Our family of 5 had the best time on this tour- through the tunnels- it was dark in some parts and you did have to lay back to get through some of the smaller tunnels but all in all it was fantastic our family had a ball. Our tour guide was hilarious and took heaps of photos for us.

We had 3 days tour with Made Mudiana and he was absolutely wonderful. He has good knowledge about Bali and he is an excellent communicator. I give him 5 Star.

The views were amazing. We took so many photos... Special mention to Archa for organizing a fantastic tour and Sutama for taking us to various places and explaining the culture and heritage of Bali... the food provided as part of package was yummy!!! I would recommend Bali magic tour for all my friends and families to have a wonderfully Bali experience...

DO NOT DO IF YOU WANT TO RELAX.  This was such a horrible and traumatising experience. My friend and I just wanted to relax down a lazy river and hey yeah some tunnels, but instead we were sung and screamed at, splashed, spun and rocked around, scared (my friend had mud thrown on her) even AFTER we said we just want to relax. My friends legs were overly touched at the front which made her feel super uncomfortable.  The tunnels were tight which was okay (not for the claustrophobic) and the mini falls were great but we just didn't need the desperate attempts of entertainment. There was constant noise from the chaperones. We are 2 x 30-something year old women who just want to enjoy the surrounds of the Ubud jungle without being screamed at by 2 over excited guys. We didn't mind being chaperoned and appreciated the heads up (pun not intended) about laying back during the experience due to very low overheads, but we were just battling for peace. We asked for relaxed. They understood yet still terrorised us. Prior to the activity we were carted in our swimmers and protective wear (life jacket and helmet) to the start spot on a busy Ubud road. We felt so exposed and vulnerable in our bikinis with locals looking at us. The food after was average. This might be okay for teens, bucks, or a young family but we do not recommend this to people looking to relax and enjoy the jungle in peace. We are still on edge from the experience hours on. The staff need to listen to their patrons.

We had an amazing experience with Bali Magic Tour and the driver (Mr Made). The trip was incredibly fruitful and absolutely flawless. Our driver (Made) was exceptionally friendly and a genuinely nice person, making the journey all the more enjoyable. Despite facing an unexpected heavy traffic jam that prevented us from visiting Goa Lawah Temple, they went above and beyond by compensating us with a free drink next day. We took 7 day tout with Bali magic tour September 2nd, 3rd week. We were 4. We had a wonderful experience. Artono, our driver cum guide, used to come on time. We used to have talk on Balinese rituals, history. He was interested to know ours as well. He used to take tickets for show in advance so that we need not wait anywhere. We have 2 kids, younger one is 3. Here we got flexibility to spend some more time in some place and to skip some if it's hectic. Overall the experience was very good. Bali magic tour managed it well. We enjoyed the trip.

We had the best day today, thanks to Made that made this tour very comfortable. Made has a clean car with air conditioning, his English is amazing and most importantly Made is so smart and will explain about the Balinese culture.

Made mudiana took us on a wonderful day tour of North Bali. He was a fantastic guide providing great knowledge on history, religion, culture and the natural features of the areas travelled. We saw beautiful temples, local villages, the Gitgit waterfall and got a true idea of the authentic Bali. A really enjoyable day with a great driver and guide. Thank you Made.

Ketut was a very knowledgeable driver. He was very patient, drove smoothly and was very friendly. He knew all the places, where to park, where to get the best views etc. He also shared some nice stories about Balis history. I would highly recommend booking a tour with him.

I was looking for a 2days-1night tour from Bali to Bromo and I found Bali Magic Tour on Google. During the booking phase they were super helpful in giving me all the extra info I needed, and thanks to a specific link I was able to pay a deposit (and once in Bali the balance) very smoothly and quickly. Although you know are gonna spend maaany hours in the car, it is super comfy, (water always available) and you get the chance to see Bali and Giava on the road and stop at a few local traditional places. Nyoman was our driver and Wayan was our tour guide, and he taught us everything about Indonesian culture, history and traditions. Also, Wayan made sure we were the first one to reach the Bromo view spot to get the best angle for our photos and provided us with the best glasses and mask to cope with volcano dust 🙏🏻 Bromo Sunrise is one of a kind and a must-do experience if you are in Indonesia: I am still amazed! Not to mention the 4WD drive and the horse ride to the crater. Wayan and Nyoman from Bali Magic Tour were the best guides ever: they made sure we had an amazing experience! Definitely recommend this your if you want to see the Bromo but dont have more than 2 days ♥️

Today we had a super fun day with our tour guide Made! He was ready on time to take us to our first location for tubing, along the way he had lots of fun and informative things to say about what we saw and we could laugh a lot with him. Then we visited 2 temples with Made and he was able to tell us a lot here as well. At the end he brought us back home and we look back on a very successful and pleasant day with Made!

The real bali swing is a breathtaking place that is full of insta worthy opportunities. The swings overlook the river below, there are quite a few swings, all offer spectacular views For the best and most memorable experience, pay the small additional charge and hire a dress. These pics look amazing and make you feel stunning. My daughter and I loved this experience and highly recommend it. There are a lot of swings in Ubud, this one offers one of the most swings and photo opps. The photography staff are excellent and take the best photos and videos which are downloadable for a small fee upon exit. They are also happy to take pics on your own phone. The buffet lunch which is part of your ticket is also quite nice.
