Our flight to Bodrum was delayed by four hours due to issues in London. I kept Bizim Transfers updated as to the situation.They were brilliant and courteous in their communications. Once we arrived in Bodrum our driver was there to meet us with a clear sign. He was extremely polite and helpful with our cases and bags. We were taken to a fantastic new van which was like a limousine inside -a wonderful surprise! The van was spotless with phone charging points and super comfortable seats.Both myself and my family were very impressed. I highly recommend using Bizim if you are in Bodrum or even other parts of Turkey. Thank you Bizim Transfers,brilliant service!

I paid 5 EUR extra to have child seat, but the transfer was without child seat. The driver rationale was: “The trip is not long, so it does not matter”. Note: it took 30 minutes from hotel to airport. So safety for children depends on whether you drive 30 minutes or 3 hours? No matter what, I paid extra for this add on service without getting the service. I have not received my money back. Still waiting response on my mail request.

The customer service on the phone was quick, responsive and nice. The van driver was also nice, the pickup was smooth, van was very comfortable and clean! We have no complaints.

Already 35 minutes late and they put in the booking.com app that they have already picked us up which is a lie! We might loose our flight today due to this terrible company.

I booked this company especially as they listed on the website that I could pay cash tk the driver. This was essential to me as the cards from my home country don’t always work for online transactions. 24 hours before arrival they contacted me to say I had to pay with a card or my transfer would be cancelled. This wasn’t ideal as I was en route to Antalya already. I tried to explain and they where not assistive. They are therefore false advertising and so would not recommend them for transfers as you could also be let down as I was.

Booked taxi to the hotel driver didn't turn up on time .Phoned company on whatsapp he was keep making excuses problem with car and traffic which was completely lie. I had 3 young kids with and they were really tired .At the end driver came 1hr and 30 mins late .Vw transporter van was very nice . Poor communication with company .

We used Bizim Transfers again for our holiday in March/April and again First Class service and proper Covid protocol followed. We did Antalya Airport to Alanya , Alanya to Side and Side to Antalya Hotel and drivers arrived on time and executed the transfers efficiently in a very comfortable Mercedes Carrier. Would again recommend to anyone in that area looking for reliable service and good value for money.

Do not trust this company at all. We scheduled a transfer on 31.07.2021 from IC Hotels Santai to Antalya City Center (reservation number : 1317547). Our child got sick during vacation and we made an appointment with doctor (Medical park hospital) at 15:45. Transfer vehicle supposed to pick up us at 15:00 at latest. I have called the company in the morning saying that we have a deadline and i cannot afford to loose time. They promised that vehicle would arrive on time. Instead it arrived at 15:35, making us impossible to see the doctor as it was last available slot on the doctor. This could be a flight as well where we could have missed it. Since i paid it online before the transfer, i was not able to rent a taxi to catch our appointment. Company is not refunding the price we paid. They stole our time and most importantly our son's medical examination. We had to find another hospital and doctor which was extremely hard considering it was saturday and all doctors were out.

I like to thank Bizim for your help on arranging the new transfer time. We travelled and arrived late due to Thomas cook had gone bust. Bizim was there for us. We are pleased that Bizim was on time the evening of departure, despite the mix up the morning before which was very worrying. In fact, your drivers were at least 25 minutes early for the transfer but luckily, we were ready and waiting. The journey to the airport was very long though but your drivers gave time for us to stop for a short break and for them to rest too. We were treated fairly and your drivers transported us safely to the airport. I will not hesitate to use Bizim transfers again in the future. Thank you very much. I think language barrier maybe was problem but driver was there at airport and pick up was on time,the messages in between a bit lost in translation but friendly driver both ways
