I could not write enough good words to describe our service with Kadek and Ayu! Our every need was met. They had great advice and made our month long trip the best we've ever had (1st time in Bali). Starting with a pre phone call so we could get acquainted, I knew this was the guide for us! Ayu was friendly and asked all the right questions. Pick up at the airport was seamless. They kept in touch with us the entire time, and finding them amongst the sea of drivers was easy. We did about 10 trips with them; drive to Ubud, visit to Sideman, cooking class, drive to the Boat launch (Gili T), pick up from the boat launch and a night camping to watch the sunrise (this was soooooo awesome!) drive to Amed, waterfalls, ricefeilds, drive to Lovina, more waterfalls, Temples, drive to our camping spot, back to Lovina, jeep trek and lava tour, traditional house & coffee plantation tour, more Temples, back to Ubud. And so much more! Communication thru our whole trip was amazing. I asked a million questions and got all the answers. They even helped us make good decisions about our time and what was possible. So patient and genuine. You will be so happy that you chose them for whatever you are looking to do in Bali. Believe me! I can't THANK them enough...but I'll be back to make sure to tell them again in person.

Amazing holiday for a family of seven, with the excellent services of wonderful duo Kadek and Ayu.

This was my 1st trip to Bali and like most I used this page to plan my trip from the U.S.A along with another page called girls love travel. There were so many post recommending drivers for Bali. So I chose Ayu based on the post from another clients recommendations. There are many great drivers in Bali as the Balinese are such great people. I am so happy I chose to hire a personal driver and let her create my itinerary. This allowed flexibility for changes on the day of when I was tired. Also having a Private driver and not a tour group felt more private and special and provided less wait time. We were truly able to connect with them. Ayu even provided above and beyond service when she took our laundry to the laundromat for us, which helped us a lot. She also spoke great English and provided water and wifi. We met as strangers and left Bali feeling like family. That is our experience with Ayu and Kadek. Words cannot explain how they took care of us and made us feel like family and very safe. They became more than just our drivers. Ayu and kadek  became a part of our family. Over the course of 9 days we have laughed, sang songs, shared customs, traditions, music, food and life experiences. I genuinely love these two and their energy. Bali just makes you feel so at peace and these two contribute a great part to that. Signed a very happy customer who now feels like family and cant wait to return to Bali

Kadek and Ayu went above and beyond from the moment I landed in Bali to the moment they dropped me off at the airport. They are very knowledgeable about the island, culture, food, and excursions. They are well connected and can help you find anything you need! They always make sure you’re taken care of. They made my trip so special I can not thank them enough. I was a solo female traveler and felt 100% safe with them!

Ayu and Kadek are the NICEST and most caring drivers! They have a wealth of knowledge, know all the good places to visit that don't show up on the internet searches, have a great sense of humour and go above and beyond to make sure your holiday is exactly how you want it! Ayu also speaks great English which is great!

I found Bali Transport tours through a web search for tour guides in Bali and contacted several local guides before choosing them, Ayu was quick to respond and seemed to have a better appreciation of what we were trying to achieve than the other companies, and the price was similar or better. Ayu helped me deciding where to go and what to do, she and Kadek have their best to make everyone happy especially the kids. met us at our hotel with a smile even when we were late, car was always clean, cold water was always ready in the hot days. Ayu will suggest places to eat , shop and more, but if you have your own plan.. they stick to it..Highly recommended.

These peoples are great Ayu & her husband are amazing people. We felt so comfortable from day 1 to our last day. They took care of us like a family and we shared amazing friendly bond. They helped us out with our activities, they have planned our itinerary accordingly and helped us find great spot. Ayu has a great photography skills and my wife loves it. I would recommend them to anyone coming to bali and need help with activities, driving you around and pick up or drop. I loved and cherished every moment there in bali with my wife because of them. In fact they helped me planned a surprise romantic dinner on beach which was amazing. I couldn’t ask for more. They did a great job and showed true bali & great hospitality they have shown. My friends and I went to Bali for the fitst time, and let me tell you that there is no better driver duo than Ayu and Kadek. They are so so caring, especially to young people. Not only did they drive us to many beautiful places and got us to do fun activities but they also helps us do it cheap. Not only that but they always thought about us, for example, they always brought us cold water, they even brought us an umbrella to watch the fire dance because it was really hot. All the people in there where sweating and waiting for over an hour with the sun right in their faces, but we thanks to them, had our umbrellas 🥰. When we went to see the other islands they gave us many tips and were always messaging us to see if we are safe. Besides, it was always fun in the car, we sang with them and we’re always laughing together. We had so much fun this vacación and it was also thanks to them. Lastly it is safe to say that as a girl I felt really safe with them. For me Ayu was not only our driver in Bali but I consider her a friend now. In the pictures you can see how close we got. So, thank you guys for taking care of us these 2 weeks and for giving us an amazing first experience in Bali. 😁

Wow. What can I say that would actually explain just how amazing Ayu and Kadek are? Being our first time in Bali, and having no idea on what we wanted to do or what we could do, let along the geography of the area, we got in touch with Ayu who instantly made us feel at ease when we were quite overwhelmed! She was patient, kind and considerate and super informative! We feel like we hit the jackpot in having Ayu for our trips! Ayu s English is amazing and she spends time explaining all you want to know about this beautiful country and culture. Our two girls ages 12 & 10 loved spending time with Ayu. She felt like a friend instantly. I can highly recommend her services with her husband Kadek. You won’t be disappointed in getting in touch with them!

Wonderful experience with Ayu and Kadek as drivers. We spent 20 days together to discover Bali with our 2 small kids. Ayu and Kadek are very flexible and always on time. They took care of everything (pre-booking of activities if needed) that you can enjoy your trip without thinking too much. Ayu even spent time with us to show us how to cook traditionnel meals like Nasi Goreng or chicken sate. What was also very nice with them is that they helped us a lot with our children, which is not always an easy task if you travel in a country you don’t know for so many days. Very often Kadek was carrying our 3years old son and they were always looking after then to keep them safe. You can really trust on them and I highly recommend them as drivers !!!

Kadek and Ayu gave the best Bali Experience. We made a lot of last minute changes to our itinerary but Ayu and Kadek was so accommodating . They were very warm and friendly all throughout the trip . They have contacts in all locations including watersports.
