We turned to Fandy for the day tour to Mount Bromo. He organized everything perfectly with us, with great availability. He entrusted us to a driver who came to pick us up at the Probolinggo station, taken to do the tour in the morning at Bromo and brought back to the station, all with extreme kindness, professionalism, attention and punctuality. The tour with Fandy was fantastic. We did a camping trip on top of Mt bromo to increase our chance of catching the milky way and we did catch the milky way for 4hours straight. The camping site was recommended by Fandy to be quieter and we had the whole sunrise to ourselves and just a couple more people. We sure did not regret when we looked up and saw the insane crowd at Penanjakan Viewpoint 1. Throughout the night, Fandy and 2 other local guides set up campfire to keep us warm and also stayed up to act as security. They even cooked dinner (spaghetti) and breakfast (omelette), which were superb. We were also offered hot tea and coffee. Camping under the milky way, sitting around a campfire and eating delicious cooked meals were exactly the kind of experiences we want, and Fandy and his team exceeded our expectations. Along the trip, we also dropped by restaurants which had great food. He also helped us to liaise with fantastic local guides for ijen and madakaripura waterfall. We strongly recommend him to anyone who are looking for a fuss-free trip and are looking for a memorable experience.

A friend and I visited both bromo and Ijen with Febianto as our driver. As the whole trip is quite exhausting because of the early wake up everyday, the tour take this into account and make everything easy and for you, so you do not have to take care or to worry about anything. Despite needed to wake up early to catch sunrises, the whole trip was very easy going and comfortable, because our guide, Mr Fandi made sure we were very well taken care of. Everything felt smooth and carefree. Not only that, Mr Fandi driving skill was very professional! We were rest assure and were able to sleep in the car when we were very tired. His assistance guide, Geo, was also very friendly and informative. He made sure we made it to the ijen crater safely. He also very nice to help me take some blue fire up close. Overall, the trip with Mr Fandi was hassle free. We didn't need to worry about anything. From airport>bromo>ijen>surabaya>Airport. And that is why, if I ever go back to bromo+ijen again. The room was very basic and quite horrendous to be honest, then Fandy managed to upgrade us to one of the best rooms available in the hotel! at no additional cost!
