I didnt go with Bruno Travel to be fair. I went with another agency. But ALL agents have a similar agenda. They will bring you to many multiple stops along the way, such as honey shops, zoo, so called “branded” stores, etc but it’s mostly crap. The tour guide makes a commission from every purchase you make so it’s definitely marked up. For example Cable Car online prices are 150 TL but they will charge you 450 TL / person. So my advice is, if you really wanna go, make sure you negotiate the rate like hell. I negotiated for 3 pax from 130 euros to 55 euros. And to be honest the views wasnt that great. Ive been to much better places.

We took airport transfers (round trip) from Bruno Travel. I can't praise enough for their services from start to end. They confirmed everything on watsapp, gave us good price. Our flight was delayed 2 hours, they knew about it and texted us that's ok they'll be there on our arrival. They were there when we arrived and within 10 minutes we were on our way to the hotel in a spacious and air-conditioning mini Van. Drivers are well skilled. On our day back they picked us back from the hotel on time, and again they texted us the time when they'll pick us up. You don't expect that from the taxis but Bruno Travel is just brilliant and trustworthy!

Two out of three tried to tell us that we only gave them one dollar. The first one tried to steal over 100 US. He began screaming that he wanted small bills and then he wanted a large bill. Causing much confusion. He said we only gave him one US.. We were adamant that he was given a hundred dollars. He finally gave us back our money and we paid him. Second driver did the same thing with a 20 US. We just walked away knowing that he was paid as owed. Third was a gem we paid and gave a 30% tip.

The transfer driver from the hotel to departure was really helpful. He went the extra mile to make our journey comfortable and relaxed. He even had the use of Google Assist for communication!! Amazing gentleman..

I had a great experience with Burno Travels, highly recommended for tours. Specially Ms. SANAE was very cooperative and she supported to arrange the luxury vehicle on time for Airport Transporation. Prices are cheaper as compared to others option in Market.

Very well organised once on the boat. Food, drink, entertainment (many dance routines including a single whirling dirvisher). Starting time of 7:30 is more of a potential pickup time from your hotel. Boat doesn't leave until 9pm and returns around midnight, and then return to your hotel. All thoroughly professionally run.

They are CROOKED LIAR. They are the WORST service provider I have ever had in my life. They are the WORST HUMAN BEING. Greedy, cruel and heartless. Will do anything for money and don’t deliver the service. My friend booked us a transfer from airport to hotel in Istanbul. The instructions and pictures given to meet at the airport didn’t match where they were waiting. We walked around outside the chaotic Istanbul airport trying to call them. Didn’t pick up. Someone saw the picture of the info on my phone and called the person. He was running around looking for people on his list. Followed him and walked about 200 meters away. Waited for the car for about 15 mins. Finally the car came and fetched us. When were reaching our hotel the taxi stopped at a junction and said “problem. Hotel there” pointing up the hill about 200 meters up in the darkness of the night. It was about 11pm. We couldn’t see the hotel because it was far up the hill and it was dark. We hesitated and questioned him of course. He lost his temper and talked in local language. Got out the car and took out our luggages. He basically threw us out of the car in the middle of the road. We thought he couldn’t turn into the junction because of a motorcycle parked on the side or bcos the road was too narrow hence “problem”. After the mean old driver left we noticed that it was a one way road down the hill. He was planning to throw us out intentionally. Knowing that we are 3 girls with huge luggages have to climb up that STEEP hills in the middle of the night. Who would do that? Turkish apparently. So we climbed that steep hill 200 meters up with 40kgs luggage each. What a great holiday. Turkish people really know how to treat their guests.

I booked transfer from Klook.com and I paid it already. They send a confirmation by the time I flew from my country to Istanbul which I can't even respond. Then suddenly when I come to the exit door, they were saying my reservation got cancelled and they said I am late. While my booking showing that pick up time at 2pm even tho my arrival is at 5am in the morning. Another person says that my reservation is for 4th of Oct. So I have to pay the transfer on 3rd meanwhile the transfer on the 4th can be use for my friend who is coming the next day. Turns out the voucher on Klook says that drop of at 2.43 which this is untrue. This is irresponsible and definitely a SCAM.

I don't know where to begin. I am a solo traveller and come to Turkey without any plan, just go with the flow. I start my journey with booked the airport transfer from Bruno Travel via Klook. When I arrived, the airport rep greeted me at arrival gate and took me to the very comfy car with the best driver that Istanbul ever had (sorry I forgot the name) but he is an amazing driver very professional and humble at the same time white hair old man. The next day, the tour rep His name is Taylan, the best tour rep in the whole Turkey. He offered me the tour package to cappadocia. I confirm the package last minute and he managed to make it happen. He is really professional and fast respond at the same time 24/7. He respond my bunch of questions in a timely manner. He always checking on me every single time make sure that I arrived at the destination, whether the driver has arrived or not and many more even at 2am in the morning. He make sure that everything managed perfectly and give me the opportunity to have a wonderful time in Turkey. I took the package for cappadocia with hot air balloon tour and full day tour of red and green tour. (my dream come true!) plus the accommodation is amazing, I love architecture building and MDC Cave Hotel is reallyyyyyyy beyond my expectation! More beautiful than the pictures. The room is perfect, the bathroom is amazing completed with Turkish hamam bath ans Jacuzzi! i love the hotel recommend by Taylan. everything organized very smooth and seamless because of Taylan. Lastly, I would be more than happy to give more than 5 stars review and recommendation for those who want to have a hassle free trip. I guarantee you will get the best experience of Turkey. Thank you Bruno Travel, to make my solo trip in turkey become one of the best moment in my life and showing me the best Turkish people warm hospitality. Now, I am falling in love with Turkey and I would definitely come back again to Turkey!
