We had Yohanes as our guide and driver, whom we communicated well via Whatsapp. He was patient and a careful and skilled driver. He explained his rationale of doing things (e.g. why we have to depart for Mt Bromo earlier to get a good seat). My child was carsick and he drove very slowly and gently so that she will not throw up. He also lent her his blanket while waiting for sunrise so that she could be kept warm. He was also open to any change in itinerary and always had a smile for us. When requested, he brought us to the different shops and suggested what we could buy to bring home. The places that he brought us for lunch and dinner are nice too. We had a great time with him and he is like a friend. We also have good arrangements with Mt Bromo office who patiently handled my queries and requests. Have been recommending both the agency and Yohanes to my friends since I came back.

The tour was so well planned, we saw the most amazing places and our guide, Yayak, took such great care of us! He was friendly, professional and was always punctual. He provided recommendations for us that accommodated our needs and interests, and always looked out for our well-being.

Gilang of TMB tours picked me up promptly and after a long day dropped me off safely. Hee was very helpful and understanding. And even helped with pictures!

We had a good time during our trip visiting Tumpak Sewu and Madakaripura waterfalls, Mt Bromo and De Djawatan. Unfortunately Ijen was closed so we couldn’t visit. Our driver and guide was Ivan who is an excellent driver, he was always punctual and made us feel very safe on the long drives. He also brought us to several restaurants which were all really delicious.

There are many things that need to be corrected in your program and in the organization with the guide. Day 1: When we arrived at Surabaya airport, the guide was not present at the exit gate, and we had to wait more than 20 minutes to find him. Day 2: According to your program, departure was scheduled for 2:00 AM, but the guide suggested we leave at 2:30 AM instead. When we woke up at the hotel, the guide was still asleep in his car, and we had to ask the reception to wake him up. We ended up leaving at 2:50 AM. As a result, we got stuck in traffic near Mount Bromo (because of the late departure). To catch the sunrise, we had to run, and the guide couldn’t keep up with us. We ended up enjoying the sunrise without him. After breakfast, we left for Surabaya. There were two routes to reach Banyuwangi: the expressway or via Mount Ijen (which is longer). We requested the shortest route, but the guide chose the longer, mountainous road at night. This was a very dangerous and difficult route to drive on after such a short night of sleep. We arrived at the hotel at 9:30 PM, much later than the expected 7:00 PM. Moreover, it is neither normal nor responsible for the guide, who woke up at 2:50 AM, to have to drive for 9 hours in one day. It is not responsible and is dangerous to drive so much. In fact, the guide was very tired and started to fall asleep at the wheel. Day 3: A very good day with a coffee plantation visit organized by the guide (which we had to pay extra for). Day 4: The guide suggested we go watch the sunrise at Baluran (another paid activity) and then go see the animals in the park. We woke up at 3:00 AM, but when we arrived at the park, we couldn’t enter until 7:00 AM. We had to wait 3 hours before we could enter the park. On our way back to Surabaya, we couldn’t even take the entire highway because the credit card you provided to the driver didn’t have enough funds to cover the tolls. We had an extra hour of driving. Again, we arrived at the hotel late, as we did every day. All these errors by the guide and the lack of professionalism on your part prevented us from fully enjoying the trip. The fact that we couldn’t go to Mount Ijen is not your fault; however, as a travel agency, you must find solutions for your clients. You cannot simply offer a free day of activities as compensation. We went to the Banyuwangi region for nothing since we couldn’t visit Mount Ijen or see the sunrise at Baluran. You wrote on your website that you provide money for food and accommodation. I spoke with the guide, and this is not the case at all, he had to sleep in his car and pay for his own meals. This is unacceptable. A lot of work to do if they want to offer such an expensive trip with such poor services!

Our group of 14 from Singapore had an unforgettable experience on the Mount Bromo tour, thanks to the excellent service provided by the tour company. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the entire experience was enhanced by our fantastic tour leader, Yayak. Each activity was well-organized, and Yayak made sure we were safe and comfortable throughout. Yayak was incredibly patient, always ensuring our safety and going above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience, even taking stunning photos for us to remember the trip. When we faced an unexpected closure of Mount Ijen, Yayak quickly provided alternative plans, which showed the company’s commitment to making sure we still had a great time. Overall, this tour exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking to explore Mount Bromo and the surrounding attractions. It was definitely a fun-filled trip with surreal experience which includes Milky Way Tour and Mount Bromo expedition. Our bilingual tour guide / driver - Gilang is super friendly and professional, he is always ready to serve you the best he could. He is also very accommodating to last minutes changes when we requested new places to visit. When we wanted to go for a massage, he even called to ensure there’s availability and helped us to make booking on behalf. Excellent service! Highly recommended!

Trip is supposed to be mt bromo n mt ijen, but due to the situation at ijen, I ended up at tumpak sewu. I was kinda not happy with the change because I really wanted to visit mt ijen again. But mother nature has their own plans n who am I to challenge them🤣. But after going up n down the stairs of tumpak sewu, I have to respect the different challenges it gave me. I have the honor of meeting Kechengk as my driver. 1 of the safest drivers in indonesia. After comparing the drivers that I've got in bali n bandung😂. Till we meet again mt ijen.

We did the tour with Rama and had an amazing time! Both Rama and our driver were super chill and made us very comfortable. The first day we went to the waterfalls which was super cool. After that we went to our home stay for the night and started our mount bromo tour. Rama showed us the perfect place to watch the sunrise and knew a lot of “friend” to make things easier (like free toilet). Unfortunately we got sick after the bromo tour so we did not do the ijen tour. But they even offered us to do the ijen tour some time later in our Indonesia trip which is very thoughtful. Overall we had a great experience and recommend it to everyone!

When we reach juanda Airport, we were welcomed by Ivans. He's gonna be our guide and driver throughout our adventures. Before we start our adventures, we communicate all the iteniary via WhatsApp. We went to the water fall and had a great time there. We have an ample time for all adventures. Mount Bromo was fun although we start as early as 12 midnight to catch the sunrise and awesome view. Ivans brief us about the places while driving and remind us to prepare our clothing as it's gonna be so so cold. All the hotels were great and superb especially Hotel Santika in Malang. My husband was so happy and proud after conquering Mount Ijen especially he witnessed the Ijen blue fire. Our guide is so helpful and busy guiding my husband through that adventure until he fulfilled his dreams catching the blue fire. Whatever was being expected of this trip was fulfilled awesomely. We have a memorable adventures! Thank you for this well organised trip. You guys are awesome and of course we will be back!!

We were newbies, out-of-shape hikers, our hearts and minds wanting to experience adventure. Our kind-hearted tour guide Yayak, patiently stuck with us throughout the entire trip, constantly reminding us to take it slowly but surely and have a good time. He would begin the long drive asking us what music we wanted played inside the car. He was attentive to our every request and query, much like an older brother to much older sisters. We thoroughly enjoyed every bit of the itinerary albeit a strenuous hike, early wake-up calls, and skipped meals because we were just too tired and couldn't be bothered, lol. All these inconveniences were worth it when you see the sunrise over the mountains after a long hike of Mt. Ijen, make it to the top of Mt. Bromo, or climb the rocks with the raging waters of the Tumpak Sewu Falls. It was an exhilarating and unforgettable experience we will cherish for a long time. The hotels we stayed in were all good, but we particularly liked Hotel Atria in Malang since we had more time there and we were able to enjoy dinner as well as their buffet breakfast which was a wide selection and tasty.
