Ask for Wayan for your next Bali experience

Fantastic company& super professional drivers. We had Wayan Suyaka as our driver on Tuesday when we arrived in Bali. Our flight was delayed but Wayan kindly waited for us. He is a true professional, speaks good English, and shared beautiful things about his culture. We were so impressed by Wayan’s professionalism, we had him as our guide the next day for our Ubud highlights tour. We visited the rice terraces, went to a beautiful temple, visited a coffee plantation and had a beautiful lunch with Mount Batur view. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Wayan& his company for anyone looking for a reliable transport and tour operator.

Desna is the Beste Driver in Bali I have seen!

This guy is the best there is. Desna is always reachable by phone, whenever I message or call I get a fast reply. The Airport picks up are always smooth! He knows where to park and comes to pick me up personally as i leave the gate he is standing there. A 10 out of 10! No other drivers for me in Bali anymore!

Welcoming and Knowledgeable Guide

I arrived into Denpasar at 8pm from Sydney with my boyfriend and sister. Once I was able to connect my phone to WiFi I saw I already had a message on WhatsApp from our driver Wayne Rush to let us know he was waiting. He even sent a picture of himself so we could spot him. This was especially helpful because there were so many drivers waiting for tourists so we were able to find him right away—so helpful after a long flight and wait for baggage!

Rush was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home within minutes of meeting. On our drive to Ubud he pointed out different sites of interest, recommended things for us to do during our trip and was cracking jokes which really helped the time go by. We were hungry so he even stopped at a market so we could pick up some snacks (and some celebratory Bintangs!).

As we got closer to our Airbnb, Rush called our host so they’d be waiting to help us with luggage which was great as the house was a bit tricky to find and was down a long path not accessible by car.

We couldn’t have had a better experience with Rush. He made our arrival into Bali and transfer to a Ubud so easy and stress free! Absolutely would book with Hire Bali Driver again!

Great taxi services
Fantastic customer service experience: Our driver messaged us before we had even set off for bali, which we found incredibly helpful and reassuring. As we've never visited before, Surya was really knowledgeable and pointed out places of interest and told us about various places to visit. Really couldn't have wished for a nicer person.

I was super expressed with my driver. This is my first international travel and I am going at it solo. I was concerned regarding communication and it proved to not be a concern at all. He reached out the night before to confirm the booking and when I arrived at the airport we stayed in communication and he sent me a picture of the sign with my name and what he was wearing. Super friendly and safe driver, explained so much about the Bali environment and culture, I wanted to absorb it all. Offered any future assistance and stoped along the way to let me experience street food, started with a style of banana chocolate pancake, though that's not what it is called. We talked of our respective families and he really made my trek to my first hotel memorable. What a awesome example of the wonderful people in Bali and what they believe in, Thank you for everything.

Very helping company
Hi everyone, today my parent come to Bali and i do helping them to booking for airport transfer to ubud. They tell me sakha the driver very friendly and easy going,he giving lot of information about what should do in ubud or Bali and also enjoy to stop buy something for my mother in supermarket that she very trouble for eating because lot of allergy.

An excellent day with Surya
Surya was an excellent driver who was punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly. He made the trip from the airport to our hotel extremely stress free and we were incredibly happy that he was able to extend his service and drive us to and from our afternoon activity. I would highly recommend his service.

Yande was an excellent driver - he was waiting for us at the airport and took us to out hotel in no time. So glad we pre-booked in advance. He was very friendly and made sure we were okay with water etc. we are using him for other day trips throughout our stay! Would definitely recommend!

Great trip with Desna….he was there waiting for us at the airport. Excellent communication via WhatsApp before we arrived which was very reassuring.
Very comfortable, informative trip. Suggested a stop off at a coffee plantation on the way which made a good rest stop for a coffee along the way. Highly recommend this service and Desna!
