          Enjoyable day out snorkelling
An enjoyable day out on the water with three separate snorkelling stops. Saw lots of different fish and coral at each stop. Lunch was just okay, but did enjoy stopping at the village and purchasing some trinkets from locals. Recommend you take a motion sickness pill before departing

Tour company cancelled our reservation an hour before the tour. Said they were sold out they weren't sold out 12 hrs ea
AVOID. We booked a tour with this company. paid the fee in full. The day of the tour I received an email stating the tour was full and they were canceling our reservation. 12 hours earlier they had room enough for us and took out money. They suggested we reserve for the next day. Problem was that it was our last day in Phuket. We were too late to book with another company and so we were not able to see Surin Island because of these guys. I told them that if we had cancelled last min they would have kept our money why is it ok for them to cancel last min.

          Same old same old experience
I've already done a review on Trip Advisor on this trip! I did it on the day we went but I will do again. I am basing this review as a 63 year old, with reasonable mobility. However did stub my toe getting back on the boat after the first snorkel which left me in pain for a few days after. This company has not changed its format in the last 7 years since we have been. So maybe time for a bit of change. Pick up from hotel, drive to pier, check in, get a number, be fitted for fins, see if they can sell you a camera for underwater shots. Have a spread of food and drinks for breakfast which are free but are......... Wait and wait and wait around for other tourists to arrive - we waited for over an hour. Allocated to a speed boat - my biggest issue about this trip was the speed boat trip. I love this part of the experience actually to me it is the best part as I love to sit on the front of boat and experience bouncing off the waves. However we were allocated to speed board No. 1 on which I was not allowed to sit at the front of the boat. So if you are like me ask to be allocated Boat No. 5 as the captain can sit in the middle and can see ahead. The Moken village was good. The snorkeling was disappointing, the coral has been bleached but the fish are good to see. Lunch was the same as it was 7 years ago. I think this company needs to have a good look at its format and start to make some changes. Unless they do I will not be back and may look at an alternate provider.

          Not recommended!!
The islands are beautiful & but the Staff is helpful and accommodating. However, I would not recommend this trip. passengers are crammed into the speed boats like a sardine can. It is hot and sweaty, and quite a few people were getting nauseous on the one hour and 15 minute boat ride out. The islands are beautiful, at least what you can see of them, given the hordes of tourists from numerous boats who all descend upon, the beach at the same time. It is difficult to snorkel as there are so many other boats and people around you. There is a hike up to an overlook on the first stop, but again, so many people you can barely get a clear shot without , someone photo-bombing you. Lunch is provided, but it is an assembly line of premade trays that did not look or taste good at all. So they get an A for effort, but I would definitely not recommend this tour. There are plenty of other beautiful beaches around , that are just as nice and not nearly as crowded.

A fantastic day with great sights and service
Everything was as described and even better. The departing dock had great facilities including showers and breakfast. Pretty Patty was a great guide all day and had us all running on time with great insights and totally funny. The boats were super fast and in great condition, masks, flippers all good quality and staff defogging them just an example of quality service. Every stop had drinks and snacks and the lunch was delicious on the island in a awesome setting and beach. Oh the important bit, of course the coral and fish were incredible experiences with lots of fish. Floating above a whole school of Nemo,s was a huge highlight. The gypsy village was interesting and tsunami story very powerful. When you returned even more delicious food abd great photos of your day if you want them. Totally recommend this trip, we loved it

          Great tour for family
All the sites they took us were amazing. Very beautiful ocean. Although, it was too many people on the boat and it was too long to get in the boat in the morning. We arrived 7:30 in the morning, then we finally got in the speed boat around 9. They stop a island for local handmade shops for look around the finally go to the snorkeling around noon. It can be more short trip.

If you can afford it, pay for personal tour. Overall great but very very cramped
Overall the trip was good. However there is no way these boats should be used for snorkelling, they are passenger ferry type speed boats. Meaning you are cramped, there is no where to even stretch / stand/ change of put on/ take off your gear. 1.5 hours out to the snorkelling sites/ Surin Islands means you’re really uncomfortable- plus there are 4/5 other boats going at the same time meaning at some locations there’s over 80 people snorkelling. for that reason I would suggest paying a bit more & getting a private tour. Also, the Moken village was amazing but only 30 minutes to view, which was a shame. Overall food was breakfast, lunch, fruit snacks and light dinner included, plus water/coke unlimited - all of which were lovely & the staff. However, I wouldn’t book again & would pay that bit more to have a personalised experience.

A proper day of adventure - well worth doing, absolutely stunning
We absolutely loved this day out as a family. We were glad we'd read the reviews and knew that there was a lot of driving but it was absolutely worth it. It felt like a proper adventure and a privilege to see so many amazing sights within the mainland of the country. It was one amazing surprise after another. Always a nice a/c vehicle or cold Coke to greet us whenever needed. Our guide (Aud) was brilliant and patient and informative and looked after us so well. We loved the swimming, the adventure of taking our own kayaks in to the mangrove (all in amazing crystal clear water, so much better than you'd imagine!) and then the stunning Cheow Larn Lake is way more than you'd expect. The lunch was delicious. A long day but it became one of the highlights of our whole Thai holiday, just loved it.

Read the bad reviews but DEFINITELY go anyway if you love snorkelling!
I was very glad that I'd read other reviews so I was prepared for the crowds, the crazy process of needing to eat 3 meals with hundreds of other people, and the busy beaches. We decided to do the trip anyway and I am SO pleased that we did. It was a highlight for the whole family of our Thai holiday. This is because we love snorkelling and it really is something else. I wouldn't advise if it you're simply going to get a photo on a deserted beach, that's not going to happen. However, the islands are really stunning and you do get to appreciate them despite the crowds. The most astounding feature though is the water - it's like nothing we'd ever seen. Just beautiful. So bring your own snacks (the food is not great at all, particularly if you're English) and enjoy the experience. The staff were brilliant - we had the amazing Way as our guide - so informative, funny, efficient and professional. Enjoy!

Very commercialised, too busy and too expensive
When I booked the trip it said there were 30 people max on it. What they don't tell you is that there are 30 people on your boat and another 30 people on the other boats, plus all the boats from the other companies which means everything is really really busy. There is a buffet breakfast included at the terminal at the port. It was really crowded, as was the check in experience. At some point during the check in, my purse went missing from my bag. When I realised it was missing- around 20 minutes later - I asked at the desk if it had been handed in. It had but all of the money I had in it was taken. I told the staff and they said they had cctv but it was too busy to look at it, they'd look at it at the end of the day, after the cruise. I tried to do this when I got back but the person I'd spoken with wasn't there and no-one else knew anything about it. If it was another passenger that had taken it, it would have been too late anyway as they'd have gone. Obviously I've no idea if this happens often or it was a one off,but the terminal is so busy that it would be an ideal place for pick pocketing- so be careful! This obviously wasn't the best start but I decided to enjoy my day and forget about it. I unfortunately found the rest of the day too crowded and felt that we were herded around from one place to the next. The Phi Phi islands are beautiful and are worth seeing, but there have to be better ways. The guide is there to try and keep everyone on time rather than share information on the sites. She did a good job at this but I we received absolutely no info on any of the islands etc except that the floating village inhabitants are Muslim. There were also costant attempts to get passengers to pay for additional things - water proof shoes and phone cases at the terminal (you'd mamage fine without them) which are obviously twice the price of elsewhere. There was a photographer taking photos of passengers and on return to the terminal, these were available to buy. The staff were actually blocking people from leaving who were trying to get to the mini buses without looking at the photos on a table. The process of finding your mini bus at the end of the day is chaotic and you're supposed to find it based on a number on a ticket you get at check in. Unfortunately they'd given me the wrong ticket so I had to find someone to go and look for me once I realised I had the wrong ticket. This isn't a cheap tour and I think it's overpriced for what it is. Maybe I just had a bad experience and was unlucky, but my review is based on my existing and therefore I wouldn't recommend the trip.

Good day but safety could be improved
Well organised day. Snorkel equipment in good condition. Snorkel sites were great. Food plentiful and decent quality. Visiting the Moken people was interesting. Although head counts were done, there was no snorkel safety briefing and no medical/emergency information collected. At one site, there was no deck watch so if anyone had a problem in the water.... 😱 The speedboat was very cramped and it was a shame that there were no windows to see the views.

          A little piece of heaven.
Had a truly amazing time in Khao Lak. We stayed at the Tui blue hotel which was amazing. The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was excellent. We particularly liked the fact that we were able to dine for both breakfast and dinner sitting outside listening to the sound of the waves on the shore. Would certainly recommend it.

          It IS Amazing!
Loved this trip. Guide and driver were great. I can't remember how to spell the guides name, but she was very informative and pleasant. The views on this trip ARE actually amazing as the name of the trip says. Emerald pool is gorgeous. We got there before the crowds, so even better. I suggest you have someone help paddle the kyak as it's not as easy as it looks! Lots to see on the longtail boat ride. This trip is well worth the money.

This was a great tour. It gave us enough information to come away having learned something about Thailand and the culture. There was one other couple and they didn’t seem as interested as us, so it was more like a private tour. They provided water. Answered questions. It was great.

Perfect half a day trip to the old town. We got a wrong pick up time… so just double check that before! Our guide was very nice and knowledgable. Even our 5 years old survive the trip, thanks to the nice car and airco 😊 if you want few hours away from your hotel, this is very convenient!

We were a couple traveling alone with our guide. Unfortunately, she didn't explain anything and spoke very little English. We liked what we saw, away from the mass tourism in Khao Lak. Unfortunately, we were only in the old town for about 30 minutes. In the end, we were back at the hotel after just 2.5 hours. What a pity. It was too expensive for the service.
