Serengeti Safari Booking is a reliable and well organised tour operator. Bernard was our key contact he took care of all of our needs throughout our 4-days safari and our 4 days trip to Zanzibar. We had an excellent driver/guide named Ibrahim, and his expert knowledge helped us to se the ' big five' animals during our safari. Besides plenty of elephants, buffaloes, and hippos, we were also lucky to see the leopard on two occasions (once in Tarangire nad once in Serengeti), and we even saw 5 black rhinos in Ngorongoro. Sleepover in tents on the second and third night of our safari tour was not a problem at all, as long as you follow the basic safety rules - there will be no problems. The camping facilities were basic, but adequate and all of the support services were well organised. If you have enough time, I would recommend that you include in your tour the visit to Masai village - which was a very nice experience. For our stay in Arusha (before and after the safari) we agreed the itinerary that was custom made to suit our needs, and the same thing we did for our visit to Zanzibar where we had excellent boat trips and visited the the Stone town and other interesting locations. Bernard was available and responsive to any question that we had while traveling. It is worth mentioning that the Serengeti Safari Booking offer was competitive and that we felt that we got a good deal for our travel plan. The tour was incredible and a truly once in a lifetime experience. Bernard went above and beyond to ensure that all the tour is well organised, including swapping itinerary around to make sure that we get the best experience. The tour guide we got was extremely knowledgeable and with good humour - which led us to see all of the Big 5, including over 65 lions. Would strongly recommend them, especially if that is your first safari.

My wife and I went on this 7 day Joined Safari. We were joined by a couple from Switzerland and a couple from Japan. Great fun people and we all switched seats in the Toyota daily. Our driver and guide was Bernard (i) Emanuel Sarakikya. The cook was Korbello (sp). Bernard was simply outstanding. Knowledgeable about the culture, safety, animals, ecology, neighboring countries, and superb driving and positioning skills so we could get the best animal photos. The food, especially the soups, were fantastic. Another thing I noticed about Bernard. As we stopped at various rest areas and points of interest when we could get out of the Toyota, if another guide was having vehicle problems, Bernard would offer assistance. This never delayed our own safari adventure, but it showed us a side of him that was appreciated. A great adventure. For us, a 5 day safari would work out just as well. When camping overnight, which we did for 3 days, make sure you have towels, TP and soap. There are bathrooms, but with so many people camping the supplies in the bathrooms run out. We had a great trip organised by Bernard, he picked us up from Arusha airport with minivan and we were transferred to a Safari Landcruiser. The lodge close to Lake Manyari was clean, the beds were good. Food on safari was good with breakfast in the morning, warm lunch and warm dinner with various dishes (chicken every day!), water/beer/wine/coke included. The camping in the Serengeti and on the crater rim was an amazing experience. We had 3 drivers over 7 days and they were all knowledgable and safe drivers. Please be advised that the quality of your tour depends a lot on the driver and cook, we were very happy with ours (Ezechiel, Augustine and Richard), and our Cook Motsi. Please be prepared for some last minute changes and be flexible, our schedule changed a few times last minute, but we did see everything we booked. Also please take into account that is common to tip driver and cook. Last day in Arusha NP Bernard came along with us during the walking tour. Thank you Bernard for an amazing trip.

We had a really good time during this safari. Fidelis was really a nice tout guide, and we had the opportunity to see amazing things. Bernard was as well really helpful and arranged the transport from Moshi to Arusha. Adrey the driver was really friendly and we had a good time with him, and learnt a lot on Tanzania and the massai with him.

We had an excellent time with Bernard. The tour was prompt and on time. Ngorongoro does not seize to amaze. The sheer quantity of animals in a relatively small space does not seize to amaze. Tangeririe was unique in it's own way and loved the Baobab trees and think we may have found the tree of life. We're from South Africa so were fascinated to finally see the Marula fruit. As a first time in Tanzania, felt safe and comfortable with all the various arrangements and had complete confidence in all the transportation arrangements including from the airport.. .Bernard was open and transparent with all his communications and really appreciated that. Would not hesitate to recommend this tour.

I went on a two-day safari (Tarangire and Lake Manyara). I booked the day before for the following day and everything went really well. The driver (adorable) picks you up at the hotel and from there you just let yourself go. The parks are great (I saw elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, monkeys, etc) and the guides are friendly. The food was good. Lots of great encounters too! The only problem is the price, but that's the same everywhere.

I booked this trip before CoVID but had to cancel due to the pandemic as we were unable to travel. Serengeti Safari kindly refunded the cost and a few years later my partner and I managed to rebook and go on safari. They were very easy to communicate with over WhatsApp. We booked the safari through them as well as; a day trip to Maasai village with local guide Noel who was very friendly and explained the lifestyle. After our safari we also took a day trip to Kilimanjaro waterfall, explored Materuni coffee and Chemka hotspring. The water fall is impressive and we loved the hotspring - more pleasant temp spring which even have fish that might nibble the dead skin on your feet if you let them (#BaliinTanzania). For Safari we went early April and despite being the beginning of the rainy season, we had perfect weather. Not too hot and only a shower or two coming across the plains. It was incidentally the perfect time to visit the Southern part of the Serengeti due to the migration patterns, we saw herds of wildebeests and zebra. Our driver Omary was very knowledgeable about the animals and answered our many questions. The chef cooked some great seasonal meals with both vegetarian and meat options. There was beer, soft drink and white wine as well. As expected the tent was a basic 2 man tent for 2 of the 3 nights (motel for 1 of the nights). Make sure to bring a towel and pillow or use your clothes and a torch- wish we knew this in advance. Some of the showers are cold but reasonably clean. The last night at lion campsite we were joined by buffalo which grazed next to our tent which was a experience. On safari we saw some amazing sights, seeing the big 5 in 1 day (counting the rhino we spotted in the distance with binoculars-provided). Highly recommend visiting and if you want an affordable trip and don't mind camping for 2 nights this is a great company to book through (they do have other sleeping arrangements and were very accommodating to our day trips and extending our accommodation.
