We had an amazing day with Nyoman Uli visiting all the attractions near Ubud. We started as early as 6 am and were the first ones to reach Tukad Cepung waterfall. The view was serene with no people around. Nyoman was very patient, accommodating and an excellent guide. The car was very clean and spacious. He also offered us breakfast, really sweet of him. He told us about the history and culture associated with the temples we visited. He also suggested awesome camera angles which helped us to get amazing pictures. He also helped us get a sim card later in the day. We totally recommend the day trip and Nyoman if you are planning to visit Ubud and nearby attractions.

It was literally the best day I could spend in Ubud, the driver (Joni Yespapa) was not only a driver but a great guide. He arrived at the hotel a few minutes before time with a clean car and a welcoming bottle of water. He was so flexible with the program that I could get the perfect experience which was beyond what I imagined. I truly imagined a nice day exploring ubud with a fixed plan but I had the best experience ever thank to Joni. We stopped at almost all mentioned places (except Rice Terrace for personal interest and the swing as it was closed because of the weather) but it was more wonderful that we could make it to the plan and even have to experience the luwak coffee and even had time to make my own jewelry. I would highly recommend Joni as your guide for the best of Ubud Day trip « aptly named »

There are a lot of good places in Bali but never missed to visit Ubud. We booked a private tour with my friend so we can easily customize the usual itinerary of tourists. We started our day in Yogabarn and I must say our experience was superb. Ofcourse who doesn't want to sip the most expensive coffee in the world (Kopi Luwak) so we have visited Satria Coffee Plantation. Also, we have considered visiting the Monkey Forest to check our relatives hahaha nah! so we can accumulate steps for our cardio exercise. It was a great day to conclude our Ubud trip as we learned the culture and practice of praying in the Tirta Empul Temple. We were grateful with the guidance of Luhur. He was so kind and helpful. Kudos to his awesome service.

Review for our driver / guide: Nararya He is very professional being a guide to us, entertained us by talking to us during the long car journey. Which in fact as tourist we have learnt more about the balinese culture. While at the different location like elephant cave & rice terrance he took the time to stop & explain the meaning of certain things for our understanding

Driver arrives on time, discuss the locations you want to go beforehand and even made suggestions for new place when we decided to skip one destination. Atu was very friendly and accommodating. This is a very good beginner tour for ubud introduction as it is a standard guide to main attractions.

Our family travelled to Bali for the first time with 2 young kids and friends and had an amazing day visiting Ubud. Our driver Suaba was fantastic as we saw some really beautiful places and got really good photos. Suaba was an amazing host supplying us with excellent information, guiding us through the Bali country side and beyond patient with our young family. He appears to be the happiest person and was always attentive to our needs even with 2 tired exhausted children screaming in the car on the way back to the resort. Thank you so much 🙂

I was very lucky to be the only person on my one-day tour with my guide Luhur. I felt safe and well cared for because I was contacted the evening before and Luhur was there on time at the pick up in the morning. He was very flexible about what we did and in what order and left me free to spend my time as I liked at each attraction. We started with the terraced rice paddies, which is fun to explore and exquisitely beautiful, even now when the rice has recently been harvested. The holy water temple where people purify themselves was very interesting but the waterfall was to crowded for me. The parts of the trip I enjoyed the most were the coffee farm – a very informative and pleasant experience, the second smaller temple we visited, where preparations for a festival were underway, and the money forest was a delightful place to relax at the end of the day. Luhur was great company – easy to talk to, knowledgeable, a safe driver, and I recommend him highly.

Me and my wife went to bali for the first time and we was Amazed. We booked a few trips before with left the uk, with balisun tours. Can’t thank them enough.
We had Oka as our driver very trustworthy and spoke good English, I also worry for our belongings and safety but Oka took car us it all. I felt at easy knowing he was looking after our belongings while we done a few activities like jumping in to waterfall and down slides, I would recommend the company more also more importantly him he can do pick ups and drop offs.

Our Ubud tour was amazing, it included a great number of well-planned stops, keeping us interested and engaged all day long. I'd like to say a big thanks to our wonderful guide, Aba. From the start, Aba's helpfulness to make some extra stops at the pharmacy and for breakfast made us feel welcome and at ease. His deep knowledge and enthusiasm about Ubud's culture and history enriched our experience so much.
Would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to explore Ubud in 1 day!

Our driver Yoga made our day one to remember; he effortlessly navigated the often chaotic traffic, took loads of great photos for us and provided some fascinating insights into local culture and traditions. He never stopped smiling throughout.
The tour itself took in all the best from the Ubud area, with our favourites being the Monkey forest and Tegenungan waterfall. The coffee plantation was also really interesting and be sure to check out a catpoochino. It’s also worth asking for an itinerary before so you can tweak the trip to your liking, for example you might want to drop some of the craft stops if time is pressing.
