          Fantastic experience
Awesome experience! We totally recommend for sure! Everything was perfect! The Safari was truly amazing experience and the credits go to Simon aka Safari monster! He has very good eyesight, a lot of animal knowledge, drives good, speaks English fluently, happy person and felt safe with him! But none of these would happen without Innocent Julius! He was the reason that we choose Safari Soles! He was very helpful with the Safari arrangements and the accomodations, responded very fast, and willing to give any information! Thank you all!

7 day private family safari - fly in to northern Seregenti and drive out
We just finished a 7 day safari for a family group of 7 with Safari Soles and Isack as our Guide. Everything thing about the process was top notch professional from the quotation and contracting phase, to the transportation and of course most important, the Safari guide support by Isack. After getting quotations from several good tour operators, we chose Safari Soles based on their excellent past reviews, a competitive price and timely support during the planning and contracting process. We chose to fly into the northern Serengeti from Arusha on the morning of day one and drive out which was an excellent way to get the most out of your time. We were met by Isack (who had driven ten hours the day before to be ready to meet us when we landed at 8:15am. We immediately started the game drive and by 10:00 we were watching two lines of hundreds of wildebeest crossing the Mara river back into Tanzania – a sight we hoped but did not expect to see. We continued the week staying at excellent camps in the Serengeti, Crater and Tarangaire with sights of dozens of lions, leopard with her dinner (zebra) in the tree with her, dozens of elephants, water buffalo, zebra and other beautiful game. We can’t say enough about Isack really made the week for us with his professionalism, excellent knowledge providing detailed answers to our countless questions, and his close attention to little details that made the Safari experience better for all of us. We all felt like he was part of the family by day 7. You can’t go wrong with this team.

          great life experience!
Abduly is a good guide, driving steadily, with good eyesight, and seeing lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, giraffes, wildebeests crossing the river, This is an excellent guide. The soles company's plan is also very good, arranged a shuttle and so on.

          Experience of a lifetime!
We just had one of the best trips of our lives and we'd like to thank Safari Soles for that. From the very beginning when we were trying to select a safari company among the many, Joachim from Safari Soles was exceptionally professional and accommodating to our personalization requests, and this was one of the reasons why we decided to go with this company. Throughout the entire trip they were extremely organized & professional, and this for us was important because safety & peace of mind was important for such a challenging trip. We consider ourselves lucky because our Safari guide throughout the entire trip was Ombeni. He was very experienced both as a safari guide and a long hours driver under harsh conditions. With Ombeni as our guide, we managed to see all Big 5 animals as well as the majestic river crossing from hundreds of whildebeast. Book a safari for many days, and book it with Safari Soles and you can't go wrong.

Great guide, great chefs, and great organisation for a reasonable price
We had an amazing experience with our guide Ernest and chef Ibrahim (first 2 days) and chef Dennis, the rest of the trip. First of, Ernest was able to show us all the beauties of Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro, we saw lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, giraffe and many many more animals. It was truly magical. He was able to quickly spot the animals and was experienced in the pathing of the parks. What we also appreciated is that he took the time to explain behaviors of different animals. Second, if we needed anything, we could ask Ernest and he would help us. He set up our tents, was clear in communicating the plan for the next day or help us out whenever it was needed. His English was excellent and made it easy to communicate. One thing that clearly stood out was the quality of the food from chef Ibrahim and Dennis. Every day we had an amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner, something we havent heard from other safari experiences. We only spent one day at the tented lodge an gata, which was great in general, but the food from the lodge couldnt meet the quality of the chefs Ibrahim and Dennis. Lastly, I also appreciated the clear communication from safari soles regarding quotes, options and planning before and during the trip.

          Unforgettable safari memory in Tanzania
Very impressive Safari with Estomih from safari soles. Estomih is a very professional and patient guild, and the memory of Serengeti NP, Tarangire NP and Ngorongoro conservation area are unforgettable. Different landscape, a lot of wild animals enjoy their life cycle there. It is amazed and so moved by what we have seen there. Lovely Tanzania exploration. We do have difficulties on the way, but we have managed to solve the problem.

Best first time Safari Experience!!! Will go back
Such a great local tour operator! Their service, adaptability, competitive pricing and response made trip planning so easy! Package was well planned for 9-10 days and covered all the key areas! And we had the best guide - CHEDY! He is the most kind, funny, knowledgeable, patient and experienced person I have ever met! He drove well, had an answer always to our 1000s of questions, would spot an animal way before we could even realize and was the most fantastic host! I truly recommend him to any of the trips and would return to TZ especially if he would guide us again! Kudos to Safari Soles!

We were picked up on time in a very clean and good car. The driver was also our guide (Jackson) and he went above and beyond our expectations. He was very knowledgable and patient with us. It was only myself and my husband and boy this was the best christmas gift i could have given him, he loved it all, which double made my day.
The waterfalls were breath taking, the coffee hosts had me dancing with joy watching them sing as they did their thing, the springs was fun (i only was it was hotter). Jackson did not rush us, he left us to explore within our time and fully experience everything. His english was perfect. He bought us passion fruit along the way..how sweet of him! If i could give it more stars than 5 i would. The above and beyond did include a surprise of a great red wine and a local fav beer for my hubby! I cannot say enough about this awesome company. Ps: Even the owner of the company was awesome, polite and helpful. We have done many safaris and experiences but i can honestly say this is one of my tops for the experience and the guiding company!! I FULLY RECOMMEND!! For sure i will be looking for more things they offer when i go back!

Eliis was such an amazing guide! Best way to spend the first day of our trip. We had no idea what we were getting into, but all expectations were exceeded. We were picked up promptly at our hotel at the time specified & spent a very informative ride to the first destination.

We started the morning with a 3-mile round trip hike to the waterfall. Having come with sneakers, Eliis provided us with boots to prevent slipping to ensure we made it to the waterfall with no issues. We were also provided with a mini Swahili lesson, so we were equipped with basic greetings, which came in very handy while passing the locals. The waterfall was amazing and well worth the hike.

The trip back up ended with the coffee tour. The Chagga community gave us hands on insight into the local coffee production process. We learned more about coffee in this session than we had ever known. We also had the opportunity to drink the coffee that we milled, roasted, ground, & boiled. Leave room for a mini banana wine tasting, at which point you’ll be able to purchase some to accompany your lunch. You will also have an opportunity to contribute to the community by purchasing small satchels of coffee. And let’s not forget to give the “paparazzi” their due credit! You will be asked to hand over your phone a few times to the youngsters that sing, dance and create a true vibe. But fret not, they will take gorgeous pictures of the entire process and teach you new features you did not know your phone was capable of. Some of the best pictures that I’ve ever seen.

The coffee tour was followed by a delicious Swahili lunch. You will NOT leave hungry. The banana soup is a must try, as are their avocados!

Our trip concluded with a soak at the Kikuletwa Hot Springs. Here you will get the chance to jump in via a rope swing, as well as float about via an inner tube (available for rent for a small fee). The guys are more than helpful, especially for those needing a little extra encouragement. If the weather is right, you’ll get an amazing view of Mt. Kilimanjaro!

All in all, this tour is a great introduction into the culture. And if you’re lucky, you’ll get Eliis as your guide. Definitely recommend!

Had an amazing day yesterday. Big shoutout to guides Daniel and Justin who were very friendly and had a great sense of humour. Make sure to wear decent shoes because the hike to the waterfall is around 40 mins. They were very accommodating with pickup and I would recommend this for families, couples or solo travelers.

        Thank you!

I highly recommend taking this tour because it combines a variety of activities for the day - coffee, waterfall and hot springs. I recommend you do the coffee part before the waterfall hike as that way there will be less people on your way and you will get some energy for the hike ! The coffee tour is amazing, the people are very friendly and the coffee is outstanding. You get a chance to see the process and make it yourself. They also sell you the coffee beans so you can take it home for $15 a pouch. I also suggest tipping them because they work hard :) this is also where you will lunch. The food is delicious and freshly prepared on site. The hike is a 40 min walk from the coffee place , wear good shoes as the paths are narrow and uneven with slight inclines and declines everywhere, but anyone can do it. Later you will end up at the hot springs and have a chance to cool off !
Our guide for the day was Balthazary/Papali. He was so friendly and knowledgeable he taught us a lot about the history of Tanzania and his life. You much ask him questions and find out more about him . He will leave you with lasting memories. He taught us quite a bit of Swahili for one day as well. Overall , I highly recommend this tour , the guide and the company Safari Soles. We did our entire 5 day safari with them and they arranged all our pick ups and drop offs - very smooth !

This was an OUTSTANDING experience and is excellent value for the cost. The company is extremely organized, confirmed when they would be picking us up days in advance, and called our AirBnB host to make sure they knew how to find us ahead of time. Our guide, Joel, was the kindest and most helpful person we’ve met on our trip. He started by giving us an orientation of what the day would be like, and then gave us lots of interesting information throughout the day. He also does lots of things to make sure you’re having a great experience like stopping to point out animals, getting a chameleon for you to hold, etc. We had lost our baggage when we flew to Tanzania, and he even helped us find some basics that we needed for the rest of our trip. He went over and above to make sure we had a great time and was also just a genuinely kind person.
The experience itself is also a great, action packed day. The hike to the waterfall is active but not too strenuous, and the waterfall is beautiful. The coffee experience and lunch in the village are really special and extremely fun. You should book this!

We had an excellent time with an amazing guide, Andrew, because he was super friendly, informative about the culture plus environment and accommodating to all our needs; even going above and beyond taking care of our muddy shoes without us knowing, plus drinks upon picking us up and more. Now I say, don’t expect this level of accommodations because we didn’t and it just so happen we were blessed with exceeding expectations!

While navigating us through the hiking route, we learned about the many different plants and he took several photos plus videos without us even prompting a request. The coffee tour presented by Andrew and hosted by Justin was my first coffee tour experience because I don’t actually drink coffee, but it was so well curated from the songs they sang to us and engaging for us to prepare the coffee beans!

Great time at the hot springs…and I’ll save the rest for you to discover! Definitely a 5 star experience!

Kikuletwa Hotsprings was true paradise on Earth, I would highly recommend a visit! We had a lovely day with our private driver Geoffrey who was very friendly and accommodating. He also provided a great sound track to our journey as well as a tasty lunch! The hot springs were serene and not at all overcrowded - we could have stayed there all day! Bryson was great for organising the trip through and was very quick at replying to messages. Thank you for a great trip Safari Soles tours!

The trip was amazing. Our guide Baltazary(papali) was great. He was very informative helpful and friendly, made our trip very enjoyable. He even managed to find out information about the train from arusha to Dar a Salam which was a mystery for us until then. This shows he was not just limited to the trip itinerary. Because Of us being with this tour operator (being guided by Papali) we got to know more about the Tanzanian history, about flag colors , about the culture ,flora and fauna around the place. The coffee tour was amazing, the spring was a bit crowded but we were told this was due to being weekend a lot of locals go there as well. So if you want a bit quieter, maybe avoid weekends.

Five starts for the guide and the service altogether. Highly recommend to use this tour operator who wants to do this trip.

A 35 min walk to the astonishing waterfall and Andrew the guide became master of photography. He was animated, knowledgeable and friendly. On the return walk was the coffee experience: from bean to cup village style. One reviewer said this was touristy: I guess they may not do all the singing and dancing when they want a coffee but, as a tourist visiting for an hour, I enjoyed the experience and the coffee. As this was a Sunday morning many of the village were at church so we drove to the hot springs for a simple lunch. Amazing to swim in the warm clear water surrounded by lush vegetation. Stayed as long as I wanted them returned to the hotel.
These three experience in one day made an excellent activity. Would certainly recommend.
