I booked with this Tour Agency for a day trip for the “Best of Udaya” travel package for my birthday vacation. My husband and I had an amazing experience with our personal driver, Putu. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. He was very nice and thorough with helping us understand everything we needed to know about the tour. He was a great driver and got us to and from our destinations safely. He went above and beyond the entire trip and even helped take our pictures when we asked him to. He arrived early to pick us the day of our trip. He was very patient with us. He did a great job with communicating with us. His vehicle was clean and very spacious. He was very trustworthy. Bali is a large island. We planned 8 nights at the Ayodya Palace in Nusa Dua, which is a wonderful beachfront luxury resort on the southeast side of the island. We researched several places that we wanted to experience while in Bali, and knew that there would be lengthy travel time involved. So we chose this 10 hour tour with a private driver to maximize our experience. He met us (3 adults) at 4:30am at our hotel in a comfortable van, provided water, WiFi hotspot, and we started our journey before the crowds. This was a great option, as it minimized the wait times and traffic congestion. We were able to see several places on our list, stop at a restaurant or of our choice, and we returned to our hotel mid-afternoon allowing us time to relax before the evening plans. Our driver Dewa, was courteous, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Just remember that it is impossible to visit more than 4-5 sights in a day because of travel time on this island.

We had a wonderful day exploring East Bali with Kadek, our driver. He spoke excellent English and went out of his way to ensure we saw everything in the area we wanted to see. During the ten hour tour out of Ubud, we saw Lempuyang Temple (Gate of Heaven), a coffee plantation (with tasting), the Taman Ujung palace, Celuk village, and Tegenungan waterfall, as well as stopping for breakfast and lunch and decent places. The car was spacious and had good AC, which is key when sitting getting traffic. Overall, we're really happy we did the tour and would highly recommend our driver and the company.

I had an amazing day! My Driver Aris took me everywhere I asked and also made suggestions based on what he saw I enjoyed. His English was very good and we talked about Bali, its culture and history which was very interesting for me. We left early morning and returned just before dark squeezing so much into our day. He drove very safely and the car was modern with great aircon. I didn’t feel pressured to go to particular shops or places like some tours do but felt in total control of where and when we stopped. He even found a fully vegetarian place for my lunch! Communication was great with both Aris and the company beforehand. Don’t waste your precious holiday time with someone else’s itinerary. I highly recommend this team so you can enjoy your day, your way

We booked a last minute private driver to tour Seminyak and Nusa Dua. Please ask for Awan! You will not go wrong. The initial contact from the owner was professional. He wanted to ensure our tour was customized to our needs. A huge plus, Awana spoke great English and was able to give us a history lesson as we traveled around the island. Pande was absolutely helpful and accommodating. We had our kid with us and so we needed to change our itinerary a bit. He listened and made sure we get the best out of the time we had. Our highlight was the monkey forest which was an amazing experience.

We had a fantastic tour. Our driver was Ketut … he was wonderful !! Thanks to him we had a truly memorable day . He took us to all the places listed,and more, but Ketut was not just a driver, he was an absolute pleasure to spend the day with. He arrived on time to collect us at our hotel, and we felt totally comfortable from the start with his driving, on what can only be described as chaotic roads. Highly recommend.

My private tour with Putu was amazing. Putu truly we r above and beyond to make my day amazing. At one point my sandal broke while we were hiking back from the waterfall. Putu lent me flip flops and then stopped at a store to buy glue to repair mine so that we wouldn’t have to stop for me to look around a store to buy new ones that would match my outfit.
