Miya is very kind and can communicate in Chinese👍 There are so many beautiful traditional and new-style hanboks, making it difficult to choose. Accessories are also very beautiful and Miya will help you make the most suitable match.

I debated booking a solo tour because the group tours seemed so sufficient, but I am so glad we did. We saw more of Jeju and learned about what we were experiencing in the moment. I opted for the hotel pickup, which was very helpful. Daniel was a very responsive and effective communicator. He listened to our desires, consulted us on what was reasonable and then fit in as much as possible. He really does know the best places to eat (yes, I am a foodie), but also took us to amazing vistas, historical spots, and his recommendations for beaches and places for us to explore on our own were solid. After a day, we are impressed with his services and thrilled to call him friend. We will forever remember Jeju.

The trip was cancelled on us at 7pm on the night before the tour day. We were only notified that the trip was not available AFTER I texted the tour operator to confirm the vehicle that was fetching us. No attempt was made to inform us earlier either by TripAdvisor or the tour operator. We came a long way from another country, and now we are left stranded without plans. It was too late to book another day trip from elsewhere. For those who want to book day trips, be sure to make backup plans in case your day trip gets cancelled by tour operators.

We are here on the 15th Feb 2023, and our tour starts on 16th Feb 2023. We are already in Jeju and they cancelled on viator, less than 24 hours before the start of our tour. They asked whether we can do on the 18th instead, which is on the day that we fly off? We didn't even manage to reply and they cancelled on viator leaving us stranded here. Not sure what to do tomorrow. Lol. Just wow.

Daniel is an amazing guide. My family and I had a one day tour planned and in that short amount of time, Daniel made sure that we had the best possible experience. He was very knowledgeable, and informative. We went to places that we would have never gone to on our own. We had such a great experience, that I look forward to going back to Jeju (staying longer) and planning another tour with Daniel.

Daniel was very friendly and we managed to fulfill all places we wanted to go! He also gave us mini quizzes during the tour which helped us learn much about Jeju. Plus point was the food! The lunch spot he brought us to was really good and felt like a truly authentic shop. He even gave us a recommendation for our dinner.

We really enjoy our day tour in Jeju with our tour guide, Daniel. The communication has been smooth and effective. We discussed the itinerary beforehand, and he accommodated our request well. To my surprise, he can keep my teenage girl entertained, and I can tell she enjoyed the tour. He also helped us with ordering the lunch menu and taking our pictures. Overall, it was a great experience and we regret that we only spent 2 nights in Jeju.

We had an awesome time in Jeju and wish that we could stay a few more days. Daniel came and picked us up from the hotel right on the dot. Highly recommend Daniel to anyone who would like to visit Jeju. Daniel is very accomodative and will customize tours for you. He speaks good english and seems to enjoy the activities and tour as much as we did. Daniel understands our interests and based on that, he is willing to add on a little extras into our itinerary. We had a really wonderful experience with this two-day tour; it was arguably one of the best we had taken if not the best. The positive experience started with our guide, Mr. Daniel Lee, reaching out to us to understand our interests and planning the itinerary accordingly well before our tour date. And the excellent experience continued throughout the tour. Mr. Lee was very knowledgeable of live and culture of Jeju and not just the sights we visited. He communicates very well and is humorous, honest, and easy to get along with. All the restaurant recommendations were right on, taking us to really good, genuine local specialty restaurants and not tourist trap type expensive restaurants that most tours would frequent. Mr. Lee is fluent is both English and Chinese, which is an added bonus for us since all of us in the group are Chinese Americans.

Daniel is an amazing guide! My sister & I only had two full days in Jeju & I really don’t think we would’ve been able to see as much & experience as much in that time & with such ease without Daniel. Daniel makes you feel like you’ve been friends for years, & made the days go by quick. I gave him a list of places we wanted to see & he came up is with perfect itinerary to make sure we got to see all we wanted. Even if you don’t have a full list he is very knowledgeable of the island &can suggest other places based on what you would like to see & do in Jeju. We had so much fun with Daniel! My sister & I don’t have many pics of us & he made sure to get us to pose & take good & silly pics. We will forever have these memories, thank you Daniel! If you have limited time or worried about transportation in Jeju, book this it’s so worth it!

We visited five different places on the Southern West side and had a blast. Our tour guy Daniel was very caring, friendly, and knowledgeable. The van was comfortable and really clean. Their communication before the tour was excellent and very helpful with their recommendations. Highly recommend that you book your next tour with this company.
