This review is not for the snorkeling that we paid for but is a review of the operator of the company. The rain was so bad that we had to cancel our snorkel but since we paid in full the operator offered to take us around on a tour to see many different things. He showed up on time was cordial the whole way, and did his best to make sure we were taken care of. Communication skills were top notch! Trust factor is very high with this operator. And we got to see some things that he knew about including taking a cooking class that he recommended. Again, I can't speak for the snorkeling itself, but I can tell you that this operator is somebody who you can trust with her time!

Great reliable service. The driver I Gede santiawan met me on time and was holding up a sign with my name on . He was kind and courteous and drove me safely to my hotel. He also kindly helped me with my luggage.

Bagus was excellent! He was patient and punctual. He was always giving us advice on what places were best for tourists to go and helped us move through heavy traffic areas without compromising the times and the beautiful places we visited.

A private day tour is definitely the best way to see Ubud and the surrounding area. Our driver, Mr Budi, was kind, informative and genuine. He gave us as much time as we wanted at each stop. We saw lots of great places and lunch was yummy (and with a great view).

Gede was a great driver during our stay in Ubud. Very safe and courteous. I found his prices very reasonable for the amount of driving. As an added bonus, he speaks English very well. Would recommend to anyone considering a private driver.

Great tour today with Gede. We went to Besakih, Mother of All Temples, Lempuyang & Tirta Gangga. Gede picked us up exactly when he said he would (in fact he was early). He was friendly and chatty despite it being a 4am start. He told us the plan from the start which we were happy with. We weren’t far from the first stop when we saw the most amazing sunset. Gede pulled over so we could take a photo - he suggested it we didn’t have to ask. He even took the photo of us. He did this throughout the day without us having to ask which was great as it meant we had lots of photos together and separately. He sorted the tickets for us, bought us a breakfast bar while we were waiting to get our photo taken and got us water. He made sure we were comfortable throughout the day and had everything we needed. We were more than happy with the tour and would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone coming out to Bali. Thank you Gede for a great day.

Great tour! The driver was very kind explaining us many things about Balinese culture. The tour was very well organized. The guide provided to reach the peak of Batur mountain helped us is some parts of the way that were difficult. We managed to reach the peak just before sunrise and was a very magical moment. Definitely highly recommended!

It has been a wonderful week long vacation and Mr. Gede played a very integral role in facilitating this experience. He guided us and made this trip a most enriching journey from planning the entire itinerary for us to giving us the cultural and historical significance of any and all points. It felt as if we didn’t travel in a different country, instead it felt as if we visited a dear friends house. This was how much at home we felt with Mr. Gede around.

Booked a private driver via viator last minute the night before at 8pm. Was nervous the tour operator wouldnt see the booking because pickup was 830am the next day. However, the tour operator pulled through! We got confirmation the same night via whatsapp and the tour operator was in constant contact with us. The driver was also on time the next day and was very friendly and suggested spots for us to see! He was also easy to contact during the day and was very punctual. Highly recommend!

My family and I had a wonderful day visiting Bali with Bpk Gede-Semadi as our private driver. He gave us a list of recommendations on places to visit and things to do based on our interests. We had a great time visiting the Monkey Sanctuary, trying out the Bali Swing, and ending the day at Atlas Beach Resort. Bpk Gede-Semadi was very kind and made our day fun and stress-free!
