We booked this on a whim , 1 hour before it started. We got the VIP treatment for two people (£60 total). When we got there , there was an option to spend an extra £16pp for another 30 mins added to our massage with hot stones included. We paid the extra as we thought it was a much better deal than at home. All we can say is WOW!! We were the only two in the spa so it was quiet and peaceful. We had so many different treatments which would probably cost triple the cost back at home. The whole thing was such a unique experience that we have never had before. We left feeling so peaceful and relaxed. If we had the chance , we would 100% visit again. Thank you so much!! 🩷

Very disappointed by the communication elements of the trip, highlighted by the following: Pick-up time of 4.30am was only communicated the night before and upon our request several days prior. This was significantly earlier than the 5.40 am shown in the booking page. Pick-up was then late, by 45 minutes and we had no communication of this at all and no way to contact the guide themselves Itinerary not as advertised; expected to only go to Pamukkale and Hierapolis. Instead we had three additional unadvertised stops (Salda Lake with breakfast, onyx store & an additional stop for wine tasting / sale of wine and other Turkish delights) Tour guide had no control of the group, some were incapable of being on time and guide was incapable of corralling them even if they were in a known place, causing at least a cumulative 1 hour delay Overall the trip took 19hrs, 5 of which were due to the unexpected & unadvertised aspects. Overall very disappointed with the tour; Pamukkale and Hierapolis were beautiful and worth the time but the unexpected aspects of the trip were not.

So where to begin we were sold tickets for a wonderful river criuse which included a stop at the waterfalls and the market to do some shopping, the day didn't start very well waiting for the last couple out of the hotel put us almost 20 minutes behind, anyway to carry on got to the boat and climbed aboard. The wind was going right through everyone on board we sat and waited and waited no one told us anything we all sat in the wind for over an hour there was no where on board to avoid the biting wind. At least 10 people got off and decided to go back to their hotels and knowing what we know now ourselves and others said that they wished they got off, Everyone was wrapped in towels that individuals brought from the hotels, So eventually we set off after they struggled to get the boat going so we cruise up for half an hour because everyone was freezing by this stage no one could take pictures as it was too cold to hold the camera. The boat was supposed to stop and we were supposed to get off for a short time, however the guide came on the tannoy and said due to the high winds we won't be getting off they turned around and headed back again slowly as the driver was struggling to keep the boat straight. Finally after what seemed like a lifetime the boat stopped for lunch which was served onboard the food was nice but could feel fingers so didn't really enjoy, we went onto the waterfalls but again freezing and finally onto the market, around 10/15 minutes had gone by and stall holders started packing up so that was a let down too. Would I recommend this trip to others never in a million years unless you want frostbite. This trip should have been cancelled by the tour guide they were all downstairs out of the wind and left everyone upstairs to freeze in the wind. If I could give this zero stars I would avoid at all cost.

Lots of fun on the jeeps - but not for the faint-hearted as the terrain can be rough plus the drivers love to hoon about. You need to hold on tight or you’ll be covered in bruises! Bandanas were €5 extra - bring your own or wait until the stop at the waterfall where they are cheaper. The views were great and it was a different experience to see it all by jeep. Great communication with Fatma who let us know what time to be picked up and kept in contact throughout the day.

The staff made this trip amazing and fun. It was a cheap day out, trip down the rive. Then busses to the waterfall and an easy way to visit the Bazaar. For the price this was spot on

Wow absolutely amazing we absolutely loved it. What an adrenaline rush I'm in my 40s and partner 50 and both enjoyed the whole experience the jeep ride was an exceptional experience and really gets the blood pumping. We did get very very wet lol 😆 Everyone seemed so friendly and had a great time. . There are some up-charges which were a little expensive but not essential to enjoy the day so you can buy if your want

What a fab experience we had today. From the confirmation check up by Fatma, who answered all my questions without hesitation, the coach was in time, the driver was friendly, the boat staff were friendly, and the food was flavoursome. We had 3 swim stops during the first part of the trip, the second happened just before lunch, where we got off the boat by the ladders and swam to Dolphin Island (I recommend taking some shoes, sea slip ons rather than flip-flops or sliders) as the rocks are sharp, it's also a little difficult climbing onto the island but all were able too. Life jackets are available also. Food was a choice between chicken and fish, I chose chicken and it was so tasty. They have a bar which has kids toys and crisps but these are quite expensive and everything is priced in Euros. The man who served me seemed a confused when I asked what the cost in Turkish Lira was. The trip back was so fun, music, foam party that filled the middle of the boat, another stop for a swim or beach walk then a little show at the end before a prompt pick up back to our hotel. If you can't find your hotel on the pick up list, give them a message or wait till the confirmation text and ask for it. Cost can be taken then for it and it's so much easier than finding your own way there. The whole trip was amazing and I'm so glad I chose to do it with this company, I can't recommend enough!

An exceptional trip with stunning scenery the whole way through and some wonderful cultural experiences that we wouldn't have had otherwise. I was blown away by how much of the Taurus Mountains we got to see. The guide was superb, giving lots of information along the way and having a great sense of humour. The food was very nice and plentiful.

Very well organized. We saw turtles and Dolphins. The Crew was very friendly and the Food was Great. We went there in October 2024.

The best excursion I have been on to date across multiple countries. Far exceeds expectations, lovely staff and good food. The dive itself was mesmerising. I cannot recommend this company enough. We were even able to pay extra for a speedboat straight to our hotel’s beach to save the bus trip back. The photos & videos are available to purchase on the boat of your entire dive and are of excellent quality! Thank you!

My partner and I went on this excursion together, we booked in advance and it really did not disappoint! I read a fair few reviews and looked through everything on the page before booking and my partner and I both cannot understand some of the reviews sharing bad experiences, everything that was stated on this page for the excursion was provided and the itinerary was exactly what was offered. Our experience from this excursion was excellent and even though we have already experienced this I would happily do this again if we visit in the future. First off I have to say that the staff were absolutely amazing! They were so fun, friendly and engaging and were looking out for all the customers making sure they were okay and had everything they needed. Yes there was extra costs on the drinks and snacks but this was already stated and it was all fairly priced and clear, also you weren’t forced into buying anything extra if you didn’t want to. My partner bought beer and I had an iced coffee which was delicious. The views were lovely, music was great even song’s I didn’t know I still enjoyed. The staff members also sang songs and joined in during the foam party which was amazing! I was shocked when I saw them singing I thought it was just a track but they were actually singing which was amazing, they were great! There was also a photographer who would pose you with a parrot and take photos, he was very respectful and lovely too if you were afraid of the parrot he would just take a nice photo of you or you and whoever you’ve come with. Towards the end of the boat trip he did come around and show you the photos he had taken in prints, in frames and on a commemorative plate, you didn’t have to buy anything but me and my partner really loved the photos he took so we did buy some which again we thought were reasonably priced. The beach we stopped at was gorgeous, you could also swim in the river if you wanted but I preferred the beach which was so refreshing to take a dip in the sea. There were stalls where you could get food, drink and buy items, water sports like jet skies and there were also camels that you could ride along the beach but again you weren’t forced into going to any of these or buying anything also the staff did tell everyone before getting off the ship what the prices for the water sports should be so they really looked out for you. After the beach stop we boarded the boat and they had a bucket and hose where you could get the sand off. When back on the boat they served a lunch of chicken, rice, salad and bread and it was honestly so delicious it was fantastic. My partner has a severe nut allergy but he showed them his allergy card which is in Turkish and there were no problems with anything & he could also eat the food which he also thought was super tasty. After the boat trip we went on small coaches/buses and stopped off at the waterfalls which we bought a ticket for at the start of the excursion from the hosts at an extra cost of €4 each which I think is a great price. The waterfalls were beautiful and there were plenty of shops and stalls to buy souvenirs, trinkets, food and drink from if you wanted. After this we went back to the coaches and were taken to the bazar where we were given a meeting point and then given free time, this was a great experience but also a bit overwhelming as the bazar is so big and can be a bit daunting if you don’t like crowds but I still found it interesting to see all the stalls. After the free time we met back at the meeting point and our hosts made sure we all got back onto coaches/buses to be dropped off at our hotels. The only thing I might change about this trip is I’d say it would be nice to spend a bit more time at the waterfalls over the bazar as we were at the bazar for a long time but I do understand due to the bazar being so vast you do need a lot of time there to explore it. I would also like to say a big thank you to all the staff on this excursion they worked hard, provided a great service and they really did create wonderful experiences and memories for me and my partner.

This was an amazing experience! Especially the Canyoning! That was our Highlight! Our Guide Talib was fun and trustworthy. He knew what to do and we felt safe the whole time. We wore a Neopren Suit and that helped with the freezing water.

To start with, the bus that picked us up was overcrowded, there were more people on the bus than seats, creating danger for all passangers. To be honest, the boat tour was disappointing and boring. We were expecting a big boat with quite a lot of fun as in the pictures from the website, but the boat was quite small and nothing like on the pictures. All drinks, even water bottles, were confiscated by the boat team before boarding, forcing us to buy drinks onboard. The entertainment was very poor, with one of the male crew members dressed as a woman being the highlight of the boat tour. Lack of proper entertainment during the tour made is really lenghty and boring. The staff was very nice, fun and smily though. The foam party, mainly addressed to kids, was stopped right at the beginning as the crew spotted a coast guard passing our boat. The swim breaks were good, but two out of three were on the same pebbled beach, would be better if the last brreak would be in another lagoon. All in all it wasn't a really good experience and definately not worth the money.

Absolutely brilliant day out! Heard it was good but didn't think it would be as good as it was. Had done a boat trip previously during the holiday too but this was so much better! The guides and drivers work super hard to make sure everyone's having a great time. Plenty of beauty to take in as driving about but the main vibe of the day is a party vive, loud music lots of water fighting, some foam. Boat stop also which is a bit more chilled and have a nice swim. Smiled all day long. Can't recommend it enough, super cheap too and food included. The photos the guides take and the Drone footage will cost you more but you don't have to buy it. But I did and there's lots of photos some jeeps seem to have a lot more photos taken of them than others but that'd be my only complaint. I took my 7 year old on and was bit wary it would be too rough but she loved it!
