Kept waiting at the Bali airport for an hour. No one came to pick up or attended any calls. They don’t even have a WhatsApp account to chat . So I am of the opinion that it’s a bogus company which is taking money in advance and leaves you stranded. Sent umpteen emails on their website/ account to confirm pick what to no avail. Be careful and call before you book. Had a terrible experience waiting with all the luggage stranded.Written November 18, 2022
- OnAir8230990 contributionsPatient DriverOur driver was on time waiting for us at the Bali international Airport upon our arrival. But we got stuck at the customs clearance for nearly 2 hours. We had informed through text messages of our situation and he had patiently waited for us at the arrival lobby. After our pickup from the airport, he managed to sent us to our hotel on time for our day tour trip which we had booked beforehand.
