We were walking along this morning and got stopped by a man being very friendly asking where we were from etc. Then asked if we had done the Bosporus cruise and said he has a travel agency which does this. We went to High Hill travel Agency and booked it for this afternoon. We were told to meet at their office where a car will pick us up to go to the boat. We got there in time and were taken walking along very hilly roads - my husband has walking difficulties which we had pointed out this morning before we booked. Basically once your money parts they did not care. It was a difficult walk and long. We will not be booking any more trips with them.

Emrah and his staff have been extremely helpful and guiding for our three days trip to Istanbul. He booked one of the most beautiful and closest hotels to Hagia Sofia, transferred us with a V.I.P Mercedes Van, took us to delicious restaurants around and organized a Bosphorus boat tour at the end of our holiday, which was like a dessert after a fine dinner! I travel with my friends and we made Capadocia tour in 2 days and Ephesus tour in one day, everything was very organized, balloons experience was amazing, Omar and Emrah always answered our questions, we did not have any issue, tours guides speak very well english and one of them spanish too, they have a deeply knowledge about Turkey, the hotel, food, transportation were very good. high hill tour agent has been very helpfull and informative and details in advising us for our trip from day 1, clear itinerary planned for us and very in details… we asked for private or small group tour and the most important thing is the location of the hotel and only wanted an air flight for the long distance journey so did they deliver very good one from the flight to kayseri till the flight back to istanbul spent 2 night at cappadocia then continued another 2 night for pamukkale & ephesus visits… - its always great experience with the hot air balloon , the view and historical places in cappadocia… the uderground city and went also for ATV ride od the National Park… also went for avanos pottery worksop, also brought to see and experience the ihlara valley, not to forget the famous konak jewellery… - pamukkale trip was also a great deal as we managed to try paragliding over the cotton castle before visitting , its breathtaking experience to look over it from the sky before visiting it, its great view of it and its hierapolis history, -hotel stay at kusadesi town , temple of artemis, house of virgin mary, ephesus ancient city and last but not least, leather show and shop before heading back to istanbul… travelling via aeroplane for long distance journey and small group with coach was always less tiring and more quality as everyone manage to have more energy with good rest time and stay… our guide was also very friendly, punctual, informative and energetic… a great service provided for us that have us repeat booking for the next day trip to bursa…

My family and I booked a daily bus tour from Istanbul to bursa city by Highhill travels . It was the worst experience as the tour couldn't speak or understand English or he was pretending to. All the other passengers were arabic speakers so all the instructions and details were given in arabic only regardless of asking us so many times even google translator didn't workout. Highhill travels are a big scam ,their agents are moving around the important tourist places to grab tourists. It was a total torture . I have been to many countries good bad things happens everywhere but this experience was horrible. Plz don't book tour with this agency. It was a complete helpless situation which started from 8am in the morning till 2 am next day. As agency asked us to b ready at 8 while other passengers came around 9:30. Bus started at 10 and dropped us at the end at 1: 50 am night. It was very hopeless for my three kids who were eager to visit and thrilled for sightseeing. When we put a review on Google the agency started massaging to remove the review as it was affecting the ratings. Pathetic.

We booked a trip to Cappadocia and as experienced travelers were pleasantly surprised because everything was organized to the smallest detail, we had a great time and did not think about anything.The best travel company I know, professionals in their field. We had read about Yalova, famous for its ancient thermal springs and spa, and reputedly beneficial for aches and pains - or simply to enjoy a refreshing dip in its warm waters. So we decided to investigate..... A couple of hours drive out of Istanbul on the Asian side of Turkey, the interesting route takes you up winding mountain roads and past waterfalls. We travelled in comfort in a modern and luxurious Mercedes Vito, and our driver Emrah was friendly courteous and informative about the history and culture of the area. After bathing for an hour, we emerged with muscles relaxed, to have supper in a restaurant on the hillside, overlooking the springs. For anyone who forgets to bring swimwear, there are shops in the attractive little spa where you can kit yourself out very reasonably. Also a hotel for overnight stays. It seemed to be a popular destination, even on an early autumn afternoon. We thoroughly enjoyed our excursion which was a new experience for us. We plan to return to Istanbul next year and hope to explore further afield next time. When we do, we would happily choose this same company, as we had a very positive experience with them on our trip to Yalova Terma
