I was a guest of the grand centara resort in Krabi, when you book online they state that they can pick you up at your hotel. 1 day before they call me to say that the pick up at my hotel is not included. So I had to contract a private boat to drop my at the Nopparat Thara pier for 1,500 baths and did the same thing on my way back. In total I waste an additional 3,000 bahts.
Since the beginning I also paid an extra to make the canoeing activity in this tour, and they told me many times that this one it was not included as well, at the end I managed to convince the staff but it was a very painful process fighting with the staff all the time.
And last but not least, in the online form they don’t include the speed boat option, only long tail boat which is less comfortable, I choosed this because I apparently had non option, but when I was there I realized that I could contract the speed boat, I wanted to change to that kind of boat and they did not allow me to change even if I was willing to pay the difference.
They even told me, “Mr. you need to check what you buy, it seems you never pay attention of what you hired”.
Everything besides this fight the tour was good, just try to avoid doing it with OH-HOO travel.

Thanks for your valuable feedback. I personally think you put all the negative experiences and emotions from you into this review, which I can understand. But perhaps you should also mention at least a few good things, and I am sure there were also positive experiences during your tour. We tried to help as much as possible. We tried to call and explain why we can not pick you up from your hotel because your hotel is possible from the landscape and accessible only by boat. And this tour we take by A/C Van so that's why impossible to pick you up. We already called and clear everything and you said no problem you will rent a private boat to Nopparathara pier by yourself, Actually, your hotel has a free shuttle boat at 08.00 and I already reccomend you but you prefer 09.00 AM. It's very unfair to complain to us. And last but not least. I think your experiences were too high. I mean how things are organized and handled, sometimes not easy to understand at the first glance, but always with good faith. I hope you got back well in Mexico, and I am truly sorry for your bad experiences.

Everyone was friendly even the tour guide. Canoe time is a bit too short, and it wasn’t as shown in the photos, we didn’t really go into the mangroves but just opposite of it. Duration is only less than 15 minutes.

The tour was perfectly planned. Car perfect on time, very good directions from tour guide Cindy, very good time schedule and activities. The lunch was very good, the canoo-trip a definitive highlight. I would advise everybody who is interested in not-touristic-tours to book here. The communication with oh hoo was not easy, because I couldn´t reach his office on the phone until 5 Minutes before the car came, but I trusted and it worked out. He sent mails, so I knew I´m on the list.

The air-conditioned van is flawless, even with short-term reservations. We were taken to the Monkey Temple. There are other groups added here. Depart for the harbor to go to James Bond Island. The group size on the boat is pleasant with 14 people. The tour is a classic tour. The tourist guide takes us out of the various stations. Have time to see everything and continue. Of course, the James Bond island is full of diverse groups, so be careful. Lunch is a good and tasty menu.

Beautiful landscapes but a tourist factory. James Bond Island nice but so many tourists it ruins everything. If there is a time when the village floats longer than this, it will be very good.
