The Trip was Really great. Our Tour guide „Misha“ was really supportive and entertaining. All in one we really enjoyed the program and the food. I Would defnitely Rate This a 5 out of 5 stars.
We only thought it‘s a pity that the Video was so expensive and that we couldnt buy any pictures or so.

It was a lovely day with a great guide, Jakob. The lunch was also good. The only thing that could be better was that we had to wait for a long time at the first stop because a lot of people wanted to zip line and then the whole group needs to wait for them.

One of our best tours this holiday. The canyon you raft through is very beautiful. The ride itself is mostly pretty chill, with only a few really exciting parts (we had small children aboard,no problem). Pick up at the hotel was on time. The only minus was the hardly working airco, what made it a very hot and stuffy ride for more than an hour. The other buses didn't have this problem, so we were just unlucky there. All in all still a very nice day.
(We didn't do the Zipline, as they were a bit too tame for our taste, but you have the opportunity if you want

The actual 4 hour rafting experience was 5 out of 5, However the tour operator company managed to drag the day out so much with pointless stops and delays. It was clearly overbooked and every ‘10 minute stop’ was 45 mins minimum resulting in a 9 hour experience of which 4 was actually rafting.
If it had been 6 hours it would have been a great day but by the 8th / 9th hour people were visibly getting bored and frustrated with the time wasting so sell more drinks, etc.
Our guide Misha was good fun but watch out for the €8 cost per pair of ‘rafting’ shoes which cost us €40 being a family of 5. And quite frankly you didn’t need them, trainers would have been better.
A shout out to the ‘enemy’ guide who we constantly battled with for water fights etc. funny guide that was entertaining.
If the reduce the time wasting by 3 hours it would be a great trip.

Excellent communication-had to reschedule because of poor weather on the day we had originally booked. The rafting was brilliant-lots of fun and my two teenagers really enjoyed it. Food was great too!
