There was no sign of our tour guide. After more than a month of correspondence, we received confirmation the morning of our trip that we would be picked up at our hotel at 13:30. The operator was not responding their phone or chat at first, thus it took our front desk fifteen minutes to figure out how to contact them. Upon our connection, the operator attempted to inform us that the weather had forced a postponement of the journey and that he had sent us an email. We didn't get any emails, and we communicated through chat. The sea remained calm, and other boats were making their way back and forth despite the sporadic rain. Through our front desk (kudos to them), we set up the identical experience.

I had a very bad experience with them their staff. was horrible and their tour guide was very irritable. who was annoyed if. I asked him any questions and their driver was unprofessional you all avoid them they took 800$ from me and. I got nothing Couldn't give a gift. I would give them zero stars if I could Very bad travel company.

One can have genuine conversations by riding a motorbike down a beach or village road, going fishing with a local fisherman, interacting with Masai people outside of scheduled tourism events, and dining at local eateries. Along with seeing the "big five" and making new friends, enjoy a 6-day, 5-night shared or group safari, especially in the Serengeti, where you can camp and occasionally hear lions growling at night. Safari for six nights and seven days: Lake Manyara, the Ngorongoro Crater, the Serengeti, Tarangire.A wonderful safari all around. Because the rains had just ended, hotels were empty, and there were less cars in the parks and near the animals than during the busiest time of year, May was a great month to visit.From chopping and altering itineraries, hotels, and flights to fit our exact preferences for our honeymoon, Geoffrey at Serengeti Smile was more than glad to accommodate our finicky needs.Friendly, well-informed, and a wonderful man, Rama was our wonderful guide. His knowledge of Tanzanian culture and the Kiswahili language, in addition to animals and parks, was interesting to us. We saw some of Tanzania's finest safari experiences thanks to his skillful driving.

Safari-ing in Tanzania was an amazing experience. An amazing experience was produced by the wide landscapes brimming with varied species. With their interesting insights, our experienced guides Geoffrey, James, and Elias improved the trip. Seeing the famous Ngorongoro Crater and the vast Serengeti was an incredible experience. The friendly Tanzanian people's warmth gave a pleasant touch to the nice accommodations. Any ardent traveler would be remiss if they did not experience this safari, which exceeded expectations by providing an impeccable fusion of nature, culture, and wildlife.

I did 4 days of safari with Serengeti Adventure and Travel (Geoffrey helped organize everything). The itinerary was very cleared, organized, the guide/driver (Rama) was very nice and professional. I traveled alone and I was put together with a Canadian family of 3, 1 girl from Netherlands and 1 girl from UK. It was an amazing group! 
The accommodation (middle range) were fantastic, the food I loved it (I'm vegetarian), and we saw so many fantastic animals, the scenery was unbelievable!! 
I truly recommend this trip if you love nature and animals. 
April is supposed to be rainy season and low tourist season, but it only rained at night and there were very few people ok the safari which made it much better

Geoffrey was punctual and picked us up at the ferry as promised. We appreciated that we could identify him easily since there was a lot of folks exiting the ferry terminal. His greeting was cordial as we walked to our transportation. He outlined our daily program as we headed for our first stop at the Spice Farm. Geoffrey was knowledgeable in all aspects of the tour and we felt a genuine sense of wanting to share the richness of the culture of Zanzibar. We booked our 3-day safari with Mountain Warriors. The guidance, information, and recommendations I received from Grace helped us select them as our tour operator. This proved to be an excellent decision. Grace handled everything expeditiously and professionally. She answered all my inquires quickly and thoroughly. She surprised me by sending a message early on a non-workday to make certain we didn't need anything, and all was going as planned. Our guide, Geoffrey performed his job professionally and with enthusiasm. His knowledge of the animals and the area was superb. He went out of his way to accommodate any requests we made. The safari itself was amazing. We saw "the big 5" along with many, many other animals and birds. It's hard to describe in words, the immenseness of the Serengeti Park. It's overwhelming to look over the vast land area and see animals living in their natural habitat. Although we traveled during the rainy season, we experienced no rain and beautiful weather every day. I feel fortunate I visited this amazing place and highly recommend anyone who enjoys the outdoors and nature to take the time to do so. I always felt safe everywhere we went and enjoyed interacting with the people who live there. As a whole, we found everyone to be friendly and helpful. If you choose to visit Tanzania, I don't think you will be disappointed

This was my first time in the motherland. I had no idea what to expect, and I knew I wanted to experience all that Tanzania had to offer. It was honestly the most amazing vacation I have ever been on. I got to experience so many things- from the animals to the beautiful beaches. The culture and the history of the country. It was a once in a lifetime experience and I would definitely go back.

A highly recommended guide for your Tanzanian tour is Geoffrey. Wow, last March we got to spend over a week with him!Beyond his extensive knowledge of animals, locals, and their locations, Geoffrey's automobile is well-maintained and fully furnished.

The Serengeti expedition began at the Zanzibar hotel. Everything was explained clearly. We didn't need to make any arrangements because everything was expertly planned. The price was well worth it. The Tour was excellent as well. We visited Tanzania for four days. Each and every hotel and glamping tent was of the highest caliber. Our guide, Geoffrey, was incredibly nice and knowledgeable about the surrounding area, wildlife, and masai culture. I'll recommend Serengeti Adventure to those who are interested in going on safari.

What a wonderful tour incredibly enlightening and filled with numerous anecdotes, which added to its appeal. The guide was really entertaining and knowledgeable, but he skillfully incorporated his own tales throughout.
