- Janette P00Peace into the sunsetThis was a very peaceful evening cruise into the sunset, we had a four course meal, which we ordered before getting on the ship, it was very enjoyable, the staff were very helpful and good, even when the wind blew over my cocktail, they gave me another one for free. We cruised out for awhile and then circled waiting for the lovely sunset. The only problem our driver didn't come back to pick us up as we were an hour away, the lady from sea Angel boat club took us back to our accommodation. Thank you for a memorable evening
- SmurfFat00Fun Filled Night. Bathing in the colourful displays.Loads to do. Be dazzled by the colourful lights displays, street parade and amphitheatre mega stage show. Excellent customer service care. Not forgetting the elegant buffet dinner venue, Bird of paradise. Enjoy the food then the fun in the park till late!
- alyazeyaa201500A day well spent!Walking into the park you will be greeted by the loveliest staff to direct you to the entrance and take you through the process however they are not well informed on the whereabouts inside the park like the cabana booking process and locations. The park is well kept and super clean however the life jackets can use some maintenance as some had mold on them. Keep in mind that with extra charges (approx 2000 tbh) you can get a shaded cabana to keep your things safe and can relax between rides as rides tend to have long queues and seems like they don’t have fast track option as we asked for it inside the park and no one guided us. I would recommend getting the tickets online to avoid long queues, DONT take any floats, towels or snacks to the park as they will confiscate them at the gate and will claim that you can collect them on your way out but I was not able to fined my daughters Floats. The food inside the park was not bad, I would avoid the fried chicken as it was taste less but the nuggets were really good the kids loved them. They had a good amount of showers scattered around, I was shocked to find body wash in changing stalls which allowed us to give the kids quick wash. A beautiful family attraction and don’t miss the giant wave at the beach! Doesn’t require more than a day especially if you have kids below 122 CM height.
- Lujluji00Haven’t entered yet and have an issue that they don’t cater to special needs kidsThey don’t cater to special needs kids which is very disappointing , it is very upsetting as a parent that has special needs kids to b treated differently the life jackets they have are either too small or too big and extremely dirty
- malw71900Andamanda Phuket WaterparkWell constructed park with plenty of activities and staffed very well. Our experience was the waiting lines were too long 40-50 minutes for some rides - I guess this comes down to how many people the park lets in! The wrist strap and ability to store money in it is very good however the “no refund” conditions on unspent money is totally unfair (though it is in the fine print). Surely the ticket and the money spent on merchandise, food & beverage is enough why not refund the customers money - it’s theirs not yours!
- jocsakisti00Great tourIt was a great tour, and the itinerary was followed as it is in the description. It's great value for money, I would recommend it.
- SeeHing00Maya Island-the beautiful place, must see!You may join day tour to go for Maya Island and snorkeling, they include lunch buffet but the taste only acceptable.
- angelinec45800My first time diving/ best timeThe instructor MOSTAFA LOTFI is very patient at teaching us step by step on how to dive safely and fun. Excellent at helping us taking underwater photos. Overall a very enjoyable time.
- samiirahj201700Beautiful Experience ❤️The whole team were so efficient, kind and caring. Everything done with a smile, all clean and an overall wonderful experience. We love how organised everything was from being picked up from our hotel to being dropped back. The excursion itself was so much fun! What you see / read is what you get and more! Thank you so much to Jimmy as he nailed leading this tour! Special thanks to Sam who also stayed closed by us during our time on the trip, went on the canoe with us both times, discussed the history of the caves and showing us everything there was to show and tell, took our wonderful photos and also made a ring in the shape of a rose out of a plastic straw, what talent!!! Thank you again and we look forward to another trip with this team! Oh & the food on board was great! Also halal! - Sam & Dan
- carlcC3236HG00DisappointedBuyer beware we had a medical emergency the day of the event we notified the seller of our issue and was promptly told they were taking our money but we were welcome to cancel anyone and any venue should understand medical emergency trump’s policy illness doesn’t plan by policy we never made it to the event and now never will attempt again selfish greedy people!!!!

- L M00Organized and awesome!Wow! What an incredible experience! The wonderful islands and scenery we experienced with 5 star service! Everything was very organized! I was amazed how the staff managed 80 people on the boat. We had some young kids even a baby & the staff catered to everyone’s needs with a smile.
- GoPlaces6769669569200Good short tourI really liked that it was a half day and it wasn’t like wasted time. It was exactly what it’s advertised for. We couldn’t do one snorkelling spot as the sea was too rough although I totally understand that wasn’t the tours fault. I liked the cat island because I love cats.
- taram99400Sea Angel Ferry experience comparable to industrial scale livestock transportation.Driver came to pick us up at 6.55. On the pier by 7.20. On the ferry (nothing like a yacht, despite the description) by 7.30. We sat there until just after 9.30 inhaling diesel fumes being belched out by the engine which set my asthma off and made my daughter vomit before we left the pier. No announcements or explanations about delays. The ferry was jammed to the rafters with hundreds and hundreds of people who appeared to be almost exclusively from the Indian subcontinent. Whether they were so accustomed to living in very close proximity to each other that they had no concept of personal space or whether they were just downright rude and lacking in basic manners, I’m not sure but it was a very unpleasant experience being squashed into this ferry like a sardine with them. Frequently claustrophobia inducing. Announcements regarding itinerary were made when we finally got underway on a megaphone in Thai and English. Announcements were also made over the tannoy. Neither were intelligible as the noise of the engine and the very loud crowd made it impossible to hear anything. No printed info available onboard about itinerary. Visits to the two smaller islands didn’t go ahead. I’m not sure why as I couldn’t make out the announcements. When we docked at the pier in PiPi just after 12.00 there was an almighty scramble to disembark. Dozens and dozens and dozens of people funnelled into the exit area from the three decks whereupon the doors were shut to allow those already outside on the deck to disembark safely. The only problem with this was that those already funnelled into the exit area were continually joined by more passengers who kept coming and it led to a very unsafe, claustrophobic and distressing experience. No stewarding of passengers disembarking by staff that I observed other than the person periodically opening and shutting the exit to the deck and someone helping people to step onto the pier from the ferry. After a brief attempt to move toward the exit, I withdrew and chose to allow the crowd to disembark before me rather than join the melee and sat back down in my seat for circa 30 mins until it was safe to attempt to disembark. On PiPi passengers were shepherded towards a restaurant where many of the ferry staff were waiting tables. Food provided was various chicken wing dishes with different sauces, veg, salad and rice in a buffet. My fellow passengers descended upon the buffet simultaneously, in vast numbers with a fervour and disregard for personal space that was reminiscent of those desperately bulk buying toilet roll at the beginning of the pandemic. The food was lukewarm and bland but edible. We’re staying in PiPi for the night and dreading the return trip tomorrow. The experience put our whole family group into a downcast mood which we’re only beginning to shake off now. ‘Cruise’ is definitely a bit of a stretch. Ordeal would be a more appropriate description. I’m aware I could have paid for premium tickets but I don’t think that would have helped as that section was occupied by what appeared to be a raucous stag party. Plus, even as a regular ticket holder there should be minimum standards maintained to ensure safety and a modicum of comfort. I’m not looking for luxury, just to be able to get safely fro A to B without getting traumatised in the process. Make your own mind up about this company but that’s my experience, for what it’s worth.
- sheenals201800Not a tourNot really a tour..you are literally just paying for the ferry ride, van ride, lunch and national park fees. Could do it on your own and save money
