The monkeys are dangerous .At the monkeys temple the monkeys will take anything that they can see. Take your glasses off your face, your cell phone out of your hands and they bite. I would not Recommend the monkey temple

Was advertised as visiting Turtle Island in the glass bottom boat. However this wasn't included and we had to pay to visit the next day, costing us more.

I went to Kuta/Semiynak from Ubud. MY driver, Ketut was very friendly and gave me great recommendations for beach clubs and shopping. I am very pleased with the service!!! Great driver and service! I highly recommend!!!

We used this company for several tours, as well as airport pickup and drop off. I cannot recommend them enough, especially Wayan. Be sure to ask for him during your stay. He made the experience incredible. We are still friends on social media to this day and I have sent several friends his way for their vacations. You can’t beat the price, the hospitality, or the experiences. Enjoy!!

Don't let the lack of reviews make you doubt this agency. I hired infobalidriver for a 2 day private tour and it was a seamless experience. The driver knew enough English to get us to where we needed to go and communicate with us. The service was responsive and the price was extremely competitive. I always get nervous when booking a driver (OMG what if he doesn't come and this is a scam)...so I just want to touch for these guys who did a great job and let you know there is no need to worry.

Was glad to stumble on them from another review over the internet. The rate is very reasonable and we booked all of our daily transfers from them. They were punctual, honest and friendly. Thank you to Wayang and Ketut for attending us. Will be happy to use their service whenever in Bali again.

Katut and his brother made our trip very special. They are like friends. We first used their service for a ride from the airport to Ubud. They safely navigated through the crazy drivers with a great sense of humor. We then booked a trip a week later from Ubud to Sanur. We asked if there were any interesting stops a long the way and Katut surprised us with a visit to a silver jewelry workshop. There was no pressure to buy. We observed the crafts people working and then decided to purchase a few reasonably priced and beautiful items. We also visited a batik workshop. We booked two additional sightseeing trips with Info Bali Drivers to see temples. Katut was very attentive making sure the monkeys didn't steal our sunglasses at the temples. They were always on time, they stuck to the agreed upon costs and were careful. I highly recommend Info Bali Driver.

We used this company for 3 days recently and went to a lot of different places which were a bit out of the way. I would say we had a very positive experience because the driver was very friendly, responsive and punctual, the price was very good at only 50 USD for up to 12 hours and Ketut was really quick in replying to emails and responding to questions. If you need a driver in Bali for the day you definitively should use InfoBaliDriver.

My friend and I used this tour service for the Bedugul and Denpasar-Uluwatu tours. We loved both, but Bedugul was my favorite because we had Ketut himself as our guide. We visited three temples (Ulun Danu Bratan, Tanah Lot and Taman Ayun), a coffee plantation where we tasted a dozen samples and the beautiful rice terrace in Jatiluwih (go here and avoid the crowds at Tegallalang rice terrace!) Ketut was very professional and answered all my emailed questions in a timely manner. We also enjoyed chatting with him during our tour. He was helpful and gave us some great information on the places we visited. For our second tour, Ketut had a conflict and could not join us, but the driver he sent in his place was excellent also. We thought the prices were reasonable given the amount of time (about 45 bucks for 10 hours! And split between the two of us, that's not bad). You will need some extra money for entrance fees and lunch but that's all. We highly recommend Ketut and his services!

My boyfriend and I arranged for a one day full drive from Seminyak to Ubud to Tanah Lot and back. We specifically asked for Ketut as the one recommendation I read called for him. When booking Ketut gave me a very reasonable price for 10 hrs of driving and a full day tour. I had a number of key things I wanted to go to and Ketut recommended me the best route and filled in the gaps where needed. Upon meeting Ketut, he was a really good driver - careful, hardworking, always waiting for us and giving us the time we needed. He knew Bali like the back of his hands. With all the tiny alley ways, he never once used a GPS. 20 hours of driving, he only made 3 small wrong turns. Fully impressed. I was so pleased that I scheduled for another full day drive down to Nusa Dua Uluwatu and Jimbaran for the next day. Ketut was more than accommodating. On this 2nd day we had very little planned. I told him I wanted to lay on the beach, have a relaxing day, and visit the Uluwatu temple. Once again he filled in all the gaps with recommendations. At first I was skeptical thinking he will bring me only to places he may get a commission but to my pleasant surprise he would first ask if I like this or that. Depending on my answer he then suggested the places I would like. Ketut never once mislead me. His English could still use some improvements. His listening is better than speaking. As I could speak Bahasa Melayu, we conversed mostly in Bahasa. I was so pleased with his attention, professionalism, patience, and spontaneity that I tipped him more on my last day. Highly recommended.

Ketut was very helpful during our trip to Bali. We used his service for airport transportation and for a side trip to Ubud and the John Hardy factory. Bali Driver service was reliable, on time and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend his service for visitors to Bali.

My first interaction with Ketut was on email and i was pleasantly surprised to see his professionalism, promptness and willingness to make things comfortable. His motto, 'if you are happy, i am happy' was not just in words but in actions too. He understands your needs and ensures all your expectations are met. He ensured we were at the airport on time with his reminders even though i was laid back and didn't call him. He kept reminding me about wild water rafting and that ended up being the best part of our Bali trip. I'd trust him with my life, is what i felt and said to him. Do interact and meet him. I found this online and posted a query for customized tour with quite a few modifications. The response was very prompt and clear with no ambiguity.
