We spent a couple of days with William and the whole experience was absolutely amazing! Somehow William was able to spot lions from hundred meters away with his incredible eyesight, without whom we would definitely have missed a ton of animals. Apparently he truly loves animals, and he is super knowledgeable about them. It might have been a normal leisure trip chasing the back of animals but William has made it a scientific tour for me somehow. He fulfilled all our viewing dreams (seeing a lion please, seeing a male lion please, seeing a cheetah please, seeing a cheetah on the tree please, etc). I think this was my once in a lifetime travel experience so far.

The whole experience with Gosheni was GREAT. My husband and I were here in Tanzania for our honeymoon. We did a 8 days tour - one day in Tarangire National Park, one day in Ngorongoro Crater, four days in Serengeti and one day in Lake Manyara. We started our booking conversation with Herman. He was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and helped me to modify my itinerary and accommodations multiple times. The price was pretty competitive so we decided to book with Gosheni. We met our tour guide, Albert in Arusha. He has more than 20 years of experience. He was so talkative, patient and friendly. We had countless conversations during our more than 6 hours drive every day. He answered all our questions and he could always explain things in an easy to understand way. He greeted us with his big smile every morning to welcome us to the drive. It’s also important to mention that he washed his car every day. I feel like we had the nicest and cleanest car comparing to other tour operators. Albert was of course so good at spotting animals. We saw nearly all the animals in the park and he explained everything about those animals. He knows EVERYTHING about any animals. He always gave us enough time with the animals and he never rush us to leave. He could always find us the best spots to look at the animals closely. We had such a great time. We highly recommend Gosheni and Albert!!

The Gosheni team was a dream to work with. Their team went above to deliver on every element of the trip. The drivers were incredibly knowledgeable and eagle eyes to spot animals while we were on safari. They could to make our experience unforgettable, and comfort. Little details, like making sure we always had snacks and cold beverages were greatly appreciated. Habibu was our driver for most of the trip, and was a joy to spend many hours on the road. He got us where we needed to be safely through very challenging terrain. If I come back to do another Safari, I’ll look be booking with Gosheni again. Thanks for making this safari so memorable!

Gosheni Safari is a professional, precise and reliable tour operator. He followed us in all phases of the trip planning, satisfying every our need and always finding the most suitable solution for our requests. The quality of solution proposed-price ratio is definitely among the best of those we had evaluated. Unfortunately, due to serious personal reasons, a few days before departure we had to give up the trip for which we had only paid the deposit. Not only did they not ask us for the balance but they even refunded part of the deposit. What to say? We will definitely choose them when we plan our trip to Tanzania again!!

We ( two of us ) chose Gosheni to climb Kilimanjaro and Safari . A two week holiday of a lifetime . An adventure burnt deep in the memory . Firstly climbing Kilimanjaro was very tough . Bad weather was against us . However , our Gosheni mountain guide , Richard was first class , with over 200 successful summits . A total of 14 porters and guides were employed to carry food, tents, supplies etc along the Lemosho route for 7 nights . His teams upbeat spirit helped us summit at -20oc and 80mph winds . Kilimanjaro was no ‘walk in the park’ . We passed others that did not summit . Richard’s experienced ‘in tune’ pace worked wonders . A massive thank you to Richard and his team . We could not tip them enough !! Our personalised safari was with Mbennie a university educated guide that could spot a leopard a mile away . Very knowledgeable in all aspects of nature and wildlife, from birds to mammals to insects to trees to grasses . Interesting anecdotes helped memorise species . Polite , great company at the dinner table , a great host , respectful , funny . Couldn’t ask for more . Highly recommend!!! Gosheni you employ great people . Thank you !! :)))

Gosheni made my trip the best. Our guide George was truly a professional and Marline helped arranged everything through email. The online payment is a perk as well. The safari suggestions, the cars, the hotels and everything is top of the line. I recommend Gosheni to anyone looking. They can pick you up from the airport as well

My wife me I took a private tour starting from Arusha and going to Tarangire and then to Ngorongoro. George was our safari guide and he was amazing, he really made our experience with Gosheni be the best. During the game drives he gave us great insight into the history of the parks as well as the animals. His great knowledge of the parks also allowed us to see the Big 5 in just two days! He was also always very friendly, attentive and going beyond to give us a great experience. Gosheni is a locally owned-operated Tanzanian company and they provide a great service including very easy communication for booking and follow up throughout the safari. Their prices re really super competitive, and the Land Cruisers they own and use for the safaris are really much better than the average ones you see around the parks. I will definitely recommend Gosheni and will hire them once I’m back to Tanzania. And I would highly recommend requesting George as safari guide given the great experience we had.

Excellent safari experience with Andrew as our guide exploring several of Tanzania’s national parks and conservation areas. Gosheni Safaris planned all details precisely as we wanted, with a great itinerary and excellent overnight stays. Andrew is a superb guide, his knowledge of animals, plants, and Tanzania’s unique ecosystems made our experience fascinating and rewarding. We saw The Big Five plus countless other wildlife. Andrew has a keen eye for spotting animal activity at great distances and showing us the most magnificent sights. Other guides often passed by things that Andrew spotted. We booked a 6 day safari with Gosheni to kick off our honeymoon in Tanzania, and we are so thankful we did. The whole experience has been fantastic, from the initial booking which was incredibly simple, to the safari itself. Our tour guide, Laban, has made our trip truly special. A fantastic person to be around for the last week. Kind, funny, incredibly knowledgable on all of the wildlife and an absolutely amazing host. I could not recommend Laban highly enough, and will be recommending his name to friends and family in the hope that they can book a trip as special as ours in future. The 4x4 we have been driving around in has been absolutely spotless every day, with a refrigerated supply of water, soft drinks and local beers to keep you going throughout the day. The lunches have been amazing, a lovely feeling to be sitting down for a 3 course hot lunch with a bottle of wine whilst other tourists have their sandwiches stolen by monkeys… Could not recommend more highly, one of the best weeks of our lives. We just completed a terrific week with Edward as our driver-guide. Did the Tanzania northern circuit (Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater, and Serengeti). Gosheni did a superb job of putting our itinerary together, then bringing it to fruition. With stays at three different lodges, everything went off without a hitch, and we met all our sighting/photo goals and then some. Edward was extremely knowledgeable and a great companion for the week. He was very patient with our countless questions! Thanks to Herman and the team at Gosheni. Highly recommended.

I recently completed a safari trip to Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro with three friends. It has been an absolutely fantastic trip! Although I had done safari in Kenya before, the whole experience has been flawless and exceeded my expectation from start to finish. Cindy is the representative who helped us plan the whole itinerary. She responded to emails quickly and provides good details and suggestions, making sure all our questions were addressed. William, our guide, greeted us warmly at the airport and the trip only got better from there. William is super knowledgeable in wildlife and knows where to look and find them. In the end, we managed to see all the Big Fives - even better, countless lions and multiple cheetah and leopard sightings. We are constantly amazed by his experience - how he would recognise the wildlife from so faraway; and how he knows the roads and tracks in Serengeti. He has also been extremely thoughtful. E.g. we always have hot food for lunch instead of simple lunch boxes, and a nice picnic setup from the hamper. His car is also new and in great condition with charging ports and comfortable seats. Overall it has been such a wonderful trip and we’ll remember it forever!

We have had an amazing experience with Gosheni safari. Our guide is William and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide for our Safari trip. We had had concerns about the limited animals we could see with rain and tall grass, given we went in late November. However, William was a very experienced guide who knew every inch of the Serengeti national park and where to find the animals. We have called him our Santa Claus as our requests to see various animals were all met up. We saw lions and lionesses, in groups or alone, with baby lions and lioness, with preys or in sleep; cheetahs and baby cheetahs, leopard walking by the road or lying on the tree, dozens elephants crossing river, giraffes in family pack, hippo pond, buffalos etc. The hotels and camp sites were also phenomenal with yummy breakfasts and dinners and good services. For lunch, Willam took food boxes and would set up fancy picnics within the park. To our biggest surprise, at the end of our trip, William shared a video of all the joyful moments in our trip. We had no idea that he has been secretly documenting us and felt really warm-hearted and grateful to have him as our guide. We were really over the moon with the whole experience and especially with William and would highly recommend to friends who would like to experience the safari in Tanzania.

Awesome trip, great company, good food, informative and pleasant. Our tour guide Amir Fentu work very hard so we could be comfortable watching the animals ( we got to see the big 5). We also visited the Hadzabe tribe, Maasai tribe l. We saw flamingoes, great white pelicans among other birds as we wanted to see. Went to Serengeti National Park, Lake Eyasi, Arusha National Park, Ngorongoro National Park. Our accommodations were superb, the food was amazing and healthy.with the great tour guide Samir we had and easy time going through the differences in culture. I would recommend the company and I would try o get Samir Fentu as my guide.

We have enjoyed an over-the-top safari trip in Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Serengeti, with the guide of Bariki. Bariki is very experienced and competent, but not at all tired or jaded. He could offer everything we want and lead us to see all kinds of animals. Highly recommended everyone who pursue for perfect travel experience to choose Bariki as the guide, helper and friend.

Gosheni arranged a satisfying trip. The lodges on the trip are all comfortable, and even the tent on the grassland are safe and clean. The food at the hotel tasted good but there was not much variety, and lunch on the safari was packed with hot food. Our guide Bariki is a very decent local, fluent in English and knowledgeable. He helps us understand the animals and the local culture better. These are all good memories of the trip!
