensure that we did and saw exactly what we wanted to and I cannot emphasise how friendly, helpful, knowledgable and professional they both were. Irene was very helpful in the lead up whilst I was organising the trip and kept checking in to ensure that the trip was running smoothly. We had a great experience renting with Book Gorilla Tours. They offered the cheapest price and best services. Jeremy was very responsible and communicated via emails and telephone, planned our trip to Murchison Falls and other bookings that I did with her. I recommend using their services. David was our driver all along. He drove us to Murchison Falls, did the game drives, and then on a separate trip to Kyenjojo. David is energetic and funny, caring, shares his stories and a good driver. They have a good team. I will definitely use their services next time I go to Uganda.

We actually booked our car rental very last minute - 10pm the night before leaving! The company had everything arranged for us on the following morning. Our driver, David, came to pick us up at our hostel. David was a safe and knowledgeable driver, and an excellent host, showing us plantations along the drive, and picking up fresh fruits along the way! We would highly recommend the company, and David as a driver!

Just hired a rav4 for 4 days and really happy with the service. Delivered to my door, and the car was great and clean. Its always a worry when travelling, trying to find a reputable company to rent a vehicle from but I cannot recommend this company enough. They offered comprehensive insurance cover, just a photocopy of relevant id and a small deposit was needed. It was an affordable price and the land cruiser was well maintained. I travelled all over Uganda an had no trouble with it at all. I cannot recommend this company enough, the staffs were excellent.

I cannot recommend Book Gorilla Tours highly enough! They have been superb with us all trip. They were thoroughly professional with the booking, transparent with the prices, flexible with working around our needs and really supportive when we needed additional assistance with our border crossings. So far, they've gone above and beyond at least 3 times. The vehicle we rented has been great too - super comfortable and great for exploring East Africa.
