Service from our driver/guide, Cokey, was excellent. Clean and comfortable car. Interesting tips and stories. Friendly personality to boot. The sunrise climb (short 30 minutes) was relatively easy but steep. Views were fairly interesting with cloud covering the town below on good days. Overall experience: 7/10. Next location: Gracia Spa. Time killer if you are visiting the Orchid Forest. It’s old, poorly maintained, and the hot spring pools were “meh” at best. I would totally skip this. 2/10. Last destination: Orchid Forest. Skip it. 1/10. You are better off spending more time on Gunung Puteri. Much nicer up there.

We had Ega as our personal driver and he was just fantastic. Showed us all the sights and places we wanted. Warm and friendly, speaks perfect English and very accommodating every step of the way. We had a wonderful time visiting Bandung and will definitely be back again soon! Thank you Ega! Keep up the good work!

It was hard to wake so early during a holiday after a previous late night out, but being blessed with a great weather, to catch the sunrise on sunan ibu was breathtaking! Glad we booked our tour, driver guide Mr. Ega was early for our pick up. We had to alter the original itinerary a little bit to match our other friends, which he did, despite having to change his other plans. Ega was patient, friendly and his english was good! Having a private driver guide was very good choice! Thank you!

Lovely day outside Bandung in the beautiful countryside to the South to visit Kawah Putih volcano, Cibunu Reganni bridge and hot springs and a tea plantation. Our driver Cokey (pronounced Chokey) spoke beautiful English and was very informative and knowledgeable, and answered all our questions as well as guiding us. He recommended an excellent restaurant for lunch too, helping with menu choices. A really good day out and we could not be happier with the service which we would highly recommend. Note he will cover extras (park entrances etc) that come to around 515,000 IDR for two, payable at the end of the day, plus you pay for lunch.

We were accompanied by Cokey who was the best part of our trip to Bandung! He was very friendly and his local knowledge proved immeasurable with his food and shopping recommendations. Our trip did not go according to plan at times however, Cokey kept everything lighthearted and went above and beyond to make sure we still had a good time. An example of this was where we missed our train and Cokey offered to drive us all the way back to Jakarta in the middle of the night. Luckily this wasn't required however, we really appreciate his care and dedication.

We loved our trip. Our driver Steven was excellent - his English was very good and he took great care of us all day. We adapted our tour on the day, but probably should have done it in advance so that Steven had all the right entry tickets, but it was no problem and he sorted it all easily. We went to the white crater (definitely pay the extra to go to the upper view as it looks much better from up there and it is less horrid on the lungs)! After lunch, we went to the suspension bridge, hanging basket flying fox and hot springs, which we all loved. Take a swimming costume for the mud bath (although we hadn’t done this and Steven sorted us some saris to do this). All great and no complaints at all. Very good value too.

Steven the Guide n Driver is excellent. He is very knowledgeable and gives good advices. We managed to visit five very interesting places.

This was a very scenic tour, despite some rain fall. Cokey, our guide, was extremely friendly and aided us in a few personal matters. His knowledge of the volcanic lake and tea plantation was well informed. I would recommend this guide and trip for anyone.

Cokey was a great guide during the tour. We learned a lot from him about Bandung, Java and Indonesia. He took us to the south of Bandung to show kawah Putih and, hanging bridge, tea fields and hotsprings. Very nice day!

The tour we booked was only for Kawah Putih but our guide, Cokey, recommended us to go Rengganis Crater as well. That required another 100,000 rupiah and an additional hour's ride, if I remember correctly. Cokey was not pushy and the recommendation was well worth it. Cokey speaks very good English and entertained us with his stories throughout the trip. Also, a shout-out to the driver (sorry I forgot your name) who drove steadily and safely. After the tour, we took their recommendation of a massage place. Though the price is good, skip it as there are better ones.

We were on a three week trip through Java and Bali and Cokey was by far our favorite guide! We had special wishes because we wanted to see were our family grew up, Cokey very kindly helped us meet these wishes. He is very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and on top of that very funny! We had a wonderful day because of him and would most certainly recommend him as a guide :)

We walked on an active volcano crater, took a long swing-bridge across a volcanic valley, took an open gondola back across the valley, saw beautiful tea plantations and much more all about 90 minutes from Bandung. The best part of the day was our guide Cokey - so knowledgeable, intelligent, fun, humorous and made the trip fabulous. Highly recommended!

I visited Bandung in October 2023. I was a solo adventurer and it was my first time in the area. I looked at various smaller tours, private tours and private drivers. But what stood out to me was the offerings from Raja Tours Bandung. Specifically the private driver. For me this was perfect as I could customize the day to my liking within the time. As soon as I booked up on Klook I was contacted via Whatsapp with an acknowledgement and subsequent details - which was really nice. In my specific case, I am a keen follower of a youtube vlogger called Dale Philip. As a result of this, I requested the driver Mr Cokey ("cho-kee") as I could see how cool and well informed he seemed to be. Closer to the date, Cokey contacted me to confirm time of pick-up, the agenda and also any additional costs that I would need to envisage (eg. access to specific areas, parking etc.) Throughout the entire experience, he was completely transparent. I appreciated this alot. There are no hidden costs or agendas! I visited Tangkuban Perahu, Domas Crater and The Sari Ater Hot Spring. These were just amazing experiences and the scenery is breathtaking. I have to thank Mr Tamin the local guide who spoke english really well and shared lots of his knowledge of the area. He helped me take some beautiful photos and also ensured I avoid the crowd(s) where possible. There is no pressure to purchase anything or participate in extra activities such as frying an egg or mud massage; but if you have time, I would give it a go! The locals are so nice, friendly and smiley. You cannot help but feel welcome. This part of my journey finished with a lovely ginger tea. Thank you Mr Tamin and team. My love of coffee meant that my journey took me to have a delicious cup of Kopi Luwak. Definitely worth it for coffee lovers. I also had a guided tour of how the coffee is produced and a chance to see the cute animals too and how they are looked after humanely. Throughout this day, Cokey was wonderful as a driver but also with his knowledge of Bandung as a whole. He shared his tips and also his insights into where to go/what to do. Aside from this, we shared mutual interests and it was like I had met a new friend. I finished the day on the rainbow slide (well worth it, even if you are a big kid!) AND some delicious food at the floating market. I super recommend this. Because of my initial experience, I chose to meet Cokey again to explore the south of Bandung. Specifically, Kawah Putih, Rengganis Crater areas. These are literally "out of this world".. how amazing what Mother Nature can create AND you are standing right in it! It was like being on another planet. I then tried a volcanic mud treatment which was so appropriate and is amazing on your skin! Make sure you dip in the volcanic water! Its well worth it! So many properties to help cure or aid skin problems. We finished the day with a delicious local lunch. Although I have only summarized some of the things I did on my trip. I cannot stress how wonderful Raja Tours are. Extremely professional. I feel I have made a friend with Mr Cokey and miss Bandung dearly. I know I shall be back as ALL the people I met helped make my experiences forever lasting. Super recommend!!

My daughter and I had a wonderful day tour of Kawah Putih with the most amazing guide Mr.Cokey and Steven 🕸️. It was arranged well and everything was perfect.Cokey was informative and we got to see the best of the beautiful sites. Thank you Cokey and Steven .
