Fantastic tour! Wear proper shoes and enjoy the company of a great guide. The landscape is wonderful and it’s totally worth waking up early.

Thank you Wawan for this wonderful experience and superb discovery of Ijen. To enjoy the blue fiyer, you should go early in the morning (departure 2:00 am).

The booking process was good and we received all information regardimg the trip in due time. We were especially happy by having Wati as our tour guide. Amazing experience We had a really good time on this trek. Not only the scenery was absolutely amazing, we also had a great time with Malik, our spiritual guide ;) His English is perfect and we learned a lot about Indonesian culture and history. I would definitely recommend this adventure.

Super experience, with a nice guide. We have been the first ones to reach the blue fire and we took beautiful photos of the sunset and the blue lake in the different guide’s spots. We recommend at 100%!

I walked in a group to Ijen blue fire - which were a fantastic tour. Our guide were very attentive, helped taking The most beautiful pictures and told about his earlier work in The mines. Our driver was good at getting us up and Down in The most comfertable and timely manner. I Can really recommend doing this tour and it was great speaking with so many other international travellers.

Planning to go from Bali to Java for an overnight tour was made 100x easier by Aldo, who answered every question and helped me feel at ease about the plan, staying in touch with me throughout. Also met us at the port, treated us like friends. The guide Fami was fun and knowledgeable- everything you want in a guide. I noticed we also had better gas masks than others who visited - a big relief as that gas is not enjoyable. When I have friends visiting Indonesia and wanting to do something as unique as visit the blue fire, I’m definitely recommending Aldo and his guides.

E-mail response was very fast and the guide at Ijen was same as the personnel who responded to me via e-mail, He was reliable and his company was reliable as well. If you look for a guide for Ijen Blue Fire tour, I would like to strongly recommend to contact this company. They can consider good tour for your needs as well as pick up point and drop off point. (They picked me up at the air port for city tour first) If you consider to visit Ijen crater, I would recommend to bring new gas mask specific for volcanic gas as you can understand from photos (very strong volcanic gas).And You don't forget that you need strong physical fitness for this trekking.

We took the 4D3N tour that includes the visit to mt Kelud, Bromo and Ijen and I got to say, the trip was great :D! The guide/driver, Aldo was very friendly and helpful and you will be in safe hand if you travel with him throughout the trip. Due to his experience and resourcefulness, everything went according to plan and proceeded smoothly. And thanks to that, we had ample amount of time to appreciate the architecture and the nature. Also, adequate time to take memorable photos with your friends and family. If you are going to explore indonesia and hike on the mountains, Aldo is the guide you need. I would recommend anyone who wishes to visit East Java to contact them. :D

The Ijen trip itself is fantastic, and I'd highly recommend it. The tour company had some limitations. It was a little poorly planned - the guide asked us when we wanted to depart, and the time we chose didn't give us time to see the blue flame AND sunrise - had we been told we would have chosen an earlier time. Also, the equipment was old and poor quality (gas mask and goggles), as was the car for transport. Finally, our guide got a 'taxi' for my girlfriend to help her in the steep bits (a trolley that the local miners pull up the hill), and we were charged much more than others who just payed the taxi person themselves. But, our guide was very nice otherwise. The walk itself is lots of fun. It is quite steep for about 2 Ks so a reasonably good level of fitness is required. The views are amazing after sunrise. I definitely recommend going, but the tour company needs to improve its service.

We had a wonderful tour from start to finish thanks to our amazing guide, Aldo. He was in constant communication with us and was very accommodating towards our requests for the less restaurant, more local variety of food. Mounts Kelud and Bromo are certainly nice places to visit, especially with assistance from this team. While we were unlucky with the full moon dashing any hopes of a Milky Way view on Bromo, we were already informed of the odds well in advance and our experiences with horse riding and the sunrise viewing were more than enough for our group. His team was also very attentive and careful in guiding us up and down the Ijen crater. The pacing by our guide was splendid. Apart from the Nature however, the visits to the temples and cultural sites were very informative and interesting. We learned a lot about Indonesia when visiting the grave of her first president. It is definitely a place to visit for those interested in history. Overall, I'd recommend this tour to anyone

We had Aldo as our tour guide for the day and we had the most amazing experience with him. He communicated well throughout the booking process, was on time to pick us up, and delivered everything that was promised. His jokes and friendly personality kept us smiling all night/morning and conversation was smooth and reciprocated. We really appreciated how easy it was to communicate throughout the day and how knowledgeable Aldo seemed to be about the conditions of the volcano. Overall had an amazing experience with this company and will definitely be booking with them again next time we’re in Indonesia.
