Really nice trip, connected with 2 other places. Small town near the sea with amazing views and rich in ancient culture. Excellent history and town. Recommend for people who like discover history and also people who like reassign surrounded by monuments

If you love history, you’ll love this trip
My highlight has to be the Grand Roman Amphitheater! An absolutely awesome monument to design and architecture as well as so many other things. Loved every second of it, the way sounds resonate throughout the amphitheater is amazing although my 3 year old did embarrass me with some of the things he said which of course everyone there heard! You also have the temple of Apollo Which is amazing too although there’s not a lot left of it but be careful of the shopkeepers at the temple of Apollo area. The manavgat waterfalls are just a nice area to relax in at the end of the day. You stand around the side on the decks so don’t get wet or anything but a great way to end the day trip. Worth every penny. We paid about £32 for my wife and myself. My 3 year old was free and they also included a lovely lunch too. Amazing value for money

Pick up arrived 2hrs later than stated on tickets. No communication from the tour operator to say time was going to be different so missed out on the tour aftee waiting at the pick up point for an hour. Was kept on hold for half an hr when we tried to call the company and then cut off. Was really disappointed as had been looking forward to the trip.

Taken to the wrong waterfall 2.5 hours out of our way

Took us to upper Duden waterfall in Antalya not Manavgat near the ruins. This meant an extra 2.5 hours on the mini bus. I suspect the reason was so they could get commission from the jewelry market and Turkish delight factory where they made us get off.

Visited here a few times while staying in Side It is a lovely place and great for photos You can wander around for hours and really enjoy a piece of history It is very close to the harbour and lots of shops and restaurants near by Thus is well worth a visit and is free

Temple at the seaside

Great Anatolian history tour, but guide demands payment that is already included in tour

It is a great tour and if you love Anatolian history you will enjoy this tour.
The Aspendos amphitheater was breathtaking, amazing and magnificent, a must see!

However, the tour guide demanded extra payment for entrance fee to Aspendos and Manavgat eventhough it was clearly stated that all,entrance fees to historical sites are included.

It is a dishonest practice to ask for extras that are already included in the price. Some costumers are not aware that they are paying 2 times for the same entrance fees of 8 euros, Once to the company and once to the guide. It’s not the amount but the principle.

Overall, this tour is very enjoyable, educational and interesting just make sure you do not get charged 2 times for the entrance fees.

Aspendos is definitely a must see !!
