- PETELOVESBALI0 contributionsPoorThe spa was great but the actual resort in ubud even though it was beautiful outside the inside even though we had the best villa you could get was very poor. The staff were friendly but the quality of cleaning and the cleanliness of our villa was poor. The pool was no bigger than a bath and was never cleaned and it was a waste of time. The food was average and so was the reception. We will never stay here again. We stayed at the Maya in Sanur and it was immaculate and perfect. Go to the Sanur Maya not ubud!Written September 1, 2022
