We booked the one day tirp via Agoda. It was our first time visiting Bali so we didn't know what to expect but we had a great day at the beach. Candra was very helpful to us, driving to and from the harbor to our villa, even helping us get the tickets and waiting with us. He picked us up at our villa at 6:45 in the morning and drove us to the harbor which took about 40 minutes. The speedboat was quite big and all the seats were fillled. The boat ride was about an hour and when we got to Nusa Penida, there was another driver waiting for us and he drove us around to all the places on the island. He was also very nice and offered to take our pictures.
It started raining on our way to the first destination which was Broken Beach, but luckily the rain stopped once we got there. We got there around 10 a.m. but there was already a lot of people around the area which was to be expected at a tourist attraction. The view was really nice and there were a lot of spots to take photos. After taking a few photos, we decided not to spend too much time there and moved to another location. The roads were quite narrow and bumpy throughout the ride. The next stop was Kelingking beach and it was breathtaking. There was a photo spot built on a platform that you can go to take photos for 5000 idr. We wanted to go down to the beach but there was a time concern and it started raining so we went to get lunch which was included in the package. The driver drove to us a restaurant where we could pick one meal and a drink (either water or ice tea). We can also pay extra to order anything else we wanted and we got grilled chicken with chili which was really delicious. From there, we just decided to go to Crystal Bay so that we can swim and relax at the beach. We rented 2 sun beds and towels for 150,000 idr. We couldn't find any toilet or a place to change after the swim and others were also just changing on the beach so I'm not sure if there's a place or not. That was like the only inconvenience. We got to spend about 2 hours on Crystal Bay before it was time to go back to the meet up point to take the boat back. We got back to the harbor around 5pm and our driver from the morning was waiting for us and drove us back to the hotel. All in all, I would recommend this tour for first timers like us or anyone who don't really like planning everything by themselves. You get to visit different places and also without having to worry about tickets or driving.

Widana was our driver too and from the port. He made our trip a very smooth experience. He was very kind and friendly and it was fun having conversations with him. He got us to the port early and found good parking in the port even though it was really busy. When we left the port he made sure that we weren’t hungry and took us to get food out of his time of the day. The trip itself was amazing. The views were very beautiful and you have a personal driver that takes you and your group. Our driver was Adi for the tour itself. Adi let us customize where we wanted to go and how long we wanted to stay at each location. Whenever we were done with a location he would always keep an eye out for us and he made sure to direct us to the car. Thank you to the both of them for making this an amazing day trip!

Good crew to get some photos done. They made sure people were out of the camera veiw and took heaps of photos for us. The people around were a bit rude and needed prompting, but these guys did a great job of ushering them out of the way. Lots of people at each location to contend with.

Not worth the money paid. Whilst our driver that picked us up was lovely and even played music for us, the driver on the island was far more disappointing. Whilst all the other tour guides were enthusiastically taking photos and showing the their group around, ours was just sitting at each location doing nothing except the first where he made a slight effort for photos. Each time we had to ask him if we wanted our photos taken. When we stopped for lunch on the way, every single driver dropped their group off at the restaurant entrance in the pouring rain so they wouldn’t get wet but no, not ours. Our entire tour was ruined by the driver that we had been allocated who also tried scamming 300,000 IDR from us for snorkeling. When we asked him three times if it was included or not before booking and each time he said yes it’s included only for him to go and book it and demand the money from us despite telling him to cancel since he never told us the amount. His excuse, my English isn’t good “I meant the snorkeling equipment was included not the snorkeling” very convenient, not sure why it said English speaking driver. Eventually after much back and forth, he refunded the cash payment. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

Had a great time, both our drivers (to Nusa penida and on Nusa Penida) were amazing giving us tips and informative information. Our driver on Nusa Penida actually lined up for us in good places to take pictures as it was quite busy and took us to a good place for breakfast.

I am very impressed with my tour experience with this company. They were very accommodating when I had to make last minute travel changes and requested a different pick up City (Kuta to Ubud). The driver Gusti confirmed the pick up time and location through WhatsApp (this is how most tour company in Bali will contact you) a day prior to our scheduled tour. When we arrived in Nusa Penida, we were greeted by our island guide Putu, who will drive you to all locations on the island depending on your tour package. This guy is not only a great tour guide, driver, but also an amazing photographer! All of my pictures and videos were definitely instagram worthy thanks to Putu! Highly recommend choosing this tour company!!

we booked this trip on a whim and i'm so glad we did. one of the tour guides, partika, was so wonderful that we ended up booking him as a tour guide again during our stay in bali. he was so easy to talk to and taught us so much about balinese cuture. nusa penida has some absolutely beautiful scenery and i'm so glad we took the time to travel there for the day. the roads are very windy on the island, so if you get motion sick i would definitely recommend bringing dramamine. enjoy!

My partner and I chose this trip because of the reviews and it was definitely 5 stars! We have such an amazing day.
Candra our driver to and from Sanur Port was absolutely fantastic and tended to our every need on the long journey there and back - we wish he could drive us everywhere! From his friendly and lovely personality to his fantastic music taste Candra was superb. We loved that Candra stayed with us until we boarded the boat because it was very hectic but he made us feel very safe and secure. He was also there waiting for us when we got back to Bali mainland and took great care of us until we were back at our villa! Candra was outstanding.
When we arrived at Nusa Penida, we had Ajus as our main driver for the day trip around the sites of Nusa Penida and Ajus was equally as amazing, Ajus provided excellent care of us when driving around the island and has brilliant local knowledge about all the spots we went to! He was so kind and friendly and assisted us with everything while on the island and we really appreciated the extra steps of care when arriving and leaving the island, he stayed with us until we left and made sure we were fully taken care of.
A really amazing trip all round. Thanks guys!

We had an awesome experience at Nusa Penida! This was one of the only trips to Nusa Penida that I found that offered hotel pickup from Nusa Dua. Although our hotel was not listed, I was able to input my hotel and had no issues. Candra arrived promptly at our hotel and was incredibly nice, ensuring we made it on the boat with no hiccups. While at Nusa Penida, Ketut was our driver and he could not have been better! He was an excellent driver on some of the rocky roads and took lots of pictures and videos for us! We went to broken beach, angels billabong, Crystal beach and kellinking beach and all of the views were amazing!! Snorkeling at Crystal Beach was also fabulous!
We had some rain, but the schedule was flexible to where we could drive or eat lunch while it was raining. 10/10 would recommend!

The Nusa Penida experience was, for me, the highlight of this Bali trip, though arguably sharing this high with the Blue fire experience.
Our driver from hotel to Sanur harbour, Widana, was on time and helpful along the way (including his suggestion for us to pick the music for the ride, just that little extra that makes things better most times). On Nusa Penida, our guide Arimbawa (I hope I got the name right 😅) was very friendly and helpful and brought us to the best places along the tour, and his driving skills and his Crazy Taxi (that's the name of his car, really) are unmatched in the whole of Nusa Penida, awesome ride along. Can't wait to go to Nusa Penida the next time and for sure chose him again for the ride. The beaches on Nusa are for sure the best I ever seen (finaly saw here a beach that beat the view of Cowrie Island of Philippines). I highly recommend taking this tour, and if possible, with Arimbawa.
