          Great day in Pamukkale
Our tour of Pamukkale with Ceyda was amazing, far exceeded all our expectations. We were pick up at our hotel on time and were given details of about schedule and plans for the day. Ceyda has a deep understanding of the history of the area and of Turkey, which made the experience come alive. She was nice, friendly and very accommodating. She was professional yet personable. knowledgeable about all aspects of the tour. Having a small group (we were only five) enhanced the tour experience since it made it easy to navigate sites. We would highly recommend spending the day with her.

Tour was very well planned and executed, Ceyda provided important information about how the day would go, and about the sites that we visited (Hierapolis and Pamukkale) also Ceyda was very helpful, attentive and very friendly during the whole tour. Would definitely recommend booking this tour and also Ceyda as a tour guide.

With a good guide, the trip will be definitely perfect.
I've really enjoyed this trip. Our guide Cayda told a lot of historical facts and history to us and made our trip more interesting. She made sure we were feeling comfortable on our trip. She even helped with our photos and made sure we've got the best views on this trip.

A good place to visit when in Turkey:).
Heirapolis is rich in history and culture .There were some restorations being done during our visit. The Cotton Castle was interesting. I think it would have been amazing if all the travestine had water flowing. Some people enjoyed swimming at the Cleopatra pool. Our guide CEYDA was very knowledgeable and accommodating .

          Recommended Trip
The trip is trusted one. And Ceyda as our tour guide is knowledgeable and helpful. Within the itinerary, there will be two small breaks at the rest area, visit to stone shop, and lunch. And to manage your expectation in the tourist spot, the program will only give you free time in Cleopatra Pool and Thermal Pools.

          Travertines
Going in a small group to Pamukkale is very nice as we’ve got to know other people from other countries. The van is quite convenient and Ceyda is very knowledgeable about the history to the places. However, as it is a group tour, there is some limitation for the free time. We would like to have some more time when exploring the Hierapolis, or the ancient theatre, before exploring another site. Because, you know, the hike to the top is not easy so I think to reward that, we wish for more time to explore the theater. Other than that, it’s a wonderful experience in Pamukkale.

          Great experience!!
Amazing trip, the journey is 3 hours onwards and 3 hours return - which one should be aware of. The lunch was good, Pamukkale terraces were beautiful and it was a lovely outing. Ceyda is very knowledgeable in the history and background of the place and helped us with all our queries. Definitely recommend this trip !!

          Must see Pamukkale
The tour van arrived on time at the specified location. There was enough seat for all the guests. I will mention that I did have to sit in a seat that was facing the opposite direction from the direction we were driving but I did not mind this but if you are someone who is prone to motion sickness/car sickness then please inform the other people and they may be able to switch your seat. The driver was friendly and got us safely and on time to the different location. There was a good amount of opportunities to use the toilet on the way to Pamukkale. The lunch was a buffet style. The food was range of salad, soups, chicken, rice spaghetti etc... drink are extra. After lunch we were taken to a jewelry factory/store that make jewelry from sultanate and other items made from stones from the Pamukkale area (There was no obligation from anyone to force you to buy anything). As part of the tour you get 10% discount if you pay by card and 20% discount if you pay by cash. Euro, dollar and pounds accepted. We did buy some nice rings from there and some special healing cups. After the Jewelers we went to shop specializing in home bedding, towels and scarf etc..made from local cotton grown in the area ( we did stop by a cotton field to take photos before reach here). They also sold other stuff like jerseys, shirts, shoes etc.... As part of the tour you got a 50% discount on everything in store with a voucher provided in store on arrival. (Also no obligation to buy anything here as well)Finally after this we headed to Pamukkale. Throughout the journey Ceyda gave us information about the difference place we would visit she was very knowledgeable about Pamukkale and gave us time to ask questions. Pamukkale was very interesting and the sight's were very beautiful. There is an optional mini hike to the Roman theater if you are not as mobile this may not be advisable to walk up ( there is an optional golf style cart they you can ride to get around but this is an extra optional charge). There are place to eat and drink from and there are toilets available. The Cleopatra hot springs pool cost extra we did not swim in it but if you want there is time to do so. Keep in mind that the pool was out in a very open area so other non swimming people could see you in the pool. There is a lot of calcium terraces. The first calcium terrorist is the closest one to you and you are required to take off your shoes you are required to be barefoot while in the calcium terrace.Other terraces are down a steeper slope down the calcium walkway. Please keep in mind that if you do go in the first terrace that I went in there is a lot of algae in the water so it can be very slippery so be careful. After this we went back to our hotel with one stop before to use the toilet. Overall we enjoyed this tour and we would recommend it to our friends and family. Lastly I just want to inform you that from where we were located it was 3 hours to get to Pamukkale and 3 hours back so if you are not fond of long journeys this may not be for you.
