We had an amazing guide & driver named Gallo who was called to do our tour, after the tour company was not prepared for our trip. Prior, I received the confirmation details of 08:00 puck up but nobody turned up. When I called the number we were given, the person in the other end had no record of the trip and asked me to send them screenshots of all the details so he could assign someone to take on our tour. 2 hours later we were collected and could start the tour. Gallo is a brilliant guide & skilled driver, extremely knowledgeable on the historical & religious facts of Massada, plus his own experience growing up in Israel which is always such a nice touch when one gets the human story. This low rating is not a reflection of Gallo but of the poor organization, or lack thereof on part of the tour company. This private tour was not cheap so it is disappointing that they were ill-prepared. Our guide & driver, Gallo, gets 5 stars from me for being so professional AND so patient & considerate of my needs to pace ourselves since I was traveling with my 70year old mom.

We had an enjoyable, interesting tour day with our guide Eric Grosser. We booked the tour with Beinhariim company. Eric was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He gave us a wonderful overview of each area. We enjoyed the stories and history. We went to a delicious local lunch in Acre. Thank you so much to Eric for great memories.

We had multiple tours with Beni throughout our stay in Israel and couldn't have asked for anything more! It was fast paced and we truly felt like we got the most and saw the most out of everything we visited. Both my boyfriend and I learned so much through our tours and tried some of the best food. We would recommend on the highest level!

As part of our company's trip we booked a tour of the old city of Jerusalem. We were picked up in Tel Aviv where we met our guide Nir. Nir was awesome. As an international group he managed to fit himself and made us amazed and amused every time again. I highly recommend them, fantastic choice, especially for groups!

Outstanding team of knowledgeable, enthusiastic, caring and engaged professionals. Your are not in a tour, you are visiting the country with people that love it, who want to show it to you and talk about it with you. Incredible organization and planning allowed us to make the most of our 11 day trip to Israel. Even the smallest of the details were planned and most importantly made happen. I would recommend to anyone visiting Israel for the first or for the twentieth time.

We just got back from our two week trip to Israel. We cannot say enough great words about Gabo. He was UNBELIEVABLE. His knowledge of everything we did and everywhere we went was amazing. He told us things in such an interesting and fun way and we learned so much from him. He was kind and smart and funny and loving. It was a gift to be with him everyday. It was a trip of a lifetime and Gabo was the most wonderful tour guide and person. You cannot go to Israel without Gabo as your guide. I cannot wait to plan our next trip with him. Anyone who goes to Israel has to have Gabo has their guide. You will be very lucky to meet him. He is a very special person.
