Amazing place for tourists, caves and houses under the floor. Old civilization who lives inside these caves, their way of living etc... Historical place for tourists and history lovers.

A fantastic visit to this museum comes highly recommended. It was very informative. Yunus the tour guide is highly recommended too.He made our visit very exiting and entertaining. He is definitely an asset to the museum with his vast knowledge

Our guide Utku was excellent! He was very knowledgeable, gave great tips for turkiye and showed us where to take the best pictures etc Cannot recommend enough - the Blue Tour was one of the highlights from our trip - such a beautiful country

Do not book any hot air balloon trips with this agency!!! They cancel the day before and don't give any explanation. My money was refunded a few days later thank God however they are terrible.. Rather pay a little more and book with a more reliable company. TERRIBLE!!!

We had pre booked the Hot air balloon and the Green Tour . However the day before Viator cancelled the tour and the balloon ride and no reason was mentioned, the weather was good as all other companies were working on the said day. We had to waste our precious time looking for other tour operators when we reached Cappadocia ( which we didn't want to do therefore we pre booked our tour) . I thought that was very unprofessional of Viator, it being such a well established company I did not expect this.

I had the worst experience that I hope no one has to go through... The #enkatravel agency was the worst... Due to the weather the balloon could not be made and the agency moved it to Ihlara which is 85km, more than 1 hour from Capadoccia and is a canyon What people told us is not worth it, we paid €250 per person, I was traveling with older adults and the transfer was very difficult, they did not return any of the money to us because in their closure it indicates that there is no refund if the balloon cannot be made If not, it is moved to another location, what it does not say is that it is so far away and that it is not worth it because it is a closed canyon, the price is not the same. On the tours ALL the people told us that they DID get their money back, of course none of them were with Enka Travel. Don't put your money at risk, most agencies do return your money and indicate it in their clause. — me siento decepcionada.

Great services including the transfers, the boutique hotel Ncs and his owner Emir who was so pleasant and personable. The drivers so skilled to drive and very polite. The tour guides very knowledgeable and as they were local, we could experience Capadoccia through their eues. The ballon tour was stunning and the team knew exactly what to do- always felt we were in expert hands. Last but not least, Berka who was my go-to counselor via whattsapp and was there throughout out journey, always timely in making sure we were doing fine.

Enka travel takes care of everyting. Even some issues with the ballon tour was solved quickly. Staff very frindly and nice. Great red tour. And ballon flight was totally amazing.

The views were amazinggg Our tour guide was very informative. I had the opportunity to try my hand at pottery. all in all, a plesant trip.

I am sorry to say that I was not satisfied at all, our tour was arranged for Tuesday, but they changed it a day before for Wednesday and it was not at all as written, we had a transfer, they did not come and pick us up in the morning and did not leave us in front of the hotel in the evening, they dropped us off in the middle of the road and moreover, there was no air conditioning. You can arrange the cruise tour I did for a cheaper price here, definitely do not buy from here.

The tour was entirely not as described - we went to some valleys and caves but they were not the most significant sites described (eg itinerary said Kaymakli, tour went to Ozkonak) and at many locations we only got a view from a distance of the area, rather than going to the area itself (eg the Uchisar castle stop was not going to the castle where they’d have had to pay an entry fee, but just looking at it from some distance). The longest part of the tour was spent at scammer locations where we were dropped off for extended periods of time to be harassed by pressure sales tactics into buying hugely overpriced fake goods - we would have in no way have booked this tour if these “shopping” activities were booked. We contacted the provider in writing to complain after complaining directly to the tour guide and he was rude and strident in saying they would do nothing to change the tour or how they falsely describe it online. Finally - note the minibus was in a state of disrepair, lots of cracks/tears in the seats and the bus was very hot.

These people are horrible! 1st no communication! I had to have my hotel call them because they would not confirm. An hour before the tour my hotel got ahold of them, and they confirmed, only for them to cancel 20 min later. We missed out on other tours in our short time in cappadocia. 2nd Canceled 10 min before our schedualed time. What a disappointment for my family as now all other tours have departed. Please do yourself a favor and do not rely on these lousy people

There’s a lot of things to say but i just wanna say WONDERFUL! You have to visit this place… I have some photos thus you can understand what i want to say! 🙌🏽

Visited here with our tour group . Found the market at the base very good price wise. To get to the open air museum it’s all uphill and hard going on very uneven terrain . Some bits of museum ok but some just empty rooms and not worth bothering about . Wouldn’t go out of my way to visit here.
