The show is very cute! I was in Phuket with my granddaughter on a vacation. We were late in catching the transportation and needed to find our own way to show. We were escorted to our seats when we arrived-even though we were late. We were able to use the transportation to return to our hotel. Everyone was very accommodating.

I give only 3 stars because the title of the tour is misleading. I thought we'll find dolphins or at least really try to find them instead of saying that dolphins are on "a holiday". But when we get to the briefing the guide says this trip is all about snorkeling, snorkeling, snorkeling. So we were really disappointed that we didn't see any dolphins that we went to see. So I wouldn't sell this excursion as "dolphin quest" cause that part was like slowly sailing next to Maiton island for 10 minutes. If the tour title would've been for the example "snorkeling excursion" I would've gave the 5 stars. Cause the guides and crew of the boat was excellent! And snorkeling places were beautiful!

One of the best activities I’ve done in Phuket!! We visited beautiful places and had a great captain and guide. Ken explained as everything in pure english!! The only misleading description in this activity is the “crystal clear waters”. The sea is not even close to clear I couldn’t swim there.

Pro's: a lot to see; beautiful islands. Make sure you pack your water shoes, a towel and extra cash. Our pick up and drop was as expected as our resort was far from the marina. I appreciated that they offered water bottles and soda while on the boat. Con's: it was a very rushed trip, the boat was too crowded, surprised by the over tourism in Phuket. If you have back problems, not sure I would recommend this, as it was very bumpy. Maya Bay is beautiful but not sure what our park fee covers, as the bathrooms were of poor quality, and you are literally elbow to elbow walking on the path to the beach. The drop off at Maya beach is a floating dock, and I unfortunately fell getting off the boat.. so be careful. The last island was nothing but a money grab, it cost to use the bathroom, can't access the beach chairs unless you purchase drinks, there are people following you everywhere trying to sell you something. I would have preferred skipping the last island and either spent more time at the other islands or came back earlier. If you want to see some of the amazing islands, I guess this is the price for admission :-)

We booked the 1-hour ATV and Big Buddha tour, and to be honest, the experience exceeded my expectations. Our two expert ATV guides personalized the tour to match our individual appetite for adventure, and we had a blast riding the 200cc machines. They felt safe for novice riders yet still packed a punch, handling tough terrain with ease. Since the Big Buddha was closed, we quickly took a few photos of the beautiful views before heading back to the ATVs for a longer ride, which went through terrain which was a bit more challenging and a heck of a lot fun. If you want to save time, consider skipping the transfer and arranging your own transportation. The shared transfers can be time-consuming, especially during heavy traffic, as they make multiple stops to pick up other participants from different locations.

Had such a great time! Went to multiple islands, tour guides were great very friendly and showed us a great time, would definitely do it again.

The staff were absolutely brilliant and the experience was well worth it! I highly recommend it. The staff were very professional especially dealing with primitive forms of life from islamic and eastern european nations who fail to listen to a single instruction who caused damage to equipment and jet skis.

Fantastic service! The only backdrop is that our guide wasn’t talking much and return transfer to our hotel was delay. Good overall

Great experience all around. The crew was attentive, informative, and fun. Great day trip. They kept a pre planned time line and stayed on schedule. Good lunch served on Phi Phi Lei.

The Ferry was clean and comfortable but the delay in leaving was unbearable, just sitting in the cabin for an hour before leaving was for me not acceptable.

Cost for 2 people off beach vendor 3300baht Got picked up 715 was 1015 til was in boat (1hour taxi ride) NO LIFEJACKETS GIVEN OUT think there were some on board not sure if enough for everybody though Breakfast very poor 1 table6x3 for 150 people toast jam Luke warm tea (wouldn’t feed my dog it ) But half way though the morning the bought a Tupperware box of JAM sandwiches out!! But after 20/30 people had put there hands in there I didn’t bother 🤣 1st stop had to pay 400baht pp for change into long tail boat (couldn’t get off boat ) 2/3 more stops into very busy beaches wouldn’t take this type of trip again very busy lunch was a local all you can eat cafe hygiene very questionable (didn’t have runs afterwards though!) go to a different beach and go with different operator

The whole trip was amazing and it’s a must that you go on these island hoping trips in that region. The agent however could do a lot better especially on communication side of things. After booking through booking com did not get any confirmation from the agent. Tried calling several times and never picked up the phone or returned call. On the day of the trip we got email through booking that pick up time will be 7am to 8am. Sat in the hotel lobby at 7am and at 855am started panicking. Called the agent numerous amount of time to find out what’s going on but never answered and now thinking we got scammed. Car arrived at 805am. The host on the boats speak only scripted English and can’t answer if you had any questions. Didn’t bother us much. Over all the trip was brilliant

It was really nice, maybe just a litlle too commercial, but it is not the crue s fault. The islands are great! The captain and his crue are really great.

Booke the Phuket Adventure Tour with TUI in Phuket. This is a half day tour. Was told that there will be a professional tour guide. Sat in ther vehicle for 2 hours to somewhere to be parked and not told a word what was going on. Eventually 2 people joined the transport. Still no guide. Arrived at the Wat Chalon temple and there was lady there, she did not introduce herself write on a piece of paper be back at 2.30 pm. mind you we got there at 2.00 pm. No Guidance she just sat there waiting. Throughout the rest of the afternoon she did not give any information or tell us where we were and where we were going. She had more time for the driver than for us on tour. When I asked her to tell us more about where we are etc. her answer was " why dont you know where you are and what you going to see". Mind you she was supposed to be a guide. No one on the tour was happy, some stayed in the vehicle not bothered getting out when stopped. This so called guide employed by TUI was arrogant, dont even know what a tour guide should do. I mjust say this is a waste of money. People beware when booking tours with TUI you may fall into this trap paying mon ey for something you wont get. This lady was no guide, she is useless. What a shame TUI to allow this to happen.
