WORST EVER waterpark we have been!!! Badly maintained facility， bad water quality, most inflatable were not done properly/not enough air. The connection between pieces of the slides were not smoothly connected, you can feel it scratches on your back. Staff untrained and couldn't handle my problem, but proudly thought they're. When I asked for manager, the locker staff said he is. When pressed, he just said the manager is on holiday, Great! I left straight away as they insisted I have to pay again for the locker after I opened it to reapply my sunblock. Shower rooms were not maintained, some rooms have no water, hot water shower rooms were locked. Basically pay and pay and pay for below average facility and ignorant service! STAY AWAY from this premise!

I didn’t plan to go to this waterpark actually but the hotel i stayed in gave me a free ticket. And because i came early at the hotel, couldn’t check in, we decided to go to this waterpark. It wasn’t too crowded, but it has many pool option. It can be an alternative for family holiday at the weekend beside beaches, especially when you bring kids.

TOURIST BEWARE - AUSTRALIANS BEWARE This is a health hazard. We purchased 4 tickets for $80 and walked in and walked out with 2 minutes. The water is putrid, full of mould and smells. Looking under the slides all the posts have massive rust sections so the thought of our kids climbing in these made me feel sick - the risk of it breaking and falling 20 feet to concrete is shocking. We asked for a refund straight away and they said no. We asked for a manager and they said there isn’t one he is in meetings for 2 days, they earlier said he was on his way. Coward manager can even talk to his customers. A marketing manager who had no idea just kept saying sorry.... and the staff think saying sorry sorry is enough. We have seen a lot in Bali but this has to be the most shocking by a long way. The risk to your health and safety is massive and not worth the risk! They tried to get their security to get us out of the lobby so other customers couldn’t hear us!! Our kids are 6 and 7 and 2 other families we were with left immediately, thankfully they hadn’t paid yet....

This place is an absolute Disgusting experience. The water was brown and smelt like sulpher, the toilets were disgusting covered with mould and smelt like pure sewerage, the rides were rusted and filthy, the food menus were all in Indo with no Western options, they had this mind numbing Indo circus music blaring out of the speakers. The place needs to be closed, definitely not up to westerner standards. And I literally walked in saw the place walked out 10minutes later and they refused to refund my $60 bucks I paid for my family. Don’t waste your money, go to Waterbom, Cleaner and the rides are much better.

Half the price of waterbomb but just as good for younger ones. Has boomerang, lazy river, fast slides, curly slides and kiddie ones. Lockers, towels, cabanas but limited food/drink.

After reading all the good recommendation we went inside. What a big disappointment. In the slides are not enough water to slide proper. my child got red hands from the hot slide to go on. You have to pay for the lounger 35 rupiah/h. It’s an old and not well running Waterpark.

We spent 5 1/2 hours there. To be fair our girls could have gone on and stayed longer. My daughters are 6 and 8 and would say anyone over 8 then go to the bigger park. The u shaped slide and a couple of others were good for adults, but at times the water was not strong enough to push you down, my children love water and can spend hours in a pool 3m x 3m. Price/value was great for us although it could do with a small upgrade, but with no queuing for slides we had a great day.

This park is close to Kuta, will only cost a few dollars by Blue Bird to get there. To save dollars ($26 AUD) go on their website the night before and check out their entry deals. We got the Family Saver, 2adult, 2 kid for 585,000, approx $58. They will check you have emailed them when paying as you need to book the day before, it’s just an email. We have been here before, and nothing has changed. The lounge chairs have the same dirty cushions, the toilets / change area is not practical, nowhere to put clean clothes etc. The kids play area, I went up on the ship, the ‘safety’ rubber mats had mostly disintegrated and were all over the place, worse trip hazard, and the stairs were dangerous. I did not see a staff member go up once in the hours that we were there, and I honestly doubt they ever do. The mats over the bridge are also a trip hazard, and are there because they have used tiles which are slippery. I slipped but caught it, my daughter slipped and fell hard - the tiles are all the way around the pool. There were not enough blowup seats for the boring floating river that nobody does, or the rides. If you managed to get one, it didn’t last and they all have slow leaks. This is a “plus plus” place, and you get a wrist tag at the start you load with money to spent inside. You can get a locker, $1 or $2 and lounge chairs are $2.5 for two hours. You can rent towels etc. The prices are good. There are a few more food places open, we didn’t order here since the food was so bad last time, just had some French fries for a snack. We saw one family had to take food back as it wasn’t cooked properly. The rides were slow and there isn’t enough water flowing down them. I did do the U ride a couple of times, that was fun, but my floaty thing went down. If it’s sunny be careful as the plastic ride can burn your bottom, as the water only flows down the middle of the slide. There is nobody here, so there are no lines for slides etc. locals get in for a fraction of the price, but hardly any of them come either. There will be a photographer that takes photos of you and your children, they try to get you to buy them at the end. One photo is like $10 printed, if you can get the whole lot on CD for $15. We did that a few years ago as there were some good photos. Didn’t do this year, so not sure what the prices are like. Long story short, this place is a 4th rate water park that needs just a few dollars spent on it to make it great. We won’t be back.

Circus Waterpark is located in Kuta and is an ideal half-day activity for families. Prices can vary widely and ticket discounts can be found at some local travel agencies or hotels. Facilities/rides/safety are not of high standard. Some research before you travel will enhance your trip.

A great and cheaper alternative to Waterbom Park. Less crowded, better for smaller children and quieter.

We paid $54 AUD to get in for hubby, myself and 4 year old son . It was so run down , rust on the slides rust all over the stairs looked like they were going to give way any second upon putting weight on them . The water did not appear clean . It was such a disappointment . Bags were checked upon entry no bottles of water allowed ! $1 AUD to turn a locker once more money required If you wanted to use it again ! My leg is badly burnt from taking my son down the slide once !! No water going down the slides. We stayed 20 mins and left . We don’t recommend this place at all , should be shut down .

We paid $20 Aud per adult and spent the morning having fun with the grandchildren 4 & 6 yo. You can not take food or drink into the park and they do have a small shop inside. Take a hat, sunscreen and thongs.

Avoid this park at all costs. Entrance fee is a lot lower than Waterbom however there is a reason for this. I visited with my 2 sons (4yrs and 2yrs) and my wife. There were minimal workers around including life guards. The bigger slides were not manned by anyone. The water was filthy!!! I found dead insects flies etc. I even found a cockroach!!!!! We spent about an hour or so in the park and left. We did have lunch there which was not nice too. Prior to visiting we had gone to the Waterbom park which in comparison was amazing. No complaints what so ever. We thought we would try a different Waterpark however this was a mistake.

Went as a family of 4 for my daughters 5th birthday. Great for younger children not so good for adults. Water bom over $150 for the four of us and circus water park $60. Locker hire is weird can only open 1 time before you have to pay again. Don’t bother with food very poor and lots of flies

We went to Circus with our children aged 8 and 4. The slides are great for this age group. The enforcing of height restrictions was more relaxed than in Aus and the kids were allowed down all the slides with an adult. No lines for the slides. We had a lot of fun. It is what it is, the park could definitely do with some maintenance, but if you're looking for some no frills family fun in Bali Circus has you covered.
