This was the high light of our trip to Bali we got a quick tour of the smaller animals then it was onto getting into a cage and being drove through the park we fed elephants saw giraffes and lions actually were fed by the keeper, the tigers omg they jumped onto the cage they were so close it was a little scary but magnificent at the same time ,after we had a lovely dinner so much food to choose from

You can see how hard work creates prosperity for the villagers and awe world travellers. The beauty of the nature which is done since centuries by local Balinese farmers to produce staple food, rice from 3 colours; white rice, brown rice and black rice that other areas on Bali don't have many.

Wayan's car service was excellent. He has multiple drivers, but each arrived on time, communicated where to meet them and ensured that we made it to our destinations. We used his services numerous times from Denpasar, Ubud and Sanur and they always took into account traffic and street blockages to ensure we made it without a hitch. I highly recommend his services!

Wayan Made helped us arrange everything and made sure he or one of his drivers met us at every location. He is 100% reliable. Very accommodating and helpful. Provided excellent service even taking us to Gembling Falls and other remote places. If you choose him you can't go wrong.

We went on the camel ride. It was great. They picked us up and made the whole experience fun. The camel guides used our camera to take pictures and videos. I had expected to have to buy pictures for an extra cost. They had us ride along the beach in the white sand . The ride was in front of the Hilton hotel. When we got there they guided us from the lobby down to the camels and back.

We used Cosmo tours for two days with Putu as the driver. His service was amazing! Always on time, treated my child with respect and super friendly. Nothing was a problem for him when we asked him to stop at certain places. I would strongly advise using Putu as your English driver as it was so so pleasant to drive with him. We thoroughly enjoyed both days!

Excellent service. Unlimited km. Dropped the car off at our hotel and picked it up from the airport on our morning of departure which was pretty early. We had the Toyota Rush and drove from near the airport up to Payangan/Ubud. It was perfect for three of us plus three suitcases. Hiring a car was the best thing we could have done - we loved the freedom. My husband has driven in southern Italy and Malaysia and is an excellent driver. You do need to navigate scooters coming from every direction as well as dogs. You need to be calm, patient and fully alert to drive here. An international driver's permit is a prerequisite to hiring the vehicle. It was quite hard to park in Ubud and reverse parallel parking is an impossibility, so we would park in slightly quieter side streets and walk. We didn't leave any luggage in the boot as it can be seen. We absolutely loved the freedom of having a car and will go back to Bali Car Hire next time as they made us feel very comfortable. I believe you can hire kids car seats from them too. All bookings were made via WhatsApp. It's a really great way to stop at places that you wouldn't normally get to as a tourist - local shops, markets, etc.

Honestly a let down. We purchased the package to include dinner. The dinner itself was almost inedible. The "bbq" was beef patties , grilled tuna and prawns. Except they run out of prawns. And the other meals were dry and horrible. One thing I felt sorry for was the animals. They didn't look happy and we exploit them for our gain. If it wasn't for my kids I wouldn't have gone... Next time I would rather just donate to help them...
