Lesson learnt after buying Turkish delights from one of the shops here is not to be influenced with the food tasting they offer. I bought three varieties of TD and the total was more than 1000TL. I encourage the sellers to display the price per gram of kg for each of the products. Many shops have the prices for the varieties of tea but not for TD. After I selected mine the seller quickly got the box sealed and told the price instead of confirming with me if the price was okay or I would want to be less than that. So there was no negotiation.

The experience was average... but felt more like i was on a transfer ferry with a cafiteria. The hotel transfer pickup was on time (15 pax mini bus that makes several stops), the wait staff was great (thank you Abraham), the traditional turkish dancing was great (if you were lucky enough to sit close to the dance floor), and they had a short 'dance club' session towards the end of the trip that was fun (great DJ). There was some areas for improvment... the boat was almost 1 hr late leaving the port, the food was school cafeteria quality, and the wine was drinkable, but obviously very cheap. Unfortunately, the biggest fail was that there was no inidication along the cruise of where we were on the Bosphorus, so you had no clue what you were passing or looking at. It would have been nice to have some sort of information telling you the history of each site that was passed. A missed oppurtunity to make it a great experience (even with the average food and wine)... in my opinion. For $52 a person (with alcohol and transfer) it was a fair price, but the entire experience could have been better with just a few minor (inexpensive) improvents.

It was great to visit this very attractive commercial and authentic bazaar for herbs, spices, gold, pastries and Turkish hand crafts

Booked transfer on the day or arrival with no problems. All as described, just need to remember to get out through exit 14, where guys were already waiting for us, even though the fight was delayed. Good staff!

If you are in the area to visit Efesus, you must include Mary’s house. History and faith to cristians and to whom belive. Essy visit!

We were late for the tour due to plane delay but the driver was nice enough to wait for us at the hotel and whisked us away as soon as we arrived to join the rest of the tour group. Tour guide (I forgot her name) was very informative and loved her way of explaining the history of the places. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Fabulous Travel Istanbul service! We booked a transfer from and to the airport, and we also had a full day tour of Istanbul. The car was always served on time, the drivers are attentive and caring. The cars themselves are clean and comfortable, there is water. You can agree on the conditions and time of ordering a car by phone. You can pay online using the link. Good and clear service in Istanbul. I recommend !!

The tour was disorganised and badly planned. Firstly, the minivan turned up almost an hour late. We were then taken to an aquarium but the cost wasn’t included. Then we taken to the safari but this wasn’t as advertised. This was only accessible via quad bikes which were very costly to hire. We wasted some much time here that we couldn’t enjoy the lake as we got there when it was dark and we were rushed with only 30 mins allowed. What made it worse was that the tour guide couldn’t speak English. Terrible tour but such a shame as the locations were beautiful.

Really a bad experience . We spent almost 4/5 hours on boat . So at the end not a lot on island ( first one 45 minutes ) .thanks

Provide timeline to show that you will spend up to 2 hours on various buses to pick up other participants. The "guided tour" on first island is essentially "Here is a good spot for a photo. We wait here for 10 minutes". This happens three times in areas that are not that picturesque in any form. They allow a perfume salesman to harass you on the boat and on shore. The boat essentialy ran at idle engine speed for the trip making a 30 minute trip the ferry makes take an hour! Total rip off!!!

First of all, we had to wait for quite a while in the cold upon arrival. Secondly, the car looked NOTHING like on the photos. It was a similar vehicle but very very old and outdated, with some unpleasant smell. Even the floors were covered in a lot of dirt. The driver placed our 2 suitcases in the back and they just kept rolling there. He made no effort to secure them. Also, the driver spoke no English whatsoever so it made it even more difficult to speak to him when we faced another issue - HE HAS NO IDEA OF THE ADDRESS for our destination. So as a result instead of an hour's journey we spent another 40 minutes in the car while the driver had to make a lot of circles and make stops at a variety of shops and even small hotels trying to get help with the address. I must say, the address was very easy to find as later during our trip any taxi driver could find us without any issue. All in all, it was a horrid experience and that company made us feel very unwelcome and unappreciated. Nothing that was promised in their advert came true. Really disgusting.

This is by far the worst cruise you will ever take, the description is NOT accurate, they will seat you on a table with 10 strangers with ZERO medical precautions, ZERO COVID precautions, ZERO social distancing, the place smells bad and their support service is a fraud, does nothing, just takes your call and claim to be forwarding it to a manager who of-course will never call back. as for refund, don't even dream about it. 15 years in the tourism industry, writing professional reviews and this is the worst service ever, i really think TripAdvisor and Viator should remove this from their website.

It was a wonderful evening, The staff and crew were very attentive and entertaining. The boat also had a wonderful photographer . The food was okay, do not expect great cuisine but well worth the price of the ticket! The buildings along the waterfront look beautiful with the lights on . I would recommend this trip. When we returned home they even sent me free copies of the digital photos via "What's App" when I requested them . Thank you for a fun and memorable evening.
