Good tour guide! Very friendly and informative. Would recommend to other people to avail tour from this company :) :) :)

We went on a tour to Ephesus . Our tour guide Feyzullah was very good. He kept us informed with history and entertained with a very positive attitude. Highly recommend the tour and guide to anyone visiting the place.

I went on a tour to Pammukale from Kusadasi with this agency. The tour guide (Taner) was extremely rude, inpatient and inpolite with several members of the group. The tour was in English, however, English was not the 1st language for must people within the group. There was people from India, China, Mexico and Puerto Rico. Taner has a strong turkish accent and easily got upset if anyone asked him to repeat a word. He was disrespectful, specially with some of the ladies. When a lady from India asked him to repeat a word because she didn’t understood, he yelled at her “what’s your problem, you never understand anything!”, embarrassing her on front of the group. Everyone was shocked and scared to make any questions. Even when some of us openly told him to please come down his attitude did not changed. In terms of the tour quality he barely explained things… I travel around the world and have been in over 60 countries. This is the must discourteous, disrespectful guide I have had. By the end of the tour I asked the company tour name and neither Taner or his coworkers wanted to tell me the company name. His coworker even said that Taner is independent and works for various companies so it didn’t worth to tell me the company name. I don’t know if this is true or not. But, I obviously just contacted my hotel and they gave me the company name, White Rock Travel in Kusadasi. I do not recommend this company for not been transparent and denying to provide me the information I requested. Also, I do not recommend this company for hiring people like Taner, from the conversations from his coworkers it seems everybody knows he is rude.

Thank you to Alex and the team of WhiteRock Travel for organizing our day trip to Pamukkale from Istanbul. What a fantastic day. Transfers were well organized and our very enthusiastic guide, Rafet, was the best with all his knowledge and exciting storytelling from Greek mythology, Roman Empires, local history, and archeology...just enough to keep us interested and the tour exciting and fascinating!! We had a great lunch and they even surprised my son with a (21st) birthday cake!!! An absolutely awesome day! Thank you.

Our Guide Cigdem provided us with more than enough information everywhere we went. There was never a question that could not be answered. And our driver Ismail got us everywhere on time every time.

Koray was a best guide. He is professional and experienced. Even though I am a Korean, I could understand his word clearly. Also, his explaning is simple and clear. His explanation is very detailed and helpful. Thanks to Koray, I got to know history of Ephesus well. If you consider tour in Ephesus, contact Koray. He explained about Ephesus through out the tour. I admire his constant explanation. 셀축에서는 한국인 가이드가 없어서 주로 영어가이드로 투어를 도는 거 같은데요. 영어가이드로 Koray를 찾으세요! 이름도 Korea와 유사하다고 조크를 치며 우리에게 인사해온 Koray! 말이 너무 빠른 거 같아 천천히 설명해달라고 했는데, 듣기 편했습니다.

Our tour guide Koray was fantastic! He is a strong historian who provided us excellent information that helped us understand the ruins in more detail. He helped us understand the significance of Mary’s home and church and the extensive ruins at Ephesus. Lunch was delicious and the demonstration of the carpet making school and store was very good. We even had a fashion show at the Rossini leather store. I would definitely recommend this tour to my friends that are visiting Turkey.

Definitely look for Koray Yasa as the tour guide. He is nice, friendly, always there to help and trustworthy. It just so happened we are the only people in the day tour so it became a private tour. Thanks Koray for bringing us here and there. Super informative. I cant stop myself from admiring the information he holds in his brain. There was a twist during the trip which was me wanting to return to a shop for some reasons. And Koray was so helpful in rearranging the trip. We had more than expected from the trip. Thank you Koray for making our honeymoon holiday even better!
