About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- 897renatep0 contributionsAn unforgettable day on the sea! What a fab experience we had today. From the confirmation check up by Fatma, who answered all my questions without hesitation, the coach was in time, the driver was friendly, the boat staff were friendly, and the food was flavoursome. We had 3 swim stops during the first part of the trip, the second happened just before lunch, where we got off the boat by the ladders and swam to Dolphin Island (I recommend taking some shoes, sea slip ons rather than flip-flops or sliders) as the rocks are sharp, it's also a little difficult climbing onto the island but all were able too. Life jackets are available also. Food was a choice between chicken and fish, I chose chicken and it was so tasty. They have a bar which has kids toys and crisps but these are quite expensive and everything is priced in Euros. The man who served me seemed a confused when I asked what the cost in Turkish Lira was. The trip back was so fun, music, foam party that filled the middle of the boat, another stop for a swim or beach walk then a little show at the end before a prompt pick up back to our hotel. If you can't find your hotel on the pick up list, give them a message or wait till the confirmation text and ask for it. Cost can be taken then for it and it's so much easier than finding your own way there. The whole trip was amazing and I'm so glad I chose to do it with this company, I can't recommend enough!Written October 11, 2024
- H1484POgeorgiaw0 contributionsSo much fun!!!This trip was absolutely amazing! One of the best things I've ever done! An action packed morning off road in the jeeps! Followed by lunch and a nice little boat trip before visiting the waterfall. It's 100% worth it, it's worth so much more than you pay! The team are so kind and funny, especially Jonny! Prepared to get soaked! There are water fights throughout which are so much fun but wear your swim wear and clothes you don't mind getting dirty and wet. I would also say bring a waterproof bag for your belongings because they will get wet! So much fun and will definitely do it again!Written October 11, 2024
- jackalowe0 contributionsExceptional scenery and fascinating glimpses into Turkish cultureAn exceptional trip with stunning scenery the whole way through and some wonderful cultural experiences that we wouldn't have had otherwise. I was blown away by how much of the Taurus Mountains we got to see. The guide was superb, giving lots of information along the way and having a great sense of humour. The food was very nice and plentiful.Written October 10, 2024

- erinwW6704NQ0 contributionsBook diving now!The best excursion I have been on to date across multiple countries. Far exceeds expectations, lovely staff and good food. The dive itself was mesmerising. I cannot recommend this company enough. We were even able to pay extra for a speedboat straight to our hotel’s beach to save the bus trip back. The photos & videos are available to purchase on the boat of your entire dive and are of excellent quality! Thank you!Written October 7, 2024

- N2307HNlyd0 contributionsAmazing experienceMy partner and I went on this excursion together, we booked in advance and it really did not disappoint! I read a fair few reviews and looked through everything on the page before booking and my partner and I both cannot understand some of the reviews sharing bad experiences, everything that was stated on this page for the excursion was provided and the itinerary was exactly what was offered. Our experience from this excursion was excellent and even though we have already experienced this I would happily do this again if we visit in the future. First off I have to say that the staff were absolutely amazing! They were so fun, friendly and engaging and were looking out for all the customers making sure they were okay and had everything they needed. Yes there was extra costs on the drinks and snacks but this was already stated and it was all fairly priced and clear, also you weren’t forced into buying anything extra if you didn’t want to. My partner bought beer and I had an iced coffee which was delicious. The views were lovely, music was great even song’s I didn’t know I still enjoyed. The staff members also sang songs and joined in during the foam party which was amazing! I was shocked when I saw them singing I thought it was just a track but they were actually singing which was amazing, they were great! There was also a photographer who would pose you with a parrot and take photos, he was very respectful and lovely too if you were afraid of the parrot he would just take a nice photo of you or you and whoever you’ve come with. Towards the end of the boat trip he did come around and show you the photos he had taken in prints, in frames and on a commemorative plate, you didn’t have to buy anything but me and my partner really loved the photos he took so we did buy some which again we thought were reasonably priced. The beach we stopped at was gorgeous, you could also swim in the river if you wanted but I preferred the beach which was so refreshing to take a dip in the sea. There were stalls where you could get food, drink and buy items, water sports like jet skies and there were also camels that you could ride along the beach but again you weren’t forced into going to any of these or buying anything also the staff did tell everyone before getting off the ship what the prices for the water sports should be so they really looked out for you. After the beach stop we boarded the boat and they had a bucket and hose where you could get the sand off. When back on the boat they served a lunch of chicken, rice, salad and bread and it was honestly so delicious it was fantastic. My partner has a severe nut allergy but he showed them his allergy card which is in Turkish and there were no problems with anything & he could also eat the food which he also thought was super tasty. After the boat trip we went on small coaches/buses and stopped off at the waterfalls which we bought a ticket for at the start of the excursion from the hosts at an extra cost of €4 each which I think is a great price. The waterfalls were beautiful and there were plenty of shops and stalls to buy souvenirs, trinkets, food and drink from if you wanted. After this we went back to the coaches and were taken to the bazar where we were given a meeting point and then given free time, this was a great experience but also a bit overwhelming as the bazar is so big and can be a bit daunting if you don’t like crowds but I still found it interesting to see all the stalls. After the free time we met back at the meeting point and our hosts made sure we all got back onto coaches/buses to be dropped off at our hotels. The only thing I might change about this trip is I’d say it would be nice to spend a bit more time at the waterfalls over the bazar as we were at the bazar for a long time but I do understand due to the bazar being so vast you do need a lot of time there to explore it. I would also like to say a big thank you to all the staff on this excursion they worked hard, provided a great service and they really did create wonderful experiences and memories for me and my partner.Written October 2, 2024
- 44anettef0 contributionsAmazing Challenge we would have never doneThis was an amazing experience! Especially the Canyoning! That was our Highlight! Our Guide Talib was fun and trustworthy. He knew what to do and we felt safe the whole time. We wore a Neopren Suit and that helped with the freezing water.Written October 2, 2024
- F3284IJol0 contributionsDisappointing and boringTo start with, the bus that picked us up was overcrowded, there were more people on the bus than seats, creating danger for all passangers. To be honest, the boat tour was disappointing and boring. We were expecting a big boat with quite a lot of fun as in the pictures from the website, but the boat was quite small and nothing like on the pictures. All drinks, even water bottles, were confiscated by the boat team before boarding, forcing us to buy drinks onboard. The entertainment was very poor, with one of the male crew members dressed as a woman being the highlight of the boat tour. Lack of proper entertainment during the tour made is really lenghty and boring. The staff was very nice, fun and smily though. The foam party, mainly addressed to kids, was stopped right at the beginning as the crew spotted a coast guard passing our boat. The swim breaks were good, but two out of three were on the same pebbled beach, would be better if the last brreak would be in another lagoon. All in all it wasn't a really good experience and definately not worth the money.Written September 27, 2024
- Rodduz840 contributionsJust book it!Absolutely brilliant day out! Heard it was good but didn't think it would be as good as it was. Had done a boat trip previously during the holiday too but this was so much better! The guides and drivers work super hard to make sure everyone's having a great time. Plenty of beauty to take in as driving about but the main vibe of the day is a party vive, loud music lots of water fighting, some foam. Boat stop also which is a bit more chilled and have a nice swim. Smiled all day long. Can't recommend it enough, super cheap too and food included. The photos the guides take and the Drone footage will cost you more but you don't have to buy it. But I did and there's lots of photos some jeeps seem to have a lot more photos taken of them than others but that'd be my only complaint. I took my 7 year old on and was bit wary it would be too rough but she loved it!Written September 26, 2024
- O9172GBgaryc0 contributionsCanyon tourGood tour, however if you are picked up early you can be on the minibus a long time. 5 hours of the 9 hour trip were in the minibus. The Canyon is lovely though surprisingly short. The dwarf cave is good. We stopped off in Alanya and also did the cable car to the castle which is also a great experience. A little disappointed that the guide charged us 350tl for the ticket yet paid 245tl. As this was not included in the tour it felt like a lack of transparency on behalf of the guide. The guide does not go in anywhere with you unlike other tours we have done in Turkey. Worth doing unless you suffer from travel sickness.Written September 25, 2024
- minimandan90 contributionsOutstanding and amazing experienceAmazing! Cannot fault this! Was everything and more. The person who was our ‘captain’ was knowledgeable, fun and made sure all was safe. Totally exhilarating but be mindful…. Dont get catfished by the water…. It may be 30° outside, but it is about 4° in the water! No negatives…. Book this and book with these guys! We were pressured to cancel by the local rep but pleased we didnt. These guys are professional, polite and helpful.Written September 24, 2024
- George E0 contributionsDisorganised tour.Boat trip not bad except your water is not allowed onboard so you have to buy their water.. Not enough tables to eat on. Lunch very basic. No toilet tissue in toilets. Coach allocation a bit disorganised.Written September 20, 2024
- C3354NTannaw0 contributionsParty boat, not relaxing as describedThe concept sounded lovely. It is not as described. This is why I give it two stars. If you like party boats, this is for you, if you are looking for a peaceful trip to waterfalls and on the river to the market, this is not it. The river cruise was pleasant, but the loud music and foam party ruined it a bit. Also, there is a parrot and camels on the way being used for photography. It felt very rushed and there was barely any time at the waterfalls or the market. If there is more than two of you, getting taxis and skipping the boat trip to see waterfalls and market would be better. There are also no vegetarian options, other than salad. The staff were all helpful and lovely, just the experience was not as described.Written September 19, 2024
- Melanie H0 contributionsAmazingAbsolutely fantastic! The whole experience from start to finish was fabulous! Very calming, not rushed and both of us left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommendWritten September 18, 2024

The actual 4 hour rafting experience was 5 out of 5, However the tour operator company managed to drag the day out so much with pointless stops and delays. It was clearly overbooked and every ‘10 minute stop’ was 45 mins minimum resulting in a 9 hour experience of which 4 was actually rafting.
If it had been 6 hours it would have been a great day but by the 8th / 9th hour people were visibly getting bored and frustrated with the time wasting so sell more drinks, etc.
Our guide Misha was good fun but watch out for the €8 cost per pair of ‘rafting’ shoes which cost us €40 being a family of 5. And quite frankly you didn’t need them, trainers would have been better.
A shout out to the ‘enemy’ guide who we constantly battled with for water fights etc. funny guide that was entertaining.
If the reduce the time wasting by 3 hours it would be a great trip.

We really enjoyed our time doing rafting. The communication with the service provider was great. We were picked up from our hotel. The Mega team are really well organised, very polite and go the extra mile to keep you comfortable. We also tried the zip line. Even if you don’t book it in advance you can add it after. You can pay by card also. Our captain of the boat was Akram. What an awesome guy! He was really funny and offered great service. Also I told him I don’t know how to swim so he was very understanding and didn’t insist when I said I don’t want to go in the water. The trip felt safe and definitely would recommend for anyone looking for a bit of fun and adventure.
I was reading a lot of the reviews that said you have to wait around. This wasn’t true for our trip. Everything was well organised.

Wonderful day, punctual pick-up and delicious Turkish lunch, rafting with swimming breaks, lots of fun and splashing, more suitable for children aged 4-5 and over as the water is quite cold, children sit safely in the middle, a few rapids otherwise rather comfortable. Lots of boats on the way as there are countless providers. Short waiting times as there are also guests with zipline or canyoning. I would definitely recommend it given the very good price-performance ratio, nice change from beach/pool days

Trip was great. Good experience for the whole family. A bit of upsell on shoes and refreshments but not necessary. We came with our own drinks and shoes are advisable but not needed if you have trainers or closed shoes.
We were two adults and two children (one teen and one age 4).
Our guide was Mehmet and he was brilliant, 100% recommend!

One of our best tours this holiday. The canyon you raft through is very beautiful. The ride itself is mostly pretty chill, with only a few really exciting parts (we had small children aboard,no problem). Pick up at the hotel was on time. The only minus was the hardly working airco, what made it a very hot and stuffy ride for more than an hour. The other buses didn't have this problem, so we were just unlucky there. All in all still a very nice day.
(We didn't do the Zipline, as they were a bit too tame for our taste, but you have the opportunity if you want

This was a fantastic day! Guides were excellent. Lunch was delicious. My son thoroughly enjoyed the day. Only advise would be to do the zip line also. Saves waiting a little. Ibrahim was really engaging and made my sons day plus the younger mischievous lad splashing us all. Overall a five star trip! Well worth it and fantastic value! Very friendly and welcoming family business. Picked from hotel no issues everything very smooth.
Water and scenery also beautiful

I can recommend this trip to any family. It's all very well organized. The "fights on the water" made even our teenager laugh. Our guide Murat has always motivated us and the landscape is a true dream. The food at the end was delicious and plentiful. Hotel pickup and return has worked great. The cold mountain water was shocking at first but you get used to it so quickly and with outside temperatures of about 40°C the cooling was very welcome. All in all a great day

Some pros and cons to the day which I'll summarise first before I go into details. But would i do this again, probably not but worth going once if you are thinking about it:
Pros:
Fun guide on our raft
12km rafting so plenty of time
Plenty of swim/dive stops
Really good price for the day
Cons:
Cramped mini van with no A/C for pickup
No option for guide to carry water/suncream for passengers
Breaks too long whilst rafting and on return drop off.
So details:
Our pick up was 9.45. We arrived early but were told 10 minutes delay due to traffic (they do say 5 -10 potential). 25 minutes later he arrived. Apparently bad traffic.
Minibus has 13 seats in the back and 2 in the front. All full. No A/C so windows open. Summer must be awful. I got told 1st pickup was around 9/9.30 so a long time to be on the bus.
From last pickup its 1 hour to rafting. There are toilets. But all seats taken and cramped.
From camp, here you are not supposed to eat or drink anything not purchased there. There's a big sign.
You all sit and watch a video (you'll be asked if you want to purchase one of your trip at the end for €25).
Make sure you bring closed toe shoes. Water shoes or trainers. You can't go barefoot or in flip-flops.
You can buy:
Water shoes €10
Waterproof phone case €10
Sunglasses band €3
Wetsuit rent €5
Drinks were €2-3 I think.
They take cash and card.
You are fitted with life jacket and helmet and then back on the bus to the drop off. For me the driver was driving too fast and music blasting, given this was on blind bends and drops at the side of the road. We have young kids and families on the bus, it was more a lads/18 -30 experience on the bus.
Once at the start you walk through the cold water in single file. October was cold but I didn't have a wetsuit. Didn't really need it. But it is really cold.
Then picture time before a walk to the raft.
First leg was good, felt longer than the second half. Plenty of times to jump in and swim or dive in. Rapids are not that crazy so family friendly and relatively safe as quite shallow in places.
1st stop you are here for a while. They try to sell drinks and flavoured bread. Must have been 30 minutes or more. Would have been nice for a swim stop. But constantly being asked if we want a beer or food I decided to go down to the water to wait.
Back on the raft and you end up at the starting point. There was one point where we were asked if we wanted to stand on the raft and they spin you round but it was quite shallow in one bit which I thought was a bit dangerous other than that all good.
The lunch they give you (around 3pm) is great. Chicken skewer, pasta, grains and salad with bread was very tasty and self serve. Make sure you have a big breakfast as it's a long time between then and lunch. Unless you buy some bread at the first stop.
Again constantly asking if we want drinks. Then buying a video. Hopefully the USB works. Not tested yet. It was OK but a lot of the other groups. Could do with more personalized ones I think. But the trip was cheap for what you got so we didn't mind.
At the end we got the sob story from one of the other guides about tips. He only got €8 apparently so we needed to tip our guide. Apparently English are good tippers but apparently Germans aren't? We were going to tip anyway but just felt like a constant plea for money for most of the trip.
I suggest charge more for it. I would have paid €25 for each of us happily. Well worth it.
You can have a shower and change there ready to get home.
On route back the driver needed 10 minutes break so we stopped at a services. Every tour bus seemed to do this so must be part of the day to get some extra spend from you. But we were so tired and just wanted to get back. Completely unnecessary. He had 3 hours whilst we were rafting for a break. I don't think anyone appreciated this on the bus.
As I said. It's worth an experience. Bring shoes and some money for tips. Maybe a waterproof bag to wear during the day for water/suncream and you'll be fine.
Prepare to get wet, there's hundreds of others rafting too and you'll have water fights. Very fun.
Other than my main cons above it was a good day.
