Current hotel is 3 star was told is almost 4/5 star it’s going back In time , seems like Blackpool snacks very poor cheap quality cheap crisp and hot dogs for snacks can’t believe this was booked through plan my tour Will Be emailing them Back for sure

Rundreise-sicher und freundlich
Naja ist ein zurückhaltender junger Mann. In unserem Fall hatten wir ihn mehr oder weniger nur einen Fahrer engagiert, da meine Frau bereits eine Tour zusammen gestellt hatte. Von Negombo ging es nach Anuradhapura (Tempel, Stupas, Bodi-Baum). Da man bei einer solchen Tour auch für die Unterkunft sorgen muss, kann man das bei Angabe des entsprechenden Budgets und der Vorlieben (Pool) Naja überlassen. Denn er sucht Hotels, die eine sogenannte Driver Accomodation beinhalten, da ist Übernachtung und Frühstück kostenneutral, meistens sogar insgesamt günstiger als bei Booking.com. Weiter ging es über Sigiria nach Dambulla und Kandy. In Kandy Auto zu fahren, ist eine Herausforderung, aber Siri hat das cool gemeistert, das kann wohl nur ein Einheimischer (schlimmer war nur Palermo!!!). Naja ist sehr zurückhaltend, immer freundlich und versucht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen.
Da er noch neu im Geschäft ist, noch ein Tipp: er sollte mehr von Land und Leuten erzählen, die Kunden immer begleiten und alles erklären können.
