I visited to bali in early Nov with my mom. We joined with bali majesty tour along our journey and satisfied with their great services. Especially Mr.Putu, he was so kind, respect to his customers and explained everything about bali. We were really appreciated for joining this tour. We had only 3 and half day to visit in bali but bali majesty arranged for us to visit many locations with best price also. I would say bali is amazing. If we have chance to visit bali again in future, we would join bali majesty and explore all the natures in Bali Island! 😍

Pickup at our hotel was right on time. We were brought to and around Ubud by Bli Putu, who guided us through our visit to a Hindu temple, monkey forest, rice fields and coffee plantation. He knows how to get the most bang for our buck and also gave us awesome food recommendation. We had a pleasant chat about Balinese culture and other places we can go to in our next visit.

We were in contact in plenty of time before taking the 6 hour private driver (about 15-20 emails).
No free wifi, although driver let us use his phone as hotspot at the end of trip.
We did not get the original driver as this person mixed up his days.
An alternative driver came on time but his English was poor.
Driver did not adhere to our plan and brought us to a different venue, much further and not en route to our initial destination and end point. There was no indication of this until we realised the trip was taking much longer. Our first stop was supposed to be 14 minutes away, it took 50 minutes to an alternative venue we did not want.
We had to change our plans as the route was changed without permission or discussion.
A cultural Batik centre/factory ended up to be just a store.
Overall a very disappointing experience. Would not recommend

1 day before we had
tell the customer that we will send the driver (it has become our duty and rule, one day before we will send it
driver name and contact number) maybe the customer didn't check because he didn't have an internet connection.
we have follow up and the driver has also explained that visits to coffee plantations will be charged to ticket entrance
even though all coffee plantation places should be free to visit and free testers, because customers don't want to
pay so our driver gives a choice and the customer also agrees after the driver explains
and the second is about Tohpati batik center
Tohpati is the name of a famous village in Bali with batik crafts, our driver has taken and showed the place
what we should emphasize here is that there is no name for the company that Tohpati batik center.
These are some of the names of factory outlets in Tohpati Batik
Bali Bidadari Batik, Sari Amerta Batik da Phalam Batik our driver have brought
to Bali Bidadari Batik the biggest place

We booked several transfers and a full day tour with Bali Majesty. Our driver Putu was amazing! He took us to several fantastic experiences around Ubud and shared his insights of Balinese culture. He is a lovely man who is an excellent tour guide. He was always prompt and had excellent communication. I would recommend him to everyone coming to Bali and will certainly use their services again in the future. Thank you for making our Balinese holiday even better Putu!

Chartered a car for a day for our pre-wedding photoshoot and the driver was on time. The car is well-maintained too. We did a customize tour the very next day! Even though it was a last minute decision to do so, Bli Putu had recommended really nice places and good local Bali food. We love the experience and planned to book him again shall we visit Bali next time with our friends and family~ Thank you Bli Putu for the wonderful experience!

I loved every moment of my trip to Bali and that is thanks to Putu and Gede. I could never have imagined a better experience. Gede was a fantastic guide and driver and showed me so many wonderful things. This was a trip of a lifetime and I will never forget it.
