This tour organised by cheapbromo was amazing. We were brought to wonderful places which seem to belong to another world.
The whole experience was great. Danang, our guide, and the driver, were authentic professionals. They adjusted perfectly to our needs, they provided us super helpful information and they brought us from one place to another very efficiently.
Also, the car used to bring us from one place to another was very comfortable. We consider this to be quite important as you spend many hours on the road.
Definitely we would be more than happy to use the services of cheapbromo again.

The tour with Cheapbromo was amazing. Since the first information request and booking, we found a staff very prompt in replying and supportive in customising our needs. Other than the standard tour, they also arranged a transfer to Ubud with a stop for visiting the Pura Ulun Beratan temple. It was all hassle-free.
During the tour itself we had an amazing guide. A special thank you to Ozy that made the two days with him special. His English is perfect and he was very attentive to satisfy our needs. Always on schedule, we were the first to be at the highest mount Bromo panorama view point. He picked a cosy spot so that we enjoy the view in a peaceful and almost private area.

I was at Bromo two weeks ago. I was lucky to have a guide Nisrina with me. She is so humble, helpful, and super informative. Amazing person and a lovely professional with deep knowledge about the area.

The tour was really well organized, our guide Adhit was very helpful and shared many interesting facts with us. The views of Bromo were spectacular and we had a chance to take a picture on a big jeep🤩!
We also had a chance to see amazingly high waterfalls and walk through them surrounded by beautiful greenery!

The tour was organised over WhatsApp which was very easy and flexible. Our tour guide Putri was so lovely, informative and so helpful! We had great chats along the way! The hotel was great for what we needed and the driver was excellent. We had an amazing time on this tour and would definitely recommend it to everyone.

What can I say except this trip was incredible. From the beginning the tour guides were very professional and accommodating. Both our personal guide Adhit, and our multitude of local guides + driver were incredulously nice and patient while we took photos and stared aghast at the breathtaking scenery. I would book this trip again in an instant just to see the waterfall and volcano sunrises. This trip truly would not be the same without Adhit and his team. Thanks!

Ozy was our guide on this great tour. We enjoyed the tour and the conversations with him very much. Ozy and also Edy (the local guide for the Blue Fire tour at Mount Ijen) speak english very well and know a lot about the places we visited. We were really lucky with the weather so we could enjoy the views at the best conditions. We have never seen something like the Blue Fire on any other trip in our lives and the sunrise at Bromo is also one of the best we have seen so far!
We can truly recommand this tour operator and would do it with them again!

That was a 10/10 experience and totally worth every second! Putri is an extraordinary awesome guide with Lots of information about nature, history and life of indonesian landscape and people and was an absolute pro in everything. The local guide and the driver were also very helpful and friendly, so the team couldn‘t be any better. The trip was exhausting but so special, we will remember that experience forever! I can warmly recommend this trip and in particular putri as a guide for anyone, who does Not want to have a standard trip.

More amazing than I could describe. Not just that the locations of Mount Bromo and Kawah Ijen are beyond beautifull but the guided tour itself was something on its own, that I would recommend to anyone.
Our guide Ana was great, she made shure we stopped at the best coffee places and restaurants (which were included in the package), had lots of interesting information about the places that we visited, led us to off the main road spots that had the best views (that we would never found or dared to visit if we were on our own) and just in general made shure that we were taken care of and had fun along the way.
My suggestion for the trip on itself would be to really make shure that you have warm clothes since the temperatures at the top of boath Mount Bromo and Ijen are around 10°C which combined with the wind will chill you to the bone otherwise, and to bring a swimsuit with you because the acommodation (at least the one we had) included a pool.

Hello, is it possible for the day 1 to be Ijen and day 2 to be mount bromo? And if so, will there be accomodation for day 1?

Yes, I did that way. First I had Bromo and the second day was Ijen and the lake. For the first day, since I arrived later in the evening I didn't have the accommodation because the guys from the agency suggested it's waste of money to pay the hotel and stay only couple of hours, since we're supposed to start the journey to Bromo around midnight. For the second day I had the arranged accommodation with the agency and it was good.

is it possible to end at ketapang to take the ferry to bali instead of going back to surabaya ? also we need to carry our luggage with us but leave it at some place ,we are not going to take it with us on the bromo and ijen hike .

My wife and me is going to Surabaya from 23 Sept to 28th Sept and we are 72 & 70s. Like to join the 2D 1N Mount Bromo Sunrise tour. Can we start on 25 Sept and back to Surabaya?

Yes of course, you start on 25 sept from surabaya to probolinggo, it takes 2 hours. You can go after breakfast then check in hotel at noon (bromo permai hotel because they have jeep rental to mt.bromo and have beautiful location infront of point of view that you can see mt.Bromo very clearly). You can enjoy time around the hotel and ask to rent a jeep to mt.bromo about Rp.500.000 until Rp. 700.000.
Then the jeep will pick you up very early in 26 sept (3am) so you can see the sunrise and hike the Bromo mountain. At noon go back to the hotel and take a rest and eat your lunch until check out.
26 sept afternoon you can go back to surabaya. Enjoy Bromo!
