We did the Machame route to Kilimanjaro with Mango and Ismael as our guides. They were always singing and dancing, making the trail easier even in the worse moments. They taugnt us suajili! The porters and cook were really nice and were the real heroes of Kilimanjaro, making everything easier. We booked it through Salim, a very attentive and nice person, always asking how was everything. Then we booked a safari in Tarangire and Ngorongoro. We enjoyed a lot the camp were we slept. My wife and I booked 7 day safari trip including Tarangire , Manyara, Ngorongoro, Serengeti, and lake Natron with Serval Cat Tours and Safaris. It was a wonderful trip. Our guide Saimon was very professional and passionate about his job, with his guidance, we were able to see all of the big 5 in the single trip and of course a lot of other precious moments. Saimon was very knowledgeable about the animals, plants, and local eco-system, we do learn a lot through the trip. The accommodations were excellent, all the lodges were quite beautiful with the nice great view. The food was very good also. From the start to the end of the trip there was no regret but really unforgettable experience. The Manager Ernest was really professional and friendly with great customer care experience. Overall, well organized trip with excellent customer services. I really recommend Serval Cat Tours for the lifetime wonderful adventure.

We had very nice tour with this company, from the booking of the tour, Ernest reply all of our emails very quickly and advice us where necessary. We saw all the big five animals and experience the great migration in Serengeti. Jackson the driver was very knowledgeable and had the great experience of where to find the animals. The meals was very delicious that's we can't forget the taste of it, thanks to the sherf Khalidy for wounderful meals, we will surely come back again in Tanzania.
