Arrived at Don Mueang Airport in Bangkok, Metered Taxi stand within the Airport give you a ticket number and wait to be called forward. At the counter they ask where your going and show you a card stating: 1. It's a metered taxi. 2. You pay 50 Baht for the Toll Road. 3. This is your Taxi driver. We arrive at the Hotel having paid 50 Baht for the Toll, the fare is 257 Baht, the driver informs me it's 300 Baht, when I ask why he says it's for the 2 suitcases. I call over a hotel member of staff and ask why I am paying for my 2 suitcases. After a discussion with the driver it turns out the extra money is for the driver personally. So be aware when booking a Taxi make sure you ask all the correct questions

It was an unforgettable evening on the Chao Phraya River, where we indulged in a culinary masterpiece. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, showcasing the artistry and skill of the chef. Service provided as advertised: an employee waited for me after the airbridge just before entering the terminal, guided me through immigration, help me collect my luggage and find my driver. The airport was however empty on that day but you never know: I know from experience that between November and February Phuket airport may be very very crowded!

Thought coming to the Grand Canyon would be a great day out, had been recommended to come here for some fun. All was going well seemed and felt very safe until I went on the pillow. The lifeguards allowed two grown men to jump off and fly me into the air (I’m a little 21year old girl and weigh not much) these men must have been easily triple my weight. As they jumped the impact from them landing winded me and I felt and excruciating pain in my back. I flew so high did a backflip somehow and landed feet first into the water. As soon as I landed I knew someone wasn’t right I was in so much pain. No lifeguard came to help me. The boys who jumped came to see if I was okay and helped me get out the water. To where I proceeded to make my own way to the medical tent. After a while I finally got some help. An ambulance came I was taken to hospital where they found a fracture in my T7 in my spine. I am absolutely appalled with how I was treated at the Grand Canyon with little to no help. I have tried to contact by not had a response. This is such a dangerous thing and should be monitored properly by lifeguards who do there job and actually observe this activity properly. I advice you all to be extremely careful and avoid the pillow at all costs. The rest of the Grand Canyon activities where amazing and I had so much fun before this happened. Such a shame such a small thing has caused me such trama.

The food was far more impressive than I had expected. Very much a very stunning refined dining experience of Bangkok. Staff were absolutely charming. I would highly recommend. It would be helpful if you could use the hotel ferry to get there as not the easiest to get there. We did actually use the ferry to get back to Sathorn. Another Trip Advisor successful enjoyable event. Thank you.

Always excellent experience. Fast, efficient, with a smile :) If you value your time and want to avoid customs hassle, this is worth every cent.

It was crowded before boarding but the assigning of a table at booking took away the worries about not getting one. All staff were friendly and fast. Food average and not hot, but a hot buffet for a large number of guests is a challenge. The band played a mix of pop tunes but very loud and not very well. This took away the expected dinner cruise ambiance as talking to each other was not possible. We wanted a dinner cruise with light music in order to enjoy the views and evening.

This was my second trip at Mueang Kanchanaburi since Anzac Day in 2023 walking over the Bridge On River Kwai was Historical emotional walk reflecting on the hardship of the POW In World War II that these poor souls were forced to build, reflecting on brutal conditions from the Japanese imperial army . Currently restoring work replacing the sleepers with numbers and the metal work refurnished with-out being closed. The old timber bridge construction that was used for people and road goods about Hundred metres upstream was never replaced .

Had a great day . Pickup and dropped of at our hotel. Oom was our tour guide and did a great job. Visited the cemetery (which could have been a bit longer ) the Jeath museum and then a long tail boat ride to the bridge . Spent some time at the bridge and markets ,met an Expat S.A Aussie ,retired and living in Thailand working as a Tourist policeman very Friendly and helpful. Took the train ride to Kanchanaburi Had a great lunch and walked the tracks and visited the cave which was used to house the prisoners and now is home to a Buddhist Shrine. We would like to return for a Anzac Service one day. Highly recommend the trip

What a brilliant night out this was, picked up at the hotel and taken to the boat, the food was great and the entertainment was fantastic and we were all up dancing , beautiful views along the river , would recommend it to everyone

Seating and lighting is great, the atmosphere is good and it’s an entertaining evening. Lots of people involved and really good fun.

This was an excellent show in a great theatre, well worth the cost and time, highly recommend! The show lasted about an hour and every seat was a great seat. Also great service at the bar. Asiatique is also a great area to explore shops and restaurants.

This was my first time using this service and everything was as previously described, the representative Morny was waiting for me as I left the aircraft and escorted me through immigration, baggage collection and to a suitable taxi service. This lady was very professional and helpful every step of the way and I can’t fault her service which i would describe as excellent!! I’ll definitely use this service in the future 🌹🙏

Absolutely spot on. Loved it. Attentive staff, superb entertainment and an amazing selection of food. Really can't fault it and highly recommend. The only piece of advice would be to make sure you book the TOP DECK as that's where all the entertainment takes place and also gives unobstructed views of the remarkable Bangkok skyline

We went 27sep st 7pm on Table 5 and enjoyed it very much. Wunderful service and food. The staff Dada, Venus, Gavi and Nan done a wunderful job. It was a once in a lifetime experience! Absolut unforgettable! We come back...
