Our experience was fantastic on this tour. While you only get to see the southern parts of Jeju, each stop is unique and beautiful. Our tour guide Soraya was incredibly insightful and gave many interesting facts about Jeju. In addition, she also gave us great tips about places to see in Jeju and was overall kind, funny and helpful. Also, the lunch was amazing!

Great way to explore the island when u do not have a car to drive around. The city run on buses and going from one place to another place outside where u stay can take quiet long. Our guide Nicole is very joyful and smiley. Good explanations. The walk up hill to see sunrise is not too difficult. Great views. Lunch is perfect with black pork and korean mackeral. Loved the womens' museum and the explanations. Highly recommended

After taking the east jeju tour with this company I was very excited for the south tour the next day. Unfortunately our guide Sally was almost completely incomprehensible. I've toured all through Asia and Europe, grown up in a multicultural society so I'm used to accents but no matter how knowledgeable she may have been this was just unintelligible, and she couldn't understand us either. The hiking path was closed halfway up so that was a waste of time. The parts of the tour that we enjoyed she rushed us through.

We had a wonderful tour of East Jeju island with Soraya, it was our best tour in Korea by far, Soraya was kind, knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. The lava cave was so nice, I loved how cold it was after days of 33° heat. I also really enjoyed the footbath aromatherapy lesson, I haven't done something like that before and it really soothed my tired feet. I highly recommend this tour with Soraya.

Ready to explore the farming city I embarked on a journey of solitude and occasional laughs with my tour guide. He seemed to sense my inner needs and gave me space to immerse myself in the different traditional and cultural aspects of Jeju. Paul was intuitively aware of how to explore Jeju and he allowed me to explore it the way I had hoped to explore it. I wanted a guide but I also wanted to fill my heart and soul with its tranquility and essence. That’s exactly what I got!

It was my first birthday solo trip in Jeju island. I did a lot of research for the tours, and its CORE TRAVEL who popped up in my research. I joined the tour very last minute. JIN was very accommodating on that time and was able to answers all of my questions and requests. Our tour guide, NICOLE is a STAR! she is very friendly and knowledgeable with regards to the history of Jeju. There is no pause time during the whole day trip. She drives carefully and took care (6 of us guest) of us from the start up to the end of the tour. And take note, there is no HIDDEN CHARGES with the amount of their fees! Everything wet well and smooth, from the entrance fees, lunch, drop off, I mean they made my trip very memorable. Will definitely be back in Jeju and HIGHLY RECOMMEND to my colleagues. We would like to express our satisfaction with the tours we had booked with your company on August 13th and 16th. Our guides, Michelle and Andrew, did their best to propose interesting places that could fit with our interests. They skilfully adapted our schedule to take into account what we had already seen or did not want to do (mainly because of the steamy heat). They were both, in their own way, very professional as they managed to combine the necessities of a rigorous timing with a relaxed atmosphere that was convenient to musicians who had had hard days. Lots of people appreciated the information which was given about life and traditions in Korea. These two days will remain an everlasting memory for us all, all the more as many musicians had never been to Asia before. Please give our thanks to these two guides for rich and exciting moments and particularly to Michelle who was so helpful very late at night !

This was a great one-day tour of Jeju. We flew in to Jeju on an early morning flight from Busan and took this tour. Since we only had one day, we really made the most of it with this tour. Great service, good information about Jeju and its history, broad range of experiences throughout the day. Would definitely recommend

The tourist sites were worth the visit. The tour guide although still at the beginners stage as an English guide worked really hard to express himself and talk about the sites.

This your way beyond what we expected. Our tour guide Soraya was very knowledgeable about the island, spoke great English for us, and made the trip just an overall good time! The itinerary was perfect and we seen exactly what we wanted to see, this tour will not steer you in the wrong direction. The lunch provided was AMAZING as well. 11/10

Our family of 20 travelled to Korea from the States and one of our stops was Jeju Island. Despite the rainy season, we had an incredible trip thanks to our tour guide, Michelle! She was funny, engaging and really knew so much about Jeju. You could tell she loved the island and knew so much about it. She was attentive, engaging and really cared for us. She tracked down a bakery that had chocolate cake so we could celebrate my son’s birthday. She made sure our few days on the island were exactly what we were looking for, but she also had recommendations of places we should not have missed. We cannot say enough about Michelle. We will recommend her to all of our friends who travel to Jeju. She was family by the end of our trip. Thank you Michelle!

I recently went on a tour of Jeju with my extended family and I cannot praise our guide Michelle enough. She truly went above and beyond what we expected and I have to say that she’s the best tour guide I’ve ever experienced. Michelle is incredibly knowledgeable, flexible and hilarious to boot. She connected with children, adults and seniors alike in our group and kept everyone engaged at all times. She even continued to text us the following day with suggestions of places for us to go. She brought us to the best sites and restaurants, and pivoted our schedule at the last minute. She took amazing videos and photos of our family, and filled our days with amazing facts and non-stop laughter. She’s above all a professional and a true expert about Jeju in every respect. She truly made our time special and was the highlight of our trip.

5 star tour and guide. Michelle was the best tour guide we had during our entire stay in Korea. She was so accommodating, and although the weather was not the best and it was raining, she did everything in her power to make it an amazing experience for us, and she succeeded. We found Jeju to be beautiful and soulful despite the rain. The tour itself was comprehensive, and it was a bonus to stop at a beautiful cafe by the seaside. Michelle asked me if I had any dietary restrictions and I do. No one had ever asked me that, and she went the distance to accommodate me for lunch. I did not want the other guests to be compromised by my limitations, and Michelle promised me that she would choose a restaurant everyone would love. She did, and it was the best meal I had during my stay in Seoul. She would hold the umbrella over you as you took photos, took excellent photos of us at scenic spots, and when my daughter and I were discussing whether we should stop and get some tangerines she went and bought a bag so everyone could have one. Most importantly, we had a couple of tours where we felt rushed during our stay in Seoul. I do not know how Michelle was able to have us see SO much, and yet we did not feel rushed. She said she did not want us to feel rushed so if we felt we wanted to linger longer at any spot, to let her know. The timing was well executed, so no one felt rushed in our group. We learned a lot of interesting facts and history as well. Michelle was outstanding, the tour was excellent, and I would highly recommend it, especially if you are lucky enough to get Michelle.
